Where to stay with pets in Ixia

We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

Breakfast’s are okay but get VERY repetitive after about day 3, also prepare yourself for nothing but carnage in the dinner hall

We stayed at this hotel for the Martial Arts World Tournament and this hotel did an amazing job! We had thousands of people (filled the hotel plus another hotel) and wow! The hospitality manager (Nicholas) is fantastic

The food on the buffet was fresh and full of recipes to try that are local specialities. Then they have your classic pizza, fries, nuggets that kids love

Restaurants, bars, lounging area and convention rooms. I highly recommend this place for large groups that need space and top notch hospitality. The hospitality manager makes it 5 stars with just him alone

Location 100 yards from beach with an underpass so you didn't need to dodge traffic on the main road. This was also clean and well maintained

The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here

The buffet provides both Greek and international options, with good quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I love this hotel, This was my favourite holiday yet that i’ve ever been on! The rooms are absolutely amazing

The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach

Pools and pool bars and all pool staff👌🏻👌🏻 What they don’t tell you when you’re booking the holiday is if you’re not staying for more than seven days you can’t book any of the other restaurants so its buffet only

to be fair we found the buffet very good with a wide variety of choice (we only had one afternoon where we weren’t 100% satisfied) We stayed All inclusive option mainly because we took our little boy

Wow - what an incredible stay! My husband and I have just come back from 10 nights at Atrium Platinum and can't praise it highly enough

The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—nothing felt like too much trouble. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and every interaction throughout my stay left a lasting impression of true hospitality

The service is wonderful, the food is amazing at every restaurant, and the sea views and sunsets are a real highlight. Room was always clean and tidied daily, with a lovely balcony

The cocktails were equally impressive: carefully crafted and simply delicious. The location is ideal, with breathtaking sea views that made every moment feel special

We also enjoyed some brilliant local excursions, all of which the hotel was more than happy to help arrange. Their recommendations were spot-on and made exploring the area completely effortless

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes

The variety was impressive, with fresh and tasty options that catered to all tastes

We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block

The hotel was fabulous clean tidy well looked after, all the staff very helpful room was cleaned everyday towels including beach towel where changed every day , the food was average but you won’t starve, loads to eat and drink, more sun beds than you could wave a stick at , entertainment was ok 2 decent acts out of 7 the only down side was everything stopped at 11pm bars stayed open till 1am but nothing...

The animation team and in particular Emma and Mathias made the stay much more enjoyable with their energy and enthusiasm, they were very friendly from the start of our stay and we’re a lot of fun to have around, persuading me and my group to get involved with the activity’s that are on offer at the hotel and cannot fault them one bit throughout our stay and are definitely a highlight from the whole...

The themed a la carte restaurant were a mixed bag with Greek and the bakery being amazing! Very good quality, freshly prepared. Italian restaurant was very basic and rushed and nothing about it felt Italian

There are 4 bars in this all inclusive hotel. The busiest one was at the pool area. Overall pool was very well set up! There were plenty of sun loungers and beds so you didn’t have to run and get a bed early

The location is great, close to the city, which made exploring easy while still enjoying the tranquility of the hotel

Resort is brilliantly located: private, quiet beach and different pools for adults and children. We went with two teenagers (15 and 18) and they loved the sea and the pool

Beautiful holiday resort shout out to Johnny and lukas the entertainers they were a blast and made our holiday great especially going clubbing with them 😂 they will not disappoint yamassss

I am vegan and was surprised by the range and variety of food which was quite different each day. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained

We had a thoroughly relaxing family holiday. A very spacious family apartment in the garden wing, beautifully cleaned by housekeeping, a real treat to return to each day. Very comfortable room and facilities

The entertainment is aimed more at younger children but was fun and high energy. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent

We stayed in the garden wing, the rooms were standard but always kept clean. The cleaners were lovely and always asked if we needed anything. We spent a lot of days by the pool and there was always sun loungers available

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit. Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

Just come back from the best girls holiday at avra beach! It had a bit of everything to suit all, family's, girls trip, couples ect. The staff was very nice and catered for our every need

