Be careful when carrying large luggage: you have to go up and down the stairs to get to the hotel. There is a small swimming pool, but it is very windy

The best room in the Fira area is here. I stayed in three room types, each with different advantages. The service staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the breakfast is rich and delicious

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub in our room was a great touch. However there were lots of ants in our room and the pool was freezing so we couldn’t enjoy a swim after a long hot day

Great treatment from reception. And we made good use of the common areas, eating at the available tables but especially the pool :)

I loved every second I stayed in Greece thanks to these guys. Rooms were kept neat, nice view and the service personnel were awesomely professional and kind. I will gladly stay here anytime I go back.

Clean room, extremely affordable, about 10 minutes walk from Fira main square. Family run hotel with shuffles to port/airport available. Parking available on the street.

The owners are truly very hospitable, education is never a given and being welcomed like this is always a great pleasure. An airport pick-up service is also available

Spent a part of our honeymoon here and it was perfect. I would stay for the view alone. We stayed in the suite just off the pool no complaints. The breakfast is cooked to order and drinks can be ordered from reception

One of the best views of Santorini! Great reception, wonderful breakfast! Amazing pool! Not many guests so the pool is always empty, you can enjoy the views with peace! Beautiful!!! Will go back many times :)

We stayed in the senses suite, which was a cave themed room ( it was lovely), very clean and spacious , quiet and came with instant access to the pool and the amazing view of the Caldera

Even though the pool is shared most of the time we had it to ourselves. We loved the outside champagne breakfast with a view. The staff were lovely and organised our taxi transfers

The pool is STUNNING! We got so many good photos. You really do have the best view in Santorini at this hotel. Breakfast was okay, would be nice if there was vegan options

The location is amazing as you right in the centre of Fira. The sunset at the pool was incredible as well

The pool is heated and wasn’t busy at all during our visit in October. Fira itself is busy and full of cruise ship visitors. Fira is a great base for exploring the rest of the island as all the buses go from there

The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. There is a large massage pool in the room and the staff will clean it every day. The view is sunny and has a sea view.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santorini. Location was perfect. Steps away from Barolo restaurant. Staff here was also very helpful and gave us helpful tips on what to do and how to best use our time.

This was my second time staying here in the last six months. 5 minutes from the main bus station, and I did not want to rent a car. I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go with the bus

Good location, adequate accommodation. Great location, close to the bus station. No need to book a transfer, get the bus to Fira and it’s a 5min walk. Room services every day and was clean

Some complimentary tea and coffee. The fridge was very noisy and we unplugged it. There was a lot of noisy from below us and someone kept using a very noisy washing machine late at night

I cannot thank her enough for all the information she provided. Her dad is just the kindest and sweetest person, reminded me of my dad. Excellent breakfast, overall 10 stars. Cannot wait to come back one day!

The stuff is very nice. The terrace, the jakuzzi and the view is amazing! Absolute luxury. The room is clean and comfy, the bathroom is okay. RECOMMDNDED! P.S.: The breakfast is delicious.

Although we did not get to meet in person, we were in constant communication via whatsapp. She was so understanding as we had a small issue in Greece that forced us to leave one day early

The hotel service is good, the boss is enthusiastic. It provides paid pick-up and drop-off, which costs 20 euros from the hotel to the airport, which is about 4 kilometers. The hotel provides coffee and water once

They were very kind and introduced us to recommended shops. [Facilities] We arrived late at night and checked out the next day, so we don't have a full picture of what was going on, but it was generally good

[Service] They greeted us with a smile and didn't even bother to ask for a late-night shuttle (fees listed on their website required). They were also happy to store our luggage after we checked out

Great position if you want to stay outside small city center and avoid crowded streets and have possibility to reach the hotel by car. Near main road to reach all the destinations of the island

Nice hotel, with nice and spacious rooms but without privacy as windows/balcony are on the internal small garden (sometime on ground floor) so people outside can see you inside your room

Clean, white, cool rooms. No views, but great location otherwise and a saving to be made to buy you a nice dinner/drinks later. Pool to cool off in (nice, but not great).

We booked a boat tour that said it was at 9:30 which really was at 8:30 leave time which was the same time we set up for breakfast and we went to cancel it

He ended up coming in early and had our breakfast done by 8am so we could make our 8:30 tour and have breakfast as well

Great place the manager very helpful with any enquiries, the room spacious and clean, the pool was and as great views the same as the breakfast area. The location is within walking distance to the center of Fira.

Lovely staff very professional and helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday-honest staff we left many valuables every time we go out and nothing lost, comfortable bed and well presented, location is great!, very close to everything!(Fira is the best town to stay when in Santorini if your a foodie like me), can hire atv with them and free parking, breakfast daily

Nonetheless ,this place is highly recommended! We arrived very early 6am and we were given a temporary room to sleep and was transferred to our room once rested. Satisfied customers definitely!;)

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants
