Beautiful hotel that is so convenient. Centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Beds and linens are comfortable.

Make sure to sit in the lobby and visit with the mascot Lemon!

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Fine location, superb service, fine restaurants/cafes literally feet from the door, modern rooms/decor in a historic structure, on a quiet side street within easy walking distance from Notre Damre, the Marais and Latin Quarter., art filled spaces, on an Island between both branches of the Seine. No on site parkingg or restaurants but fine breakfast served every morning. Romantic. Be suure to eat at the Miichelin-starred restaurant directly across the street..
Cannot praise the hotel more highly and the desk staff were outstanding.

A lovely and peaceful hotel in a great location. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She took a lot of care in helping me get train tickets printed by going to the website and moving through some confusion. All with a smile.

You can't beat this location in the heart of Paris. The room had air conditioning (which was so delightful in a hot summer). You are surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops and bakeries, and everything in Paris is easily accessible by walking or metro. Wonderful hotel.

Although the hotel has a great location, unfortunately the service didn't live up to its 4 stars rating. We were especially disappointed with the attitude at the reception desk, which treated guests as little more than profit centers. Requests were met with frowns and a disparaging tone. A couple weeks earlier, we had a much more pleasant stay at Hotel Deux Iles, although ironically it's only rated 3 ⭐.

Very welcoming staff and received a quiet room just as we requested. We would have hoped for including conditioner and body lotion in the bathrooms.
