Acroterra Rosa Hotel & Spa

This is truly a 5 star hotel.
The staff was professional, friendly, attentive and helpful.
The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Good and quiet air con. Quiet environment all around.
The view was amazing.
We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean as well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony, which was warm and clean with strong jets.
Breakfast was very good, and there was oat milk available on request. Even dairy free margarine.
Service at breakfast was quick - lots of staff and buffet items were constantly refilled.
Robes, slippers, pool towels and beach towels all supplied.
Slight negative that there is absolutely nowhere to hang anything wet.

A few beaches within 10-30mins walk, and more can be reached by boat.
Several restaurants 5 mins walk away, as well as a well stocked mini market. It is a little bit far from anything else, and taxi is relatively expensive.

Nice hotel, cozy, clean however the service and the food is tip top on a very high level. On Santorini there are many beautiful hotels however few have the same level of service level as Acroterra Rosa. Big applause to management, you can feel the staff loves their job, and that is not to be taken likely when tourism is lower than normal ✌️

Absolutely superb. This is a beautiful place to stay and the staff are all excellent at their job, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food is great, cocktails too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay on this beautiful Island.

Best luxury hotel in the entire island. The owner and the staff are amazing, very friendly. Rooms are very luxuriously and the view is amazing. We travel here from Florida I was pleasantly surprised with our experience here. The pool overlooking the island is gorgeous.
The manager Konstantinos is very accommodating and kind. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. We are coming back for sure.

Nicest staff, beautiful rooms, amazing views and stellar food. Must come here if you’re traveling to Santorini. A nice distance from the bustling city but still close.

The photos on Google plus the website gives just a taste of this wonderful hotel.
Akrotiri is a very quiet almost unspoiled part of Santorini. This place would suit a couple of friends who want to simply unwind.
The local village with a few restaurants and shops is 5mins walk away.
And if the need takes you there is a bus every half hour to Thira.
Acroterra is unbusy. Well staffed. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell it's genuine.
Checkin was quick and shown to our room.
This was on the ground floor with a small balcony and table and chairs that gave a spectacular view out over the caldera to Thira and Oia. The pool and balconies face north so didn't get sun there unfortunately but I guess in summer you'd get early morning and sunset in the evening.
The room was superb and beautifully clean.
Bed was super king and very comfortable with ample soft and medium pillows.
Sockets for chargers etc at each side
Good Aircon.
Bathroom had a massive walkin shower and good size sink and vanity.
Room safe and a sink with counter and fridge hidden behind louvred doors.
The hotel has a clean and modernist feel with the beautifully finished gardens and walkways contuing the clean feel.
The restaurant is nice with an open view out over the pool and sun terrace to the caldera.
The menu is simple but food was wonderful.
We thought breakfast was good with a mix of cooked and fresh fruit breads and cuts to suit everyone.
Staff attentive and coffee great.
The bar is a little bit of a benign island. You wouldn't want to sit in there.
Felt that there could be more of a comfy seat option to sit out on the terrace.
Great selection of drinks and wines with several Santorini faves. In fact all the wines on offer were greek.
Talking with the staff you find that they all have there own room in the staff quarters and have meals provided. They feel the owners treat them well which means they return season after season. That happiness came through in the genuine and open presence they had.
One drawback may be the road that passes by but traffic is light. And quite frankly in the med you get used to the Vespas eh...?
All in all a beautiful and friendly place that is most definitely highly recommended

Beautiful, super clean big rooms. Breakfast area overlooking the pool with a view of the hills across the volcano crater (water) where you can see Fira (capital city) on top of the hill. Hotel is a short walking distance of eating and drinking places. A more tranquil area if you don't like the hustle and bustle of a city. Perfect for us. Red beach only a 10 min bus ride. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very helpful and smiley. We are definitely planning to come back.

We were very pleased, the staff is very attentive, we will come again next time, the best hotel in the Akrotiri area, perfect in terms of price/performance. I definitely recommend it.
