This is a delayed review, we stayed there in May for my birthday. The place is really nice but it’s the staff that make it a special experience. Cleopatra goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She felt like a friend when we left. Collins brought our food up with a smile and was always on hand to help with anything. The food was incredible :) let them know what you like and they’ll try and get it for you. Listen to Cleopatras recommendations for food. She will help you with everything. The place is comfortable and spotlessly clean. I definitely recommend.

This accommodation and the manager Cleopatra made our holiday an absolute dreammmm!! From the moment we arrived we felt at home thanks to our lovely host she went above and beyond our whole holiday and made it so so special. The rooms, views, food and staff were all just exceptional. The breakfast and food were AMAZINGGGGG. We even got engaged on this trip and the staff made is so special for us. I couldn’t thank cleopatra enough and I cannot wait to see you again when we return.

Melidonia Suites is a great modern hotel in one of the quietest areas on santorini... perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our suite "Nefeli" was really good with a pool and outdoor seating area and sun bed.

Food was really good with breakfast everyday and dinner options are very good. The chef is really really good 👍.

The staff overall are very helpful and were keen on us having a great time.

Collins who was taking care of our room service all trip , the Chef Katerina who was super brilliant and make some of the tastiest dishes we have ever had and Ms Becky our house keeping who was very sweet and kind.

Special thanks to Mrs Cleopatra for taking good care of us. She helped plan and book all activities ,taxis and restaurants we wanted.

It's good to be aware that hotel is far from Fira and Oia , you will need taxi / uber or to rent a car. It's about 40 mins drive from Hotel to Oia.

It's worth also reviewing Santorini view website for tours and activities you want according to your budget.

Overall , what is special about this hotel is not only the location, view but the staff who felt like a small Greek family welcoming us and taking care of us. To me and my wife it felt very special and much better experience compared to traditional hotel service.

This hotel was a wonderful choice, my girlfriend and I stayed for ten days and everything about it was absolutely perfect. The hotel has a very tight knit team that runs everything impeccably. The breakfast is absolutely to die for. The suites are clean soundproof and modern. The views of the caldera from the private patios are amazing.

Cleopatra the hotel manager is the nicest woman I have ever met, and this is not an exaggeration. Not only did she make us feel welcomed, she went above and beyond to make our stay special. All of her recommendations were fantastic (restaurants, excursions, wine tastings). She made reservations and organized it all on the spot. A seamless service, I would come back here in a heartbeat.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff there were so helpful and nice. Colin’s and Kristina were easy to reach and were always available to help. They made my experience in Greece great! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The view is great, but it is a bit far from Oia and Fira, so it is not very convenient without a car, but it is very suitable for quietly enjoying the sunset and watching the Aegean Sea volcano.

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing suite. On arrival, we were welcomed by the manager, Themis & given a welcome drink & food. We were upgraded to a higher level suite which had stunning views out across the caldera. All the staff were helpful & friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning and was hot, fresh & delicious. WE would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
