The view from our room was wonderful. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of various transportation routes, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very attentive. Even though our train was still a while away, they were kind enough to keep our belongings after check-out. Many thanks to all the reception staff, especially Snoussy.

The location of the hotel was perfect , very close to the metro and the city center, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel only provides breakfast and does not offer lunch or dinner, but this wasn’t a problem for us.
We stayed for 3 nights. There is a small outdoor area, and although our room was small, it was functional and clean. The bathroom was amazing. However, there was no view from the room. We were on the 7th floor, and the air conditioning worked properly.
The room could use a bit of tidying up in terms of decor or maintenance. There is only one small lift, which is very slow and can be inconvenient, especially during busy times.
We were surprised by a few extra charges , a city tax of €5.50 per person per night, imposed by the French government, and a €100 deposit requested at check-in. Neither was mentioned beforehand, which was unexpected.
On the positive side, housekeeping cleaned the room every day.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was yelling at us without reason and speaking to us in a very rude manner. It was truly a horrible situation. At one point, they gave a room key to someone who wasn’t staying at the hotel, and that person came into our room to threaten us and tell us to leave. Not only was this extremely disrespectful, but also very dangerous.
They ended up expelling almost 40 guests, which was shocking. While the location is amazing, the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this place based on how poorly we were treated.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us terribly. The concierge yelled at us for no reason just because we were young. They gave us a dirty room and made us wait downstairs while they cleaned it. And during our entire stay, housekeeping never once came by.
At 8 a.m., they started calling us to threaten that we’d be kicked out. But the worst part? They gave a universal key to another guest, who pretended to be room service just to come into our room and intimidate us. That’s not just unacceptable it’s dangerous.
The hotel treats everyone like garbage because of the actions of a few. They kicked out over 30 people because of what few guests did. The whole place feels hostile, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality.
Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t fall for the photos or the location. There are way better options in Paris. This hotel is a joke.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights in 2 rooms. There is no someone to help with luggage, be prepared. The double BR was very tiny as I could either walk or put my luggage on the available space. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. AC was a bit warm and making noise. The hotel is quiet. The corridor was very narrow so that one person can walk at a time. Breakfast was good and has good variety. There is no iron except in the restaurant area. The location is excellent as it is around 10 min walk to champs elysees . It could be a good choice for solo or couple with few luggage.

Due to the current war in Lebanon, my flight was canceled, so I canceled my hotel reservation. When I emailed for a refund, the manager responded coldly, saying it wasn’t their problem and I should have booked a refundable room. I understand policies, but given the serious situation, I expected more understanding. Very disappointed with their lack of empathy.

I had a reservation at Ceramic Hotel from October 6 to 8. Unfortunately, we are currently at war in Lebanon, and my Air France flight was canceled, so my fiancé and I are unable to travel because the airport is shut: We canceled the reservation five days in advance, but they refused to provide a refund. The manager was rude, lacked empathy, disagreed with our situation, and even hung up on us. Learn about HUMANITY before managing a hotel

horrible hotel do not go to this hotel. we had a group of 4 people and originally had 2 rooms with 2 beds. the moment we stepped inside the room it had a really strong smell of perfume like they were hiding a smell. the rooms were very small and dirty. the hotel breakfast was horrible too, even the bread was stale. there was no room in the breakfast place it was veryyy crowded. the only good thing about this place was the location. after we complained about the smell in the room he moved us to a bigger room for 4 people. it wasnt much bigger or better smelling. after we complained that it still smelled we just decided to open the window all day but there was still a smell. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL i dont know why this is a 4 star hotel because it deserves a 1 star. it wasnt cheap either, so i had a high expectations for this place

A beautiful hotel in a prime location with convenient access to public transportation and close to the Arc De Triomphe. Room is small but clean. The front dest team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a bigger room, and all our requests were met swiftly and efficiently.

Toilet is separate and has no sink. This is not what is shown in the pictures. Room no 703. Maybe this is because we stayed 3 people room.
There is a constant noise coming from the outside, 7/24.
Water pressure is very low.
