D'Andrea Mare Beach Hotel

Had a lovely 9 nights stay here and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The check in was super easy, the minute we stepped inside the hotel we had help with our bags and were shown to our hotel room which was a lovely touch. The room itself was quite big and very clean with bathroom being very spacious. Daily housekeeping also meant we came back from a whole day on the beach to clean towels and new bathroom essentials. We also had a lovely view from our hotel room as we booked the sea view room. It was very special waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful sea. The hotel has excellent facilities, we particularly loved the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas which was on the doorstep from the hotel. The beach was perfect- quiet and clean and sun loungers were nicely separated rather than all being cramped together. You are also able to bring your drinks from the bar and snacks from the snack bar and enjoy them on the beach (Thea from the bar makes the best iced coffee by the way ❤️) There is always plenty of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served delicious Greek gyros and hot dogs. The entire staff were all extremely friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from Rhodes old town so surrounding area is quite quiet but as we’ve had a car this didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Can’t fault it in any way!

Had a lovely stay here exceeding my expectations after reading some of the slightly negative reviews. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel had very good facilities. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and beach. Food was all good throughout the day and varied. Location was good being close to the airport and old town but not much directly around the hotel if you like to explore.

Absolutely amazing!
Just arrived back from 10 nights stay here. The hotel was kept so clean and tidy the whole time. Staff were really friendly and always smiling. Pools and outdoor areas were also very clean and staff were constantly maintaining the upkeep of the grounds. Fresh towels in the room every single day, fresh beach towels every other day too!

The food was themed, all different throughout the week and was very hot and tasty. Staff were also making sure plates were taken away once finished eating and tables were cleaned as soon as you left ready for the next.

Pool area was great, with a swim up bar and lazy pool to relax in. Also right on the beach front with plenty of free beds (obviously travelled out of season, but staff accommodated accordingly)

Travelled into Rhodes towns via the shuttle service that was available to scan and book direct on your phone. €16 for two people that includes your travel back to hotel. Either that or a €20 taxi both ways. Very easy to book both at reception if needed with taxis arriving within 2 minutes each time to pick us up.

We got upgraded to a large family room on arrival which was a great surprise and they also made us some food as we had arrived late at night.

George the pool bar man was great! Remembered our usual orders and had a great sense of humour, would recommended ‘George’s Special’ cocktail.

Unfortunately due to a health issue I couldn’t stay up any longer than 8pm to comment on the entertainment. However one night I saw vegas style night being performed on my way to our room. So looks like it was good too!

Was impressed by the all natural products provided in the room, smelt amazing!

What a lovely hotel with beautiful beach to watch lovely sunsets. Entertainment staff was lovely Lesley and team always checked in to see we was happy and asking to join in activitys but not pushy if you say no. Food was very nice too. Planes fly over very often but got used to the noise and couldn't hear them in the rooms.

Wow and Wow! Hotel is clean, very well maintain, rooms are specious, staff is very friendly and they will go above and beyond to satisfy your needs! Especially miss Voula in the front desk she was our angel! Always helping us with everything we needed and always with a smile in her face! Also after your check out if you have a late flight you can use the beach, pool and the dinning for free and also you can take a shower downstairs and storage your suitcases which is a huge plus! Those people really care about the guests! Thank you so much! We will come back for sure!

Pretty awesome all inclusive resort. Pool side bar. Awesome. Water slide for the kids. Awesome. Food and snacks available at all times. Awesome. Entertainment crew to keep things interesting and busy. Awesome. On-site massage services. Awesome. Air conditioned rooms. Awesome. Clean and modern rooms. Awesome. You can ignore the low reviews because they seem to be overreacting about some small issue and have completely lost sight of the value this place provides. Another nice aspect of this place is that it's a small all inclusive resort compared to other, major properties. This means it's not as crowded and there aren't lines for stuff. Highly recommend this place. There is one annoyance though. There aren't enough chairs by the pool for every guest, creating a collective action problem of everyone laying their towels out all day to keep the chairs reserved, even if they walk away from the pool for hours. Not sure what management can do about that, but it's the only negative I can think of.

Just back from a 7 night stay - location isn’t great regarding things to do however hotel is right beside the beach and activities are on throughout the day, and there is also a shuttle service to Rhodes and not too far from the town Ialysos. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The food was the main 5 star rating as for a buffet, the food was of very high quality and different themes for each night such as Asian and Greek and food and drink is available pretty much all day. There are a lot of sunbeds both by the pool and by the beach and although the sunbeds by the pool were usually taken quickly there was always ones available later in the day so was no issue. We stayed in the double room with sea view and was very nice room with a great view. Hotel is a bit loud with crickets and birds however wasn’t really an issue and with the hotel being on a flight path there was planes flying over regularly however wasn’t a problem for us as we enjoyed watching the planes 😊 overall it is a very nice hotel with good food and good entertainment, would recommend 😀

The hotel is awesome. We stay there 2 years ago and has great variety of foods, pools are awesome in special for kids. Can walk on the beach from the hotel right in the backyard. Beach is rocky but is like that almost all over the island. 3 meals a day no need to worry finding a place to eat. No cooking is great. And affordable. Staff is incredibly friendly.
