Amazing hotel/rooms, exceptional service and breathtaking (!) view of Caldera. Clear recommendation. For info: Pool rather small, breakfast also good but not extreme breadth of choices.

Everything was perfect — just like a dream. The service was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay truly special. Thank you for everything; we were so sad to leave! We’ll definitely be coming back.

The best part of our stay was the view and the helpful staff. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so soft. It is very nice to sit by the pool. They play music and make great cocktails

Staff very polite and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views. Forget long walks and drives to beaches. Just stay at your balcony and you will see a whole world in front of you

We were right across from the pool which is also where breakfast is served. The sunsets from our balcony as well as the sitting area above our room were magnificent

The bed was a bit to firm for me, and there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. However all of the amazing things outweighed these couple if minor things

The hotel has a stunning outlook with basically everything catered for. Likewise the food was delicious & the dining area located on the cliff side allowed uninterrupted views of the port & the sunset in the evening

All in all a brilliant hotel & we can totally recommend it BUT’ a word of warning! There are 147 pretty much straight up steps from the lower rooms to the entrance of the hotel!! Quite hard work after breakfast as no lift! Many thanks to Tim & his team of wonderful hosts for our short break

Arrived having transferred from a quick stop over from Crete on the fast ferry. We’re welcomed by the entire team who thankfully carried our bags to our relevant hotel rooms

She was a beautiful person inside and out and really made our dining experience everything! I also want to highlight the young gentleman who worked reception from the afternoon to early evening shift

This was our first trip to Santorini and we had an amazing time. The views are spectacular and the hotel staff treated us like family. Lots to do within walking distance

It is in close proximity to many great restaurants, a market and many small boutiques/places to shop. Its proximity to so much makes it a prime location

We came here for our Wedding and stayed for a week either side of the Ceremony. The views from the pool/breakfast area are the best in Firostefani. The staff have been so attentive and friendly when called apon

This hotel is amazing! The views are stunning, the room was clean and the pool is great too. You're a 15min costal walk from Fira and a 25min walk from the best sunset spot on the Island (Not Oia)

There are a few restaurants near the hotel too if you wanted to stay local. The reception staff were great. They helped us decide where to go and they arranged a car rental for us to explore the island too

There are only two tiny things that I wasn't a fan of. The breakfast was average and the staff in the pool area didn't seem to work to the same high standard as the reception staff

Our only very small issues were that the pool was cold, but likely due to the time of year (Oct) and also at breakfast there's limited seating inside and most seating is outside, so at this time of year it's hit or miss whether you'll be eating against the wind! I also found the pillows uncomfortable, but I usually have orthopedic at home

Management were amazing, but the staff from housekeeping, pool and bar staff were so accommodating and nothing was too hard for them. 10 stars out of 5!!! So great!

The hotel has simple, well-cared for accommodations, including AC and free guest WIFI. The complimentary breakfast is served in the poolside bar/cafe, and is excellent

The pool was phenomenal eventhough I didn't swim. The location for me was perfect a bit away from the craziness of the center still super well located is only 5 minutes walk to the bus station

Offerings include savory and sweet pastries, yoghurt and fruit, coffee and tea. The views from the cafe are wonderful and relaxing. The staff is friendly and willing to provide advice on areas of interest and dining

We we're picked up promtply from the airport by one of the staff, Marcus. He provided colorful commentary on the island life on the quick drive to the hotel

We also appreciated the thoughtful recommendations provided by the hotel on things to see and do in the area. Their suggestions helped us discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed

It’s also situated right in the heart of the shopping district, making it ideal for those looking to explore local stores and eateries on foot

It turned out that the local driver would automatically call the hotel guys and ask them to pick us up on the street, because the hotel could not Drive the car directly to the door

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

Breakfast was served on the roof deck of the villa and there was so much food that was very good. Staff is excellent and so helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're going to Santorini

This place was hands down the reason our Santorini trip was so perfect! The location of the place is perfect. Right next to the main shopping area but not in the middle of it like other places

Breakfast was delicious and delivered to your room. Roof top had a hot tub with amazing views. My wife left a piece of jewelry on our last day

The views wow. Sunset drinks by the pool is a must. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Food so good. Coffee delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Lots of friendly staff so helpful and ready to assist.

From the wonderful terrace to the relaxing pool and jacuzzi a stay at Anteliz really is awe inspiring. A luxury boutique hotel which delivers in abundance I highly recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed!!!

