Etoile Park Hotel

It's the worst experience I've ever had before.
They don't have a refrigerator in the room, the room is very small. Although that house keeper stolen pyjama of my child and when inform them they ignore and didn't give any importance.
The receptionist Iman is very taugh and rude and talks inappropriate way , overall she is discriminated.
Moreover they didn't welcomed children because the rooms not applicable for more than 2 adults and that wasn't mentioned in the booking.
Finally didn't recommend it by all means.

Horrible customer service. We reserved 3 nights and made it clear one of us uses a wheelchair and were told "don't worry, we have a lift." When we arrived there was no ramp to enter the lobby, the lift is too small to fit a wheelchair and the door to the bathroom in our room too narrow to pass a wheelchair. Shame the management for then refusing to refund 2 nights when we checked out early. Beware of hotels like this that charge the entire stay up front.
Much better options in the area we found out.
Not recommended.

Night shift male staff was extremely rude and just like what other review mentioned racist discriminated! The view is false advertising, can’t see the view at all instead just building windows in front of it. Very noisy no sound proof, even people walking can be heard! Elevator is super small the stairs is narrow not ideal for walk. Lots of dusty walking to the room. A/C makes loud noises. Only reason booked this room just for the view but it was a lie so definitely is a scam!

Location is super central, which is good. The entrance reminds of other hotels of the same chain. But this was a huge disappointment. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom sink was clogged. The small room had an AC. Breakfast was the worst I ever had in France. Store bought croissants. Will not return for this amount of money.

Pretty good location if that's what you're looking for, but extremely overpriced for what it has to offer. I had a tiny room more fit for a 2* hotel, for an already heavily discounted €180 per night.
Oh, and the WiFi is bad, too.

THE WORST STAY EVER

The whole building was too old, messy, and has a weird smell. We had a room on the 1st floor and it did not look like the photos on Booking at all. It was small and the bath tub looks uncleaned, hair dryer was NOT WORKING, and the toilet has trouble flushing down. And the outlets are not working at all or being funny all the time.

When we reported the issue to the front desk, one of the concierge (an old man seems like the boss) was super mean to us, not trying to help at all and being racist about Asians😡

He pretended that he doesn’t know English and made fun of us saying some French. And after checking our room he asked where are we from, and mocked us in a sarcastic way by saying “sawadika” 😐

Don’t ever come to this hotel !!!!!!!!!! It’s a tramp
