Hyatt Paris Madeleine

Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Hotel Paris Madeleine. The property itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a prime location, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. A special thanks to GM Nathalie, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality went above and beyond. Her personal touch truly set the hotel apart. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the lovely staff, every moment felt like pure luxury. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable and welcoming Parisian experience!

This is a GREAT and FRIENDLY hotel in an affluent, friendly, and quiet area of Paris. We visited this hotel 20 years ago with extended family - 3 generations, and remembered great service and a comfortable stay. My wife and I just stayed there for the 2024 Olympics, and couldn't be happier with our choice. The room was so cozy and the staff provided unlimited inside information about how to navigate the Olympics/travel/etc. Great hotel!!!

A piece of paradise in the heart of Paris. An incredible getaway that allows you to step back and enjoy simple yet sophisticated pleasures. Excellent food, refined and sophisticated, with a perfect combination of flavors and products. A comfortable and pleasant room in which you can relax and recharge your batteries. Friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend.

The level of service, location and general atmosphere corresponds to a 5-star rating. However, the hotel may not appeal to people with high expectations from it, so when choosing a hotel you should be careful, since cramped rooms are a given of the architecture and layout, and not the greed of the owners. Thanks to the hotel management for your hospitality!!!

While the rooms were not large, they were clean and sufficient for our stay. The staff, from the front desk to the staff at cafe M were exceptional. They were helpful, attentive, and very friendly. When we encountered a vandalism incident affecting the train tracks, the front desk kept us updated with regards on the status of our train. After staying at three different hotels in Paris, Madeleine has been the best in terms of service.

My family of 4 + my mom stayed here for 2 nights. We had two rooms on the 4th floor. The rooms were beautiful, extremely clean, and on the larger side for a major city. The hotel has elevators, which was important for my mom because she has mobility issues. *Finding a hotel in Paris with elevators is a challenge, so that's a major plus of this hotel. The morning breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety - and kids eat free. Bonus! The hotel has delicious Madeleine cookies in the lobby, which my kids also loved. Most importantly, the staff bent over backwards to help us, and believe me - we had a lot of requests. They helped us secure a wheelchair rental for my mom. They stored our luggage on two occasions. They helped us get mobility-assist-friendly taxis. (hard to come by!) They made change for us several times so that we had 5 and 10 Euro bills instead of 100's. And they did it all with a smile. An extra nice touch - I was excited to speak French. In my experience, many Parisians insist on using English when they hear your American accent - but I loved that the staff here spoke to me IN French. I can't wait to come back and visit again. Top notch. Can't say enough good things!

But what truly made the my experience unforgettable was the staff! The team at reception, the breakfast and cafe staff and housekeeping team have been so warm, welcoming and just exceptional. I can not wait to come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights during our vacation in Paris and absolutely loved it! Perfect location with comfy rooms, sauna and a fitness center. They offer a happy hour free beverage every night in the lounge area from 5-7pm. The service was above and beyond from the minute we checked in and we were especially grateful for Claire who was so kind and provided us with helpful tips and info. Highly recommend Hyatt Paris Madeleine, we can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms, although a bit small (welcome to Europe). Breakfast was excellent. Do not miss their happy hour in the lobby.
