La Maison Champs Elysées in Paris

Definitely would not stay here again. It’s a construction site and they are happily still charging full price without notifying guests. Rooms are dated and carpet stained and not a place to be. It is out of place amongst the other Design Hotels and with nowhere to really be either apart from the tiny room that only has two small chairs. Tried to leave immediately and didn’t have any options but the staff did try and make a solution. All the amenities were also closed. Can’t wait to leave.

Checked in on 29/11. On the first day I checked in, I felt there were a lot of stairs, my luggage was heavy, and the facilities after checking in were average.
I went out shopping in the morning on 30/11 and came back at night. My handbags and watches were all stolen! It’s worth Eur50,000! The clerk initially suggested that I call the police, which was really strange! It’s also strange that I can’t watch the surveillance right away! I insisted on calling the police, so she had no choice but to call the police for me. When the police arrived, they felt that he was helping me, but it was clear that the hotel staff used the room card to open the door and let them in, so even the most direct method was delayed. Please help forward it and all platforms must blacklist this hotel.
The Trip platform also intervened, but it seems that the platform is all about doing business. Even though it knows it is a hotel problem, it still puts it on the shelf, waiting for customers to continue to wait for the scam!
In addition, the hotel's solution is to go through the insurance company. I don't know how long they will delay it, and the funds have not been compensated yet! The police and hotel services are very poor. They keep talking about laws and regulations. Is this the service attitude a hotel should have? Please help forward it!

I recently stayed for 3-nights. As a loyal Marriott member I guess I had higher expectations for a $825 per night room. Location is great but the hotel itself is very funky and rooms are just gross. Entering the lobby it appears to be a nice enough place. From there we were led back to the elevator where the hotel transitions into a whole other feel. My daughter said it best when she said it feels like an escape room. Rooms are very dated, the couch must be 30 years old, gross stains an tattered material. The shower is in a tub with only about a 2' wide glass screen on the side, you have to stand right in the corner to keep water from getting all over the bathroom. Would not recommend especially at the price I paid, maybe at $300 a night it would be more appropriate. Not sure how this has a 4 star rating but take my word for it this is not.
