When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted to balloons and champagne as we were celebrating our anniversary as well as our daughter’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and offered great recommendations for local cuisine and attractions. We particularly loved Maelys and Lenora who were so helpful and kind—our 2 year old daughter loved seeing them in the lobby every day! The location was great—literally outside the front door is a metro stop with multiple lines and you are within walking distance from the Seine. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay!

We stayed at Novotel Les Halles in October 2024, and the location was fantastic for our visit. We loved being able to walk to the Louvre and other sites, plus take the train around the city, and to Disneyland Paris. The service was also fantastic, and my daughter especially loved the candy that was put out daily in the lobby.
Unfortunately, during our stay the hotel was under construction, so we had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance upon arrival and the main floor was not as nice as in the photos. However, we would definitely stay here again and hope to see the hotel post-construction.

Central location, perfectly surrounded by cafes, brasseries and boulangeries. Easy to get on the metro to anywhere.
Staff is polite, helpful and nice.
Ice cream everyday from 4-6pm everyday was a nice touch. My 11yr old son loves it and look forward to it everyday. Also when we arrived the hotel brought us a bottle of apricot juice and chocolates, which makes it so personable after our journey from London.
The only thing was that there wasn’t a sign to indicate the hotel which made it hard to find but they listened to our feedback and the sign was up the next day:

Amazing service and great location for what we wanted. At the end of a 4 week trip this was one of the most comfortable beds we had. The hotel is having some minor reservations which didn't interfere with our stay however the hotel has put a lot of staff on and they go out of there way to assist with any needs. I would stay at this hotel again.
The only downside was no water in the room having to buy from mini bar and homeless person sleeping at the entry swearing and yelling a at us when we checked out.

I have no complaints about the service. The staff are so nice! The nearby locations are great too. You can quickly walk to two museums and a lot of good restaurants. But the rooms could be better. Paint was chipping on some of the walls. There was a half-filled bottle in the fridge from the last person who used the room. The subtitles on the TV never worked how you wanted them to. The rooms aren’t hygienic or dangerous, but they need better maintenance.

This Novotel is clean and extremely friendly front desk. Han from the front desk not only helped us with navigating through Paris via trains during our first visit patiently but also arranged for our service requests quickly. I will definitely come back to this Hotel during my next visit. Highly recommended !

This hotel is in an ideal location, immediately next to a metro station, only minutes away from the Louvre, other historical sites, and several restaurants. The staff our genuinely friendly, really helpful and caring. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast very good and very well-priced. We’re enjoying our stay here so far.

Perfect location with nice view and within easy walking distance of many landmarks and transportation. Shower hot water and pressure were fantastic. Desk staff and greeters were friendly with free ice cream each day during happy hour. Lots of families there for Disney vacations. The bar staff was not nearly as friendly upon 3 separate visits to it. Only negative regarding the room was that it was hot at night even with the thermostat as low as possible. Overall…a great family stay.

There was a small issue during the check-in process but hotel managed it promptly. Hotel itself is located very conveniently and close to everything you need at Paris. We had no issue with hot water as some of the reviewers mentioned and A/C worked really well through the night. Room was very neatly organized and kept real clean. We would definitely come back here and would recommend the hotel to families and friends.

Had a great stay and experience. The property is well located and all the personnel has a great customer service attitude. The room was smaller than I was expecting but considering the location I think it is normal. In general the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Would be nice to have laminate flooring instead of carpet.