They met our car and carried our bags to the hotel (which was not easy!). Breakfast is served outside by the pool overlooking the water. It was delicious! They also booked us on an amazing catamaran experience

It's a great location walking distance to town along with great views. The pool was very relaxing as well as the sun chairs. I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

!!! Santorini's GEM !!! My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 3 nights in early August. We had what we both thought to be one of the best trips of our lives

Staff was very attentive, view is unbelievable looking directly at the caldera. Food was in point! Would recommend.

Last minute booking due to ferry cancellation. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our ferry was then meant to arrive at 1. They were still there to pick us up at 3. 30am to take us back and check us in

They were constantly checking if we were happy. There was a big group of us staying for a wedding. We had access to two swimming pools

The spa jaccuzzi now have a cover so it maintains the temperature and prevents the room from getting humid. There's Ac and as well as humidifier which I did not have to use but they were there for my comfort

I dont even know where to start with this experience. The location, perfect. The view, perfect. And the shining star would be the staff. They go above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Very friendly staff and always communicative. I stayed at the delux duplex and it was perfect for me. I saw some complaints on the reviews; and I was relieved to see that the staff came up with solutions

I suspect more traffic starting June but the road is very small so it cannot get that crowded. There are nice restaurants in 1-2min walk from the hotel if you need a something eat right away

You can walk pretty much to Fira town to Oia. Every morning they brought me more than enough portion of breakfast with good coffee. I am definitely coming back to Ellinon Thea

Service is amazing and the view from all the rooms are spectacular! I will always visit Santorini and stay with Exclusive plan suites! The rooms are fully equipped from the junior to master suites! The hot tub is the best place to be after a long day out exploring santorini and breakfast every morning just sweetened my experience!

Jaccuzi was warm and fun, views are breathtaking, very nice place for a couple but outside of season, I heard there's tons of people here just walking by looking for a good chance to take nice pictures which takes your privacy away, but we were in February when there was just few tourists

The hot tub never got hot enough when we were there sadly but they did give us free transportation back to the airport which was very nice. The little kitchen is nice to be able to make our own food

I recommend this place to anyone :) well maybe not for a family with kids. ;-) oh and one recommendation. Do not feed cats unless you want a whole herd on your patio waiting and fighting for a food

If you plan to travel here in February/March keep in mind that it's very windy here and even if it's warm the wind can take that feeling away, so sitting in jaccuzi isn't that much fun

One thing I didn't like is that I've asked Dimitri to order a taxi for us to get to the airport but instead we had a bus with others inside and still pay the taxi price

Awesome views with your own balcony, staff are top notch and the cooked breakfast are amazing, room service food is excellent. The pool with food and beverage service was very nice

So central to everything in Fira and trips can be made from here out to Oia. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony without other people in your way. The rooms are great and spacious. We will be coming back here!!!

The suites at Panorama was gorgeous, and the location was in the heart of the market on a cliff overlooking the ocean

The staff at both Panorama and their sister hotel, Astro Palace were incredibly accommodating and warm

It took us less than 5 minutes by foot to reach the central bus station, the shops and eateries. The view from the villa was great and picture-perfect. The villa was spacious and clean

We loved everything about this place, the view was absolutely incredible, everything was super clean, we had a cleaner that came everyday to clean the room and changed our towels to fresh towels, the staff were all super friendly and informative about where the good places are to eat and swim, the breakfast food was delicious, and we got to choose where we would like to eat every morning

Everything about the bed was so comfortable, blankets, pillows and the mattress. The pool was so clean and relaxing. We also got a beautiful wine on arrival to enjoy while watching the sunset from the apartment

The view from the hotel gives you a private view of the cliff and Fira, most beautiful sunset you can see in Santorini without the crowd. I will highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Santorini

Though they were busy with their work, they would always make time to check how we were doing and provided us with more information to make our stay in Santorini more enjoyable and interesting

All the staff was very kind and helpful, and they also allowed us to use the pool for the whole day after check-out while we waited for our flight

There is no parking, but the receptionist was extremely helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous. There was a pool. No view though.

Whilst rooms are of a moderate standard, they are comfortable. Location is terrific and the staff are brilliant and very very helpful, you would rate them highly alongside much more expensive hotels

The Suite was very confortable with a Queen Size bed, very modern bathroom and the outdoor Jacuzzi which is just amazing!!! I highly recommend Marquise Suites for whoever wants to have a nice time in Thira, good price and excellent service!

Dear readers, of you go to Santorini, and you don't book this. It's aaaaamaaaaazing! With capital A - Amazing. The room has all you need, the mattress is very comfortable, the spa facilities are working properly

This is a beautiful property on the exterior. The room we stayed in was dark, the lights we insufficient, or alarmingly bright. The shower was so small you had to become friends with the shower curtain
