Royal Wagram Mini-hotel

First of all, the staff at the reception was friendly upon my arrival. But unfortunately, I have witnessed another staff at the reception arguing with another guest during the night. He was very impolite and rude to her. In the heat of the moment, I asked him for my room key, and he just slammed it on the table since he was still arguing with the lady. He was basically screaming at her and I could hear it on a second floor. She was talking politely to him despite his rudeness.

The toilet seat was right next to the wall so you couldn’t sit properly on the toilet. The shower was really small, and it was so annoying with the curtain kept on touching me (disgusting actually, not sure if it had been cleaned properly) while I was showering and there was no place to place your shampoo etc. The whole bathroom became a pool.

The room was not soundproof, and you may hear other guests in the next room or even worst hearing them taking a dump. The hotel is next to the street with most crazy traffic and if you are planning to take a Uber or Bolt, walk at least to rue jouffroy d'abbans. It is best to take the metro. Remember your earplugs if you plan to stay here. The sink was clogged, and they didn’t even remove the garbage from other guests upon my arrival in the bathroom. I wouldn’t say it is a good price quality hotel but for an extra few euros you may find a better hotel than this. I couldn't be bothered to use my energy complaining to the reception because I was there visiting my daughter for few days.
