Very nice property. Our room was a small suite and had 3 balconies. We made reservations on short notice. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the views were good. The location is a great spot to spend the day at Agios Nikolaos or a trip to Spinalonga, or Elunda beach.

It's a 25minute walk to elounda, 2 minutes on a scooter or taxi (Which was 6€/ride) so you're out of the touristic area and can enjoy your peace on your balcony.

Good hotel with nice views of the ocean. Hotel is in a quiet location between Elounda and Plaka. Bed was comfortable. Good shower with lots of pressure. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. Hotel has two decent pools Rooms a little outdated. No hairdryer in the room. No bug mesh on any of the windows so had a a couple of bugs in the room. This was an amazing holiday and we were made to feel welcome from the day we arrived. The apartment was great and cleaned every day and the location was fantastic. The views from the apartment are fantastic, the night life is good, plenty of places to eat and have a drink. If you don't want a big meal you can just have a snack at the bar in the hotel complex. The breakfast is very good, scrambled eggs just how I like them

The place gets better every year I come, only downside this year is Olga wasn't here. I had an apartment all to myself I felt like royalty, I know all the staff but it changes each season but some are here year in year out, which I good to see. Beautiful scenery & views. Lovely studio rooms & apartments. Anna is a fantastic host who cannot do enough to make guests feel welcome. Good poolside food & bar. Only downside is closeness to amenities and of course the slope leading to the apartments which does get easier towards the end of the stay! There is no immediate beach and taxis are always available

Lovely stay at Kavos. Staff were really friendly, even allowed us to use the pool etc even though we were only using the apartments after being moved from our hotel. Would love to come back again and stay here.

Amazing views over the bay from pool and terrace in room. And the pool is nice decorating touches good value. Now with the bad, no TV, no door on freezer so no ice for drinks. The door kept pulling key holder out of the wall. You couldn't get any food or drink on site thought the day. It's a 20min walk into town. Place needs updating flooring fixtures and fittings and equipment.
