Excellent stay! The staff was always very kind and the rooms cleaned daily. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, so we slept very well. We also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and juice at the reception :)
The location is perfect, right next to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and the metro station. Highly recommend!

⚠️ Warning to Future Guests – Read Before You Book! ⚠️
I booked and fully paid for 4 nights. Due to a war-related flight cancellation, I informed the hotel in advance that I wouldn't arrive on time and asked to either cancel or let someone else check in instead. They refused to cancel — but then cancelled the reservation themselves after the first night without notifying me.
When I later asked to check in for the remaining nights, they said it was no longer possible. This leads me to believe that the room was likely resold, while they still charged me for all 4 nights.
The lack of flexibility and communication was very frustrating, especially given the situation. I ended up paying the full amount for a stay I never received, while the hotel likely benefited twice.
Be very careful when booking here — especially under strict non-refundable policies.

The room was tiny, old, and nothing like the photos on Booking.com - completely misleading. For over $400 a night, there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided, and the minibar was empty. Reception was dirty and smelled bad. Staff were polite, but overall this place is a rip-off. Avoid!

Only location is good but absolutely overpriced and no value for money. Old, outdated and tiny rooms. Mold in the bathroom…
Poor staff who has to defend themselves in front of the customer because of such “offer”. On top: internet connection weak and always up and down ☹️. Absolute no value for money!

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. I also liked the unlimited access to coffee and drinks, which was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

Overall wonderful little hotel with superb location. The rooms are not AS small as many (likely Americans) note. I mean they are small but this is indeed Paris after all... I’ve seen worse, The value here is excellent, that’s what matters. Staff makes a real effort to make you feel welcome and the location is excellent, with several metro lines extremely close by. Basic enough but nice room... clean... comfy enough bed even if I personally generally prefer a softer mattress: Again for the price you pay I can’t fault this establishment and BIG kudos to the nice staff (who even brought me some juice as I was just sitting and working in the small reception). Feels like family and being home. Highly recommend as a perfect choice for a city like Paris.

The hotel is very central and the personnel is very kind. The room is very small but for 2 nights is good enough and the bathroom is good. Very clean. Recommended.

We stayed at this hotel from 01/23/2020 to 01/25/2020. Despite the fact that my husband indicated that I would have a birthday on January 24, there was no compliment from the hotel. We were given room number 22 with a view of the scaffolding, bed not a double bed, but connected 2 single beds. The room was quite cool. The bathroom was running water from the shower and there was fungus on the walls and floor. The room smelled rather unpleasant. The room is not isolated from the noise of the street and hallway. The rooms are very small and it is clear that the hotels have not been renovated for a long time. Furniture in the bathroom and room .Tea and coffee offered in the room 3 star hotel is simply disgusting .Staff are very polite.

Firstly the website pictures do not compare to the actual experience at the hotel.
The place is not that modern and fresh.
The price is very expensive and totally not worth the stay.
On check-in my bed had hairs on the surface. The tap in the bathroom had limescale along the sides and the drain in the shower had hairs in it.
The room was tiny and not that fresh.
The breakfast was ok if you managed to get a seat.
We travel to Paris often for work this was our first time in this hotel. Lets just say it was also our last.

Nice hotel with a very handy location. The front desk staff were very good and polite. My criticism is about the room size, it is extremely small that there were no space to put our luggage. I had to put my bag on my side of the bed and that totally blocked that side of the room. The bathroom was also the same, only one person to stand in the bathroom.
