we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the staff at the front desk was super nice. the hotel breakfast was great too, it was nice to have a breakfast buffet in a cheap hotel. location is okay, near several metro stops but you need to be prepared to walk to the main attractions, which was expected and we didnt mind it

The breakfast the cream was moldy and has already gone bad. In the room, the toilet seat feel off the second we used it, the shower cap, and so did the shower glass wall, it had fallen off as well. Horrible quality! After I showered I tried to blow dry my hair but the blow dryer was incredibly cold and it made me sick the next morning because I had no choice but to blow dry my hair with ice cold air. The balcony door could not close. Bad experience.

The hotel is okay for its price, it’s was also on good location. If you are looking for a low budget hotel it’s okay. Unfortunately don’t expect to check in before 2PM.

Hotel was great even had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Close to a metro line. Would definitely stay there again

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, the staff were all lovely and helpful. We briefly mentioned our daughter’s birthday and her room was decorated with balloons by the time she got to it, and at breakfast the next day we were served special drinks and cake. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished and in good order. Perhaps a little small, but hey it’s a big city, space is premium and much better a decent sized comfortable bed. Bathroom was good, shower excellent. Bar and communal spaces stylish and comfortable.. Breakfast was good and generous. Location perfect, not too busy an area all clean and safe. Metro very close and lots of great bars and restaurants all within 5-10min walk. We’d stay again for sure.

We stayed at the hotel from December 28 to January 1. Since it was a last-minute booking, we were informed we would need to switch rooms on December 31, and the staff assured us they would move our bags if we packed them. However, after we packed, the staff lost one of our bags and never apologized or followed up on their mistake. Losing our belongings was unacceptable, and the least they could have done was acknowledge their error with a note. We’ll never stay here again.