Nice to listen to sea whilst sunbathing and restaurant location is beautiful for sunsets next to the beach. Different food theme each night. Great pool and OK entertainment

This is our 2nd time stopping here and we’re already planning our 3rd visit! The bar staff, reception staff, waiters are all so friendly and helpful but I have to say the holiday was made especially great by the animation team who kept us laughing and having fun

But the people that make it are the animation team they are sooo lovely and easy to talk to and definitely entertaining but I have to give a special mention to SAM he just went above and beyond for our party of 12 ladies and nothing was to much trouble

My daughter cried for an hour straight when we left because she missed her so much. Thank you Avra Beach and all the staff, including Bee, Lia, Mira, Sam and Boogie. Hope to see you again next year

Great location, varied cuisine, nice rooms especially overlooking the sea from its balcony, hall with reception and bar, a large, near surf station with a great variety of sails and boards!

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic

You can walk to the busy stop in under 10 minutes and get the bus to Rhodes town centres/old town and other locations, bus fare is cheap at around 2. 40€ single journey and you can also purchase a whole day ticket

The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food your serve

This hotel is great! Clean, spacious, good customer service, lovely selection of food, nice bar, swimming pool always clean, arcade/games area is great for both adults and children, the views are incredible and location is great to travel around

All inclusive is definitely the way to go at this hotel! Food choice is amazing, cocktails are great, entertainment each night is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, everything is lovely and clean

Entertainment has been good every night and kids are catered for but I think personally 9pm for the kids entertainment to start is a bit late. Overall it's been a relaxing, enjoyable break away

One of the cleaners set the teddies up on their beds in a special way every morning. Food was good although a little repetitive, themed nights offered some variety

An overall comfortable hotel with nice rooms located at the sea. The all inclusive service is not good, the wine they offer is virtually undrinkable and you can’t even pay for anything better

Hotel was very clean staff were seen cleaning and mopping all around the pool area and around the hotel. Our daughter's each took a teddy from home

The rooms were cleaned daily and the maids were pleasant but if you’re looking for a bed around the pool where the daytime activities are then you’ll need to be down there by 6/7 am even though there are signs up telling you not to reserve beds by placing towels on them or they’ll be removed

There’s also a gap under the door so you can hear everything in the corridor too especially late revellers returning home after a night in Falaraki at 3am. They’re not fire doors so you’ll hear everything

A lovely barman (Ilias) apologised and told us someone would be there soon. Some 10 or so minutes later, a gent arrived as casual as you like and offered no apology

There is a smaller more quiet pool which is better for getting a bed but again it can get quite busy especially in the afternoons

The room was ok, we had a sea view but be aware this hotel is on a very busy main road so all you can hear is the heavy traffic

We opted for spending 3 days down on the beach as you’re guaranteed a bed at €5 per person per day

My first vacation with my family wasn't that great. We arrived after 1:00 AM, checked in, and went up to our room. We entered the room and I immediately went to the bathroom to check everything

Has everything you need nice and close. (Kids pool, kids club within sight of main pools, beach). The food was incredible! Nice touch being greeted to the restaurant without fail

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something different every day, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay

We recently stayed at D’Andrea Mare Beach Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Positives: The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean — a real plus for families or couples looking for comfort

One important issue is the lack of supervision at the pool — unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules, jumping dangerously into the water near small children and rinsing sandy feet directly in the pool

Areas for Improvement: While the facilities were generally good, we did notice that the pool area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times

The place is good. Would come again. Staff great and helpful. Food plentiful and varied. Only thing that holds it back from a good 5 star is that our room was tired and dated although perfectly serviceable.

The entrance to the grounds is not controlled. It is strange that no incident was not. The administration seems to rely on the honesty of travelers (and local thieves)

It's a good hotel,work in progress it seems. Lot of food choices, eastern food night well worth a visit, rooms not 5* but it's serviceable and they are doing them up

No communication between the holiday company and the hotel meant 2 days of high stress, annoyance and not getting what we paid a LOT of money for

Don’t use EasyJet holidays to go here. 2 wasted holiday days due to the incompetence of this company

Sweet hotel that the crew is so nice it feels like family!

