We had a fantastic stay in Paris. The hotel is at the best location. Quiet street close to lively areas full of shops, restaurants and bars in one of the best Paris areas. The rooms are a bit small, but everything in Paris is small. Our room was super clean and everyday when we were back to the room was like new. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews of this hotel. We had a fantastic stay in Paris thanks to hotel lautrec ☺️

We want to thank the hotel for their excellent hotel.

We had a wonderful experience with both the staff and the room is self, staff was very friendly and helped us with many things, and the rooms were very clean. No dust has been spotted.

The location of the hotel was perfect, you are able to walk to Louvre, take a walk over the Champs Elysées and take a look at the Eiffel Tower and walk back in the same day.

The metros are very close as well which saves a lot of time if you want to spend some time across the Seine.

Thanks again, and we’ll definitely come back when visiting Paris again

With kind regards
Yannick & Naima

My wife and I love visiting Paris. We also love staying at the Hotel Lautrec Opera on Rue D’Amboise several times now. The small but beautiful hotel is in a very good location. It is right in the centre and as it is in a small side street, it is pleasantly quiet. From there, you can reach many places worth seeing in Paris on foot. The extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception deserve special mention. First and foremost, Reda and Nadia. Since we have stayed at this hotel several times, it is almost like “coming home”. The Lautrec Opera will continue to be our first choice in the future. We can recommend it with a clear conscience and are happy to give it 5 stars. Thank you for every lovely stay with you!

They said they would provide the shuttle service free of charge to the airport when we checked in and beforethedepartureto the airport, But the texi They provided would not let you get off until you paid €75 at the airport.
A short ride in the elevator to the first floor from the ground feels like I was in the sauna. Do not expect an American style elevator. If you are claustobic, you need to avoid their elevator.
Very simple breakfast with limited options.
I purchased 2024 Olympic hospitality package that included a hotel stay and the game tickets. I would not have picked this hotel myself.
It's better to stay at well-known hotel chains than to pick this mediocre place.

Have never ever experienced worse staff than at this hotel. Both attendants spoken to were incredibly rude. I have never left a review before but actually these people were so horrible i can’t help it. My friend was sick and wanted to stay in a hotel with air conditioning. The website stated multiple times that it had air conditioning, yet they don’t turn it on for summer months, which was not stated anywhere. (also we were her in late may!!) After her trying to switch hotels and kindly ask for a refund, the attendant yelled at her and patronized her insisting they would not give her a refund for any nights booked. Not until multiple of us came in did they finally give her a refund. I would never disrespect a person in service but they were so incredibly rude. Specifically the manager Oliviere, who was yelling disgusting things at a sick young woman. DONT STAY HERE.

BED BUGS! For the first time in my life I have encountered an infestation of bed bugs in a hotel. I at first thought they were mosquito bites but when they multiplied the next night I immediately searched for evidence, and sure enough found them in my sheets. The hotel then tried to blame them on me, which is unbelievable. If you have other options, please do yourself a favor and don't take the risk here.

Very disgusting service. The hotel staff was very rude. One guy from front desk even abused me while checking out of the hotel.

Worst hotel we have ever exprienced. The receptionists are rude and racist! They charged extra money when we checked in (according to them, have our baby sleep with us is FORBIDDEN....)We paid 100 euros (for two nights )since they said they will put a baby crib in our room(it didnt happen until 8pm when we were back and our baby was crying for sleep.I went to ask at the reception desk and the staff asked me to carry the crib up by myself. ???).We also found they entered our room more than one time when we are away and left a rude notice on our table (saying we can't eat in the room,if food is found we will be charged. WTF?!)When I tried to talk to their staff about the issue, they replied with rolling eyeballs, implite language and even slapped table in front of me!We reported them to the police. Still felt unsafe and offended,so we left after one night. (Saddest thing is, I left my glasses in the room when we hurrily checked out. It is never found. You know why...)
