Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good location.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We loved everything about this place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. So impressed with this place. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to lots of places. Metro nearby. Breakfast was simple and plentiful. Rooms are well equipped.

The breakfast was not clean, and my friend and I both had food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhoea.

The location of this property was on a quiet street and yet close to many things to enjoy on foot including the Opera Metro. All of the staff was very kind and spoke English, French to help us practice and other languages. Our VP status entitled us to a complementary bottle of Prosecco all of the reception staff was eager to remind us we had available to us, and when we did decide to enjoy it, it was delivered to us with two champagne flutes immediately. We enjoyed having the balcony. We enjoyed the details from the hotel room, cleaning staff like decorating the tissue paper and placing our makeup items into glasses to organize the sink area The beds & bedsheets were extremely comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was just right. Umbrellas were offered to us & lots of heating inside. the complementary Lavazza espresso, coffee, latte machine in the Lobby was invaluable and high-quality.
We also had a Nespresso machine in our room and a carafe of filtered water filled daily.
Our two story room had the small lounge/ closet / dressing area downstairs & bedroom, second balcony, shower & WC on upper level.

What a wonderful experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The complementary drinks and cake was most welcome after a long day exploring Paris. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer

Had a wonderful 4-night stay here. Rooms are well-stocked, very clean and a decent size for Paris. Loved being on the top floor with a balcony (as long as you can manage your bags up a small staircase as the elevator doesn’t go right to the top floor). Breakfast was excellent, never crowded and available until 10:30am each day which is nice if you like to sleep in a bit. Staff was all very friendly and we will gladly return for another stay.

Amin the front desk manager was absolutely wonderful. He gave us directions to various sites and was very accommodating. We highly recommend the Gramont Hotel
