Great hotel (and room) in a great location between the sea and the mountain pool! Spa and gym available, very good food and friendly staff! Perfect holiday in the most complete calm! Be sure.

Nice hotel right on the beach. I was there for a few weeks and I really liked it. The rooms are modern, even if they seem a bit small (especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage). But I love the shower. The pool bar right on the beach is great, with a great atmosphere and great food. All the staff are very nice and attentive. A real recommendation.

Nice Spa-Resort not far from Chania. The resort as such is beautiful, the rooms are nice, maybe a bit too small. The Service is great, the stuff always very kind and helpful. The Bar at the beach is the nicest place for a Cappuccino prepared by Marianna who always has a smile for her guests :-) .

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time we went to this resort at the end of September in 2021 and now again in August.
The hotel was fully booked but as it is a quiet small and comfy hotel it doesn't feel crowed. You have enjoy space and u can really enjoy it to the fullest. Sometimes it also feels like a private little beach.

Went to the spa two times. Maria explained all treatments in detail and was super kind. The two girls at the spa Georgia and Anna did an amazing massage. It is a pity I fell asleep, but it was too relaxing. Also it was just us at the spa, so even more quiet atmosphere.

Never been to an accommodation twice but for this hotel I made an exception 🙃

The hotel experience was very nice especially Anna and Maria in the spa. Both were extremely professional and kind and guided us well through not only the spa treatments but also in addition great sports to visit around the city for a great stay. Will definitely be back thanks to the spa team

We loved to have our honeymoon at La Mer, we have been in the hotel 2 years ago and we have experienced a very nice welcome. We love how this venue brings calmness and relaxation to your mind and body. I strongly encourage guests to visit the spa and take some treatments. Maria was very helpful in making you very relaxed and ready for your treatment, full transparency on what you will receive. Georgia was a great therapist, she showed professionalism and gentle compassion. I would strongly recommend everyone to spend 60’ in pure calmness and relaxation.

La Mer Resort & Spa was truly one of best places I’ve been to! The staff and facilities were fantastic & the best part was the spa and massages - Maria, Anna & Georgia was amazing! So glad we chose this resort for our first time in Crete. Food was spectacular and pool was great with plenty of loungers and deck chairs for everyone. The rooms were on the smaller size but it’s gorgeous, simple and comfortable. Highly recommended for adults looking to relax and enjoy the sun!

The hotel facilities were splendid ! Everything was carefully planned and set out for our arrival and the entirety of our stay.
Regarding the Spa and Wellness facility: we booked a Duo - full body - Cretan massage that was highly recommended. The advice we received was precise, tailored for each individual and carefully thought out. Maria and her team (Anna and Georgia) did a formidable job: they were always so welcoming and the quality of the treatment was excellent. We also enjoyed the other facilities available in the Spa: indoor pool and steam room. Everything was clean and soothing. Overall great experience.

We just love this place so much! We've been fortunate enough to visit twice already, and we're eagerly awaiting our third visit later this year. I even proposed to my wife during a romantic dinner on the beach - it was a moment we'll never forget! The hotel is absolutely fantastic, with a staff that is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food is simply amazing. We can't wait to return and enjoy all of the amazing amenities the hotel has to offer. The only issue we had was when the manager changed our reservation once because they were hosting a wedding. However, in the end, a solution was found, but we did feel that it was not very professional of them to do so.

My wife and I stayed at LaMer for one night to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a beautifully decorated room that set the perfect romantic tone for our stay.

The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was no exception. It was immaculate and elegantly furnished. While it we had the luxury of a private jacuzzi on our balcony, which was an absolute highlight. It provided a perfect setting for a relaxing and intimate evening.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the plush robes and high-quality toiletries.

We dined at the hotel’s restaurant, and the meal was exceptional. The cuisine was exquisite, and the service was impeccable, with the staff attentive to our every need.

Special thanks to Mrs. Ivona, the manager, for her warm hospitality and personal touches that made our stay extraordinary. We also want to commend the receptionists, Mr. Manos , Mrs. Penelope, for their friendly and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Overall, LaMer exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect place to celebrate our special occasion, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.
