Bathroom is a bit small, but otherwise good. No bedbugs, clean rooms, TV and Aircon.

Private parking 7 minutes from hotel (hostel) no EV loading point at parking. Hotel can better be described at hostel

I booked this hotel for my parents during stay in Paris. The review I would say is good according to my parents. The staff in hotel were very supportive & friendly.Especially the staff in hotel assisted my parents for the proper planning starting from before check in until stay also advised the restaurant and cafe of choice. This made my parents feel comfortable.
Although in various sites Like; Booking.com where I booked the hotel the ratings are low. But I think they deserve good ratings than they have right now.

Very small rooms,
Basic, just bed and linen.
No parking, had to pay extra

There are a few bad reviews here but I am convinced these people didnt really check what kind of hotel they were getting. The price is very low because it simply isn't a luxury hotel. For this low price, however, you get a well above average experience with extremely friendly staff and generally just good rooms. I would come here again.

The staff were really awesome. The building is a little older but that’s pretty spot on for a hotel in Paris. It’s in a quiet neighborhood not far from three different metro lines so you can get anywhere in the city easily. They were willing to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. It’s a good stay for the price.

Great value hotel. Very near Pont Cardinet station. Also very near Pereire-Saussure bus station (better by bus). The elevator is so tiny. Room is small, but OK. Bathroom is very small, but all of these, expected from a Paris hotel. Very quiet and clean part of paris. There is a filipino grocery nearby (kabalen). And a very very good bakery (Le Pain d’Adam) very near. The frontdesk staff are very kind too and speak good English and they give directions.

Cheap, small and cozy hotel in a dead end street with no traffic flow, away from all the tourists and just a 10 minute uber ride away from most tourist attractions like the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc..
Plus the cafes and bars around are way cheaper than what you will find in touristic areas.

It's not perfect but if you are like me and you don't mind the imperfections but do value friendly staff then this is the place for you.
If you need anything like a fridge to keep your wine cool, a corkscrew or a lighter, then the staff will accommodate you with a smile rather than a sigh!

Our booking went wrong. Booked a room with a double bed, but got two single beds instead. The elevator is very small, so we had the carry our bagage to the 4th floor.
The room was fine for the budget. It was a bit dirty. Our toilet didn't work in the night, but was fine again in the morning. Location is pretty good, as well as the restaurants in the neighborhood.
The beds were fine. If you want a budget hotel in Paris then it's fine. But don't expect anything special.
