Excellent location, disgusting room, small, soo small that we couldn't open our suitcases, cracks everywhere, balcony door wont lock, wardrobe can barely fit a thing small rooms in paris ok I get it but not even any rail or hooks in toilet for the towels??

First time to Paris in June. It was a fun experience and staying here made it easy. Rooms cramped a bit but we really didn’t mind since we were always out after breakfast. Front desk was helpful in finding things to do and places to eat that were more for locals. I’m sure transportation is easy from anywhere but had a station just up the road where we caught every line needed.

Very disappointing experience at this hotel.
There is no bellboy service at all, so guests have to carry their own luggage. The entrance has stairs that you must go up and down with your bags, which is extremely inconvenient, especially for families, elderly guests, or anyone with heavy luggage.
On top of that, the elevator is very small and extremely slow, making things even more difficult.
For a hotel in Paris, this level of service is really unacceptable.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. Beds are small but manageable. Check-in staff was short on English language but pleasant enough.

The view from our room was wonderful. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of various transportation routes, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very attentive. Even though our train was still a while away, they were kind enough to keep our belongings after check-out. Many thanks to all the reception staff, especially Snoussy.

The location of the hotel was perfect , very close to the metro and the city center, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel only provides breakfast and does not offer lunch or dinner, but this wasn’t a problem for us.
We stayed for 3 nights. There is a small outdoor area, and although our room was small, it was functional and clean. The bathroom was amazing. However, there was no view from the room. We were on the 7th floor, and the air conditioning worked properly.
The room could use a bit of tidying up in terms of decor or maintenance. There is only one small lift, which is very slow and can be inconvenient, especially during busy times.
We were surprised by a few extra charges , a city tax of €5.50 per person per night, imposed by the French government, and a €100 deposit requested at check-in. Neither was mentioned beforehand, which was unexpected.
On the positive side, housekeeping cleaned the room every day.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was yelling at us without reason and speaking to us in a very rude manner. It was truly a horrible situation. At one point, they gave a room key to someone who wasn’t staying at the hotel, and that person came into our room to threaten us and tell us to leave. Not only was this extremely disrespectful, but also very dangerous.
They ended up expelling almost 40 guests, which was shocking. While the location is amazing, the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this place based on how poorly we were treated.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us terribly. The concierge yelled at us for no reason just because we were young. They gave us a dirty room and made us wait downstairs while they cleaned it. And during our entire stay, housekeeping never once came by.
At 8 a.m., they started calling us to threaten that we’d be kicked out. But the worst part? They gave a universal key to another guest, who pretended to be room service just to come into our room and intimidate us. That’s not just unacceptable it’s dangerous.
The hotel treats everyone like garbage because of the actions of a few. They kicked out over 30 people because of what few guests did. The whole place feels hostile, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality.
Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t fall for the photos or the location. There are way better options in Paris. This hotel is a joke.