But the rooms and hotel defenitely need some updating and fixes. Smoke detectors missing, bad airco systems, terras doors that open bad, water drains that are clogged up, elevator not working,

Friendly, good service, good pool area. The food and cocktails aren't that good. The rooms serve their purpose and the cleaning ladies do a good job every day

The location was brilliant 5 mins from airport we were first drop off and last to be collect. You are close to Alyssa’s town which is 20 mins walk and there are plenty of bars and restaurants

We went to reception at check out to be moved and the room they allocated us wasn’t ready so again they moved us to another that was ready. This was pool view room and again it was very spacious and luxury

There was a terrace overlooking the main pool you literally walk down 3 steps and you are at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to chill and relax but I have a feeling in high season it’s a party one

The staff and food was great on site we only ate there for lunch. Breakfast great choice of foods only thing lacking was tea, it was hard to find and but you don’t see much tea on the island it’s all coffee

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Cook's Club Greece! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

On check out we had late flight and was unable to keep our room on but the reception were great and changed us room it’s €35 until 3pm and €55 until 5pm (I think)

Large Rooms for a small Price and very friendly owner, definitely worth a stay! But AirCon on the opposite side of the sleeping room, so it's hot inside.

Pretty good hotel, bar drinks are strong, but doesn't taste good, beach is stoney. Entertainment is good, restaurant is good.

There are some newly constructed rooms around the garden which are the ones that feature most prominently in the booking sites - not all rooms are like this but a bit of 'up cycling' has brought them close enough until they get round to the full refurb

Drinks and snacks are available all day and everyone is really welcoming. This area also doubles as the breakfast room and there is always a good selection of coffee, tea, juices, bread, fruits, meat and cake each day

They will also give you a large 'pool towel' for your entire stay. It is a little bit of a walk up the hill but they will happily arrange taxis, hire cars and scooters if you need

The hotel is small and the owners are clearly making improvements over time. The pool area is smart and clean and there is a pool cafe/bar area which is also smart and modern

Greek salads and pizza can also be made for you all through the day and there is an evening chef from about 4-8 depending on demand for something more substantial

Arriving from the airport, you get the local bus to the 'Ixia Grand' stop at the bottom of the hill and it's a couple of hundred metres further on

Booked this as a family of 3 me and my two kids age 11,16 Cannot fault the hotel at all. Every single staff member has been so happy and can’t do enough for you. Normally there is always one miserable one but not here

Hotel manager always around introducing himself. My main bit I love is the staff all eat the same buffet after all the guests have finished

Rooms I would say ours was too small, tiny balcony that fits a chair width ways but everyone I spoke to had a family room with bunk beds so I would request that next time Amazing place Was told to visit Rhodes old town, loved that -‘d Lindos didn’t do that as left to late apparently a boat from Rhodes town and taxi back

Me and my wife visited the nathalie last year in June and within a couple of hours we knew we would return and we have booked to return this year,the hotel is spotless,very quiet and peaceful and all the staff from the owners and reception staff,Martha,christof and marina really made us feel at home,roll on June 2018 !!!

This small family hotel is exceptional. The staff are first class and its small and intimate feel was ideal for us. All the staff deserve a mention but special thanks to Fotini, Kevin and marvellous Maria

Beds super comfortable with free air conditioning. The location is on the far edge of Izia. Food and drinks prices are reasonable. It is not, in my opinion a children's hotel

The hotel is also home to 2 wonderful friendly cats - we just had to make sure they didn’t try steal our breakfast! And as for Ixia, it is a wonderful town

Short bus rides into Rhodes Town, a gorgeous pebble beach (i recommend watching the sunset there!), a supermarket only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and a delicious pizzeria (you have to go if you visit!!)

My boyfriend and i stayed at Nathalie Hotel at the beginning of July, and it was wonderful. Having read some previous reviews i was a bit skeptical, but Hotel Nathalie exceeded my expectations on all levels
