I recently stayed for 3-nights. As a loyal Marriott member I guess I had higher expectations for a $825 per night room. Location is great but the hotel itself is very funky and rooms are just gross. Entering the lobby it appears to be a nice enough place. From there we were led back to the elevator where the hotel transitions into a whole other feel. My daughter said it best when she said it feels like an escape room. Rooms are very dated, the couch must be 30 years old, gross stains an tattered material. The shower is in a tub with only about a 2' wide glass screen on the side, you have to stand right in the corner to keep water from getting all over the bathroom. Would not recommend especially at the price I paid, maybe at $300 a night it would be more appropriate. Not sure how this has a 4 star rating but take my word for it this is not.

We really enjoyed our stay - very polite and professional staff, great location and clean room. We found the front desk exceptionally helpful, especially since our French was limited. I highly recommend the La Maison Champs Elysees!

There are so many amazing things I can say about this hotel!
Firstly, we were immediately greeted by 3 friendly staff. They insisted on taking our bags from our hands and letting us focus on check in. The energy of the staff was warm, welcoming, and funny.
When we checked into our room, we had made a special request since it was our honeymoon... and they decorated the room beautifully with rose pedals/balloons/ and chocolates+fruits. Truly a welcomed sight and we felt very important. (Special shout out to Younes for organizing this).

The room was clean, the property was lovely, and the staff were 100%. Would recommend to anyone, any day. Thank you for our stay!

Also a special mention to Mario and Sam :)

Beautiful hotel exterior in a beautiful location. Service from staff polite and professional. However the rooms were not up to date. Very poor for a 5 star hotel. They don’t let you know they have old and new buildings. It seems they choose who to put in their old building based on appearance. When they walk you to your room, it feels like going into a shady back room. Not to mention one of our rooms wasn’t ready until way past check-in time. I had to message the front desk from my one room to ask them if they could cancel the other room so that I and my family can stay in one room since the two rooms I booked weren’t ready at the same time. That’s when they decided the other room was now ready. The interior of the rooms did not feel like a five star stay at all. The pictures I saw prior to booking didn’t translate to real life aesthetic. Maybe those lucky enough to get the new building got the pleasant experience.

Update. Thanks to the hotel personelle who reached out to me with an explanation. I appreciate the courteous gesture.

I’ve had a great experience in my room, but can’t speak much about the hotel as I haven’t spent much time here other than to sleep. The water temperature and pressure have been excellent in the shower and the AC gets pretty cold. The room and the surrounding area have been very quiet and the bedding is comfy so I’ve slept well each night. It’s a nice bonus to be able to earn Bonvoy points too. The staff has been very helpful and kind. The event coordinator Sam even helped us get two free VIP tour passes to the Louvre on the day we checked in. I believe another guest wasn’t able to use them and she rang us up. It was a bonus to an already great stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Title: Unexpected regrettable unfortunate experience

I followed the rating on Google when i book as long it shows high ratings.
I don’t know on what standards it was rated as 5 stars hotel while in fact it doesn’t reach 3 stars.
The hotel is totally not ready for children.
The hotel It’s no welcoming handicap or wheelchair needs.
The hotel doesn’t meet any recommendations as written on reviews.
We’ve booked 4 rooms as we are a big family with some special needs members and they didn’t welcome him as they have no any assist for him, we need to move him between the entrance up to the room passing by 6 points of elevators and mezzanine flooring.
Their behaviour forced us to book another hotel to care about the special needs.
Unfortunately we spent a lot of money on this booking without any benefits and fare services.
The service is very poor.
Staff are not friendly.
Poor decorations.
No reception available in the hotel , again I don’t know how this hotel was classified as 5 star hotel !!

verry verry bad experience i will never back to these hotel any more i surprised how they get the five stars really with that verry difficult moving for baby trolley or wall chair and they did not explain that in them site and no nice reception and verry strange entrance for the rooms lefts like we go to background stores not for gust room ,small rooms, short top wall and everything not ever i seen before in all hotels in around the world .

Excellent location with first class service. Staff are attentive but discreet. Yes it costs a little more, but you really do get what you pay for.
