Reviews
Do not come here if you have children especially picky eaters!
We stayed for 5 nights was a terrible experience, nothing is as it says!
There is no point of all inclusive as the drinks are limited, the food is horrible,it’s all a bunch of mush there isn’t even fries or anything that would accommodate for picky eaters other than bread and butter!
It is definitely some type of pensioners hotel no offence it is FULL of old people every bad review is correct! My partners jewellery was taken from the room after we had the do not disturb sign on and when we spoke to reception they then sent the cleaners back the next day to ask can they come in and look. On top of that when the jewellery was took they didn’t even clean the room the only made the bed and then told us if we don’t have proof they can’t accuse the staff and then proceeded to ask for the certificate which came with the jewellery!
It’s pushing a 3/5!
Everyone looks bored you have to pay for everything the all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm and the pick and choose when ur all inclusive can be used. Food isn’t very hot the best thing about the hotel is probably them driving us up to our room.
Literally nothing to do
The snack bar isn’t open, either is the cafe that’s supposed to all inclusive
Overall it’s just a bad hotel do not come!
We ordered food ever night because there was a longggg line every day for dinner + the wait is not worth it for the food they serve!
Multiple staff members have agreed that the hotel is not up to 5* standards and I personally think that’s enough said
(Added the picture of the line one night)
Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom..
Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve.
Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience. Staff very busy of course but not much welcome, a few were good...During the time we were there, there were 2 conferences a wedding, and then a Chess tournament ...
Obviously this increased the numbers at mealtime, significantly.
A la Carte Restaurant was good and staff lovely, only wish the 'oriental' meal had been chinese, though the Italian was very good.
Staff elsewhere were very hit or miss as to attitude ! Completely 'blanked' my brother at the bar 1 night, even though he was trying to make conversation with them.
Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar
being very nasty.
Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend. I get it some people enjoyed it, but the bad outweighed the good for us.
We read the comments - we couldn't believe it. The price convinced us... and we made the mistake of a lifetime.
We're here for 9 nights in the old wing:
Looks like a hotel from the 80's without proper maintenance
Smelly hallways of dirty carpets.
The room looks like an abandoned warehouse - scratched parquet, a broken refrigerator next to a new refrigerator, an air conditioner that makes a noise like an airplane but cools like a burning candle (and also puts out dust!), a sunken bed, a broken toilet, broken sockets, a balcony door that doesn't lock, broken lighting, a clogged sink, and a floor that hasn't heard a mop in years.
The reception? They smile and say "come in the morning... maybe they'll free up some rooms." In the meantime - we sleep three nights without air conditioning.
reception, lobby, dining room and public areas are all crowded.
Breakfast with a thousand people, all industrial.
Don't do this to yourself.
On our final day, without any prior notice, the hotel closed off 75% of the pool area for an external event. This came as a complete surprise and was incredibly frustrating. Imagine being on your last day of vacation, wanting to relax by the pool, only to find most of the available space suddenly gone. There was no information about this change anywhere in the hotel, which made it impossible to plan accordingly.
When we approached the staff about this, they simply shrugged and told us it wasn't their decision, suggesting we could go to the beach instead. This response felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially since we had paid for an all-inclusive stay to enjoy the hotel's amenities. Being forced to go to the public beach meant not only giving up the service we paid for but also having to pay an additional €30 for sunbeds.
This unexpected and poorly handled situation cast a negative shadow over what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I had planned to rate my experience a 7 out of 10, but because of this incident and the lack of communication from the staff, I am giving it a 5 out of 10. I hope you will consider how such decisions affect your guests and ensure better communication in the future.
This is NOT a 5-star hotel, 3 at BEST. Do not waste your money here.
