A very perfect place with so professional people working together here.
I had a very pleasant experience with them.
And the service was literally above expectations. After having a terrible experience with the hotel beside them.
This place is very good in all aspects.

Not worth the price they charge and also very low in quality as compared to other Mercure stays.
Towels were not properly cleaned. Room on the ground floor was adjoining to the Hotel office and we were disturbed due to the noise in night. Breakfast seemed to be packed items rotated from the previous day (even fruits and vegetable were from day before). We observed this for all 3 days we stayed.
Worst thing, the cleaning staff just walked in when we were sleeping at 7 am in the morning , I was surprised to see that

The hotel is in a great location, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the room and washroom were extremely small, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

Location is unbelievably amazing perfect
Rooms are also great all what you want is in the room. Good showers, coffee machine, great wifi and big showers.
The only area to improve is the service. I believe a more friendly and better hospitality will give it a better touch.

I would say it's one of the best hotels in Paris I've ever stayed at. Super clean, everything new, super nice shower, great location, 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and Metro. But... but, the room is very small, with a view to the next wall/window, the breakfast is super basic continental. And the price is too high. In other cities you can stay at 5-star de luxe property for this price. But this is Paris.

I selected this Mercure location, not knowing exactly where I would be within the city of Paris. And, I struck gold. The location is perfectly situated, and the surrounding area is equally as nice. The hotel is just two block from the Arc de Triomphe and the Paris Underground #1 line. The location to the train allows you to access multiple sites within Paris, and only having to transfer about once. From the Charles de Gaulle train stop, we were able to visit, the Pantheon, Sacre Couer, and Notre Dame. And guess what.....???, you are only steps from the Champs Elyssee.
On the other hand, the rooms are standard with it comes to comfort. As such, the price point is somewhat reasonable for the accommodations. Do not pay for the breakfast, because you can eat a much better breakfast when you are out and about.
The service at the hotel was AWESOME, and that was due to Pietro. Pietro is AMAZING!!!! The company really should recognize him for how he represents the brand. He was extremely helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was modern and pleasant. The breakfast offered plenty of selections. Numerous excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as the Paris Metro.

Average hotel that's a bit dated in my opinion. The location is great but hoped for a more modern room. Surprised by the limited bathroom amenities (eg no shampoo or conditioner) but overall stay was comfortable for 2 nights

The hotel was acceptable, but the price was excessively high, especially considering its proximity to the metro. I paid a premium for my room, only to be placed on the ground floor with a view of an interior courtyard where guests frequently gather, and the metro as my neighbor. It’s unacceptable to charge such a high rate for these conditions. Despite my request to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and I arrived late, even though I checked in at 2 p.m. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled that's why I feel obkiged to write a review on Google, which speaks to how disappointed I am with my experience.

Pictures and the room do not match. Its the smallest room that one can imagine. Even getting into the bed is a struggle. The room had a unusual bend and i had to wriggle to get in to the bed. In the night one had to be careful to get up and go to the washroom as one to had to manoeuver and tackle the bends and the windows etc
Feel very cheated and deprived. Rest of the stuff are fine and I suggest for all travellers to be careful about online booking as you might get the worst possible room. Very rigid and not a great experience. Location is great but not again will i stay here.
