Hôtel Cordelia Opéra-Madeleine

Great location, close to pharmacies, restaurants, and metro stations.
All the staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast lady.
The rooms are a bit small yet nice and cozy. The beds are quite comfortable.
I had a two bed reservation but they gave me first a one bed room, after talking to the hostess she very kindly made the change.
Really recommend this hotel for its service, location, and nice.

Good hotel, rooms cleaned every day and towels changed (which is not every 3 star hotel).
Nice view from the window, near many places where you can eat, as well as many attractions in walking distance.
A pleasing bonus - bathrobes and disposable slippers (although we did not get slippers for all 4 nights of stay, but our friends in the next room got it), and also New Year's candies. 🥰

The location is perfect. Very central. Close to Metro, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The hotel itself is a quaint, typical Parisienne hotel. Smaller rooms, limited amenities, but we were fortunate enough to have a corner room with a balcony and we spent the end of each day enjoying a cafe and some dessert from our balcony. The street was a bit noisy with the windows open but as soon as they were shut, you couldn't hear any street noise. Each morning we had a continental breakfast in the basement breakfast room. The breakfast spread was basic but did include eggs amongst other traditional continental breakfast items. Our hostess for breakfast was always very nice. However, she only spoke French, but that did give us a chance to sharpen our French language skills. The rest of the hotel staff did speak English. Overall, I'd say we were satisfied with our stay at Hotel Cordelia, but with some minor improvements, this little boutique hotel could be so much more.

This boutique hotel is located in a quiet area conveniently located near multiple metro and RER stations so getting around town is super easy. It is close to Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and other desirable shopping options. We prepaid for our Olympic stay so what we paid was much higher than normal rack rate. We were upgraded to a corner room which provided ample room for two using European standards. We even got gift bags and robes which came in handy. The bathroom was fine- good water pressure. Air conditioning in room worked very well. Breakfast was standard but appreciated having it available. Most of the front desk staff were amazing. The only downside is they have a very sensitive fire alarm. Two nights in a row we awoke to the alarm and needed to head downstairs only to be told no problem go back. We later learned the first night, the mechanical room got overheated and second night someone was illegally smoking in their room. Overall, the hotel is a cute boutique offering in an excellent location.

They allowed us to store our bags before check in. We checked out early in the morning. They allowed us to store our bags and come back to get them. This was a very appreciated service. When we first walked up I noticed several rooms had windows open. I thought it was the view. There was citrus mint water in the lobby. The elevator was small. The room was modern. The bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm. The thermostat read 16 degrees Celsius. It was more like 27 degrees Celsius. We opened the window to cool off the room. Later I had to wake up and open the window due to the temperature of the room. The TV was not connected to the internet in our room and it would not allow casting. The staff were always helpful and nice.

Clean rooms, fresh linens (even bathrobes!) great shower, right across the street from a nice bar & restaurant. Great views from the room with nice terrace doors and the street was quiet at night. Held our bags when we arrived early no problem. Friendly staff who kindly switched to our English language. My only disappointment was we did the 16 euro breakfast not realizing there would be a charge, and I would’ve much rather spent that elsewhere at a local café. Overall would highly recommend this hotel and I’m surprised it’s not rated more highly.

Excellent hotel, the staff were just the best, they were extremely helpful and their local knowledge helped us to see more of the City than we would have. Highly reccommended

PERFECT. Very nice staff. Affordable prices. 5 minutes away from metro. Very nice views from the rooms. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Hygienic bathrooms. Very cute lobby and breakfast place. Breakfast had very good options. Delicious croissants and pancakes, hot tea and coffee and a selection of fruit juices. The only bad thing was that there weren’t much different cheeses. Just one. But everything else makes up for it. Great place for a b&b. It’s a lot more luxurious compared to others but the prices are still great.
