😡.**** disgusting fat ugly Italian go to hell

1 star for the nice room and decent location. No customer service at all though!

When we checked in we asked twice if we can leave our bag for a couple of days upon checkout since we're checking in this hotel again upon our return to Paris. Lady in the front desk said yes. Come our check out day, the guy in the front desk asked us to get rid of our luggages in their storage room. We then have to move our luggages at 6am and we have a flight to catch in 3 hours. If they did not understand your question, they seem to just say yes instead of making an effort to understand you like use Google Translate. But they cannot be bothered!

During our stay we also asked if we could reheat food in the microwave, we even showed a photo of a microwave with our food, but they could not accommodate. As per the lady in the front desk due to "security reasons, it is not possible in the whole Paris for hotels to let guests use a microwave". Is there any truth to this? How come we can reheat foods in groceries or convenience stores? This is just absurd!

My sister and her husband with 2 kids below 8 years old were also not given consideration to be in 2 rooms good for 4 guests due to "security reasons" again. They have to book rooms good for 5 guests even though the youngest kid can fit and usually sleeps with the parents.

There's no manager on duty it seems and their excuse for any of your requests will always be "security reasons".

Will we stay here again? A hard NO. We wasted a lot of money with the 2 rooms we booked and ended up booking somewhere else where consideration and customer service are present.
