Room: terribly dirty
Toilet: super old, stain everywhere, smallest sink ever seen-your fingers keep touching the tap or bottom the sink when you wash your hands
Bed: blood stain can be found
Radiator: only 5% hot however the vent is not adjustable
Air conditioner: automatically turned off in 10 minutes
Floor: inclined - you can feel dizzy
Sound proof: zero- from neighbouring rooms and from 3 exterior air conditioners installed outside the windows
Lift: the smallest lift ever seen in my entire life, only fits 1 person + 1 luggage at a time
Remote control: broken
The Worst hotel I ever have ever seen in my 41 years life. You should try if you only stayed in good hotels all the times.
Overall very satisfactory.
The location is very good. The hotel is well-connected to the Metro stations (there is a Metro 7 and 8 nearby), bus stops, and walking distance to Gare du Nord. There are groceries and restaurants nearby.
Hotel room is “cute” - small but fitted my needs. I had a double bed and a tub inside my room. The windows have the blackout screen - very nice feature since I had a room in the attic.
Just one comment- the elevator is quite small and I could only take one luggage at a time. It can also only take one person at a time.
The breakfast room was warm and filled with both carbs and proteins so one could choose their fill or mix n match.
The AC works wonderfully. The room was clean, updated, and had lovely, super-white, linens.
The front desk agents were really helpful and clearly wanted to ensure everyone had a good stay.
