I had a very pleasant experience with them.
And the service was literally above expectations. After having a terrible experience with the hotel beside them.
This place is very good in all aspects.
My special gratitude to both. Mr. David and his colleagues.
Towels were not properly cleaned. Room on the ground floor was adjoining to the Hotel office and we were disturbed due to the noise in night. Breakfast seemed to be packed items rotated from the previous day (even fruits and vegetable were from day before). We observed this for all 3 days we stayed.
Worst thing, the cleaning staff just walked in when we were sleeping at 7 am in the morning , I was surprised to see that
Rooms are also great all what you want is in the room. Good showers, coffee machine, great wifi and big showers.
The only area to improve is the service. I believe a more friendly and better hospitality will give it a better touch.
On the other hand, the rooms are standard with it comes to comfort. As such, the price point is somewhat reasonable for the accommodations. Do not pay for the breakfast, because you can eat a much better breakfast when you are out and about.
The service at the hotel was AWESOME, and that was due to Pietro. Pietro is AMAZING!!!! The company really should recognize him for how he represents the brand. He was extremely helpful.
1. There was no Wi-Fi in the room on the night of check-in. The hotel had a backup Wi-Fi, but it was not provided. I had to try to connect myself countless times.
2. I was woken up by the alarm clock on the bedside at 6 a.m. The hotel explained that it was set by the previous guest, but why didn't the waiter turn it off in time when cleaning the room?
3. The waiter didn't knock on the door and swiped his card to come in directly many times, which was scary
4. I booked a double breakfast, but when I went to have breakfast, they said it was not included and asked me to pay. I showed the hotel reservation form, and the hotel said that their information was not updated.
5. The room rate was nearly 5,000 yuan per night, and an additional deposit of 100 euros per night was charged for check-in, which was the standard of a domestic three-star hotel. No toiletries were provided, and the room was very small.
6. The room did not provide drinking water. I was thirsty in the middle of the night, so I called the room service and asked for water. It cost 7 euros per bottle. I agreed, and the hotel said that if it was delivered to the room, it would cost 14 euros per bottle of water.
