Modern, tastefully decorated hotel. Well-groomed green territory. Focused on romantic couples getaway, family vacation, mainly without children.

Location: in the resort area of Ixia, 6 km from Rhodes town and the main port, 7 km from the international airport of the island. A bus stop 250 metres from the hotel.

Evening entertainment: the city of Rhodes (6 km).

Total area: 20 000 m2.

Consists of a main 4-storey building with lift and garden wing (3 floors with Elevator).

The hotel has 246 rooms.

In all public areas of the hotel have special ramps for wheelchairs.

Guests are requested to bring at the arrival a valid credit card.

Beach: public pebble (open coast), 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. Entrance to the sea pebbles (small and large). Recommended special shoes (for easy entry into the sea). On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free of charge. Beach towels in the room. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Euro Check.

In the evening on the territory of the hotel operates a dress code. Not welcome to wear shorts, sportswear.

The program "all inclusive": Breakfast, lunch, dinner (buffet style), hot and cold snacks (16:00-17:00), tea/coffee and pastries, ice cream, soft and alcoholic drinks, local and imported (except for famous brands) – during the day (until 23:30). Once per stay dinner in the a'la carte restaurant DeGu 7 (with prior reservation).

My partner and I stayed here for a week in October and had a really lovely time. We're both vegan and I'm lactose intolerant, so we knew there might not always be options for us to eat every night — but I have to say, the staff were amazingly helpful with this. I want to particularly mention and thank Chefs Giota and Angel, who came to speak to us personally every day to make sure there were vegan/dairy-free options available. And if there weren't any, they offered to prepare three-course meals for us, which were all absolutely incredible. A truly remarkable level of care and service for their guests.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We would especially like to thank George from the Night Shift, the manager, for being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We also want to mention Maria, the waitress, whose kindness and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable.

We spent 2 weeks at Iaxian Grand Hotel recently. We had an inland facing room which was nice and spacious but was lacking in storage. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The main restaurant was very repetitive, same type of meals and not always hot. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. There were two barman who need a mention, they are Petros who worked the day shift and in the evening the head barman and his team. They were always helpful and friendly. They worked constantly to keep the wait to a minimum. The Hotel was situated a short walk from a few bars and the main strip. If you go out of the hotel and turn right, then left there is Phillips bar on the right where you will find a very warm welcome, they do meals and sell English canned beers. The hotel has a coach/mini bus service into Rhodes Town which you book via the app on the reception desk. It cost €8 return, this is well organised both ends and drops you near the harbour. The Hotel grounds and swimming pool area are well kept, pleasant and on a pebble beach. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Entertainment is outside around the pool, they had a varying range of acts each night. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

Wonderful hotel! We had a fantastic week here, absolutely nothing to fault. Rooms were basic (we booked a basic one) but comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Poolside etc is great, never had any trouble getting a lounger, 2 pools and the sea to choose from, drinks delivered to you, snack bar open all day.
Buffet restaurant was really good, I found the variety decent each night, always something new to try, one of the better buffets I’ve been to.
The Greek al a carte was incredible, went there for our last night - you order your main in advance and then the rest is a tasting menu with half a dozen courses, each was delicious.

Good location, Ixia itself I didn’t think much of, but you’re so close to Rhodes town. Cheap bus can be booked from the hotel into the town, and the onsite car hire with galaxy with so convenient.

Loved our stay, and would absolutely return in the future

If your expecting a 5 star resort your going to be highly disappointed, if you want a Benidorm style holiday your going to be over the moon, the staff will walk in your room and start cleaning wile your still in bed they have no respect at all for privacy, most of the staff are nice and helpful but you are met with a lot of rudeness and dirty looks if you ask for anything helpful, the food is like slop and cold all of the time, if your willing to get up at 6 or 7 in the morning you might be lucky to get a hot breakfast, the food is the same every single day and night there is no change or variety at all, the room are dusty and dirty and you have to wipe your shoes in the way out of your room, the in room bath jets are not clean and will pump out brown dirt and soot, worst all inclusive I have ever been to it’s really not worth you hard earned money, you can pay less somewhere else and get better treatment and food as I spoke to many other people saying at other hotels around the island, don’t disappoint your self coming here. To call this place a 5 start is an absolute joke !

I stayed at this hotel for seven days, just arriving yesterday. Everything was fantastic! We had all-inclusive and shared a double room on the second floor with a view of the wing and a bit of the sea. The food was very varied, with lots of vegetarian options like falafel, vegetable salads, casseroles, and seafood rice. We also tried octopus and squid several times for something more exotic. The meat selection was also varied, including pork, chicken, grilled turkey fillet, and even Peking duck. There were lots of desserts, including some from the national cuisine. There was a variety of fruits, including pineapples, peaches, melons, several varieties of grapes, apples, and pears. The sea was very warm, 26 degrees, but a bit choppy, but very clear. Sun loungers were free, even soft ones. The beach is pebbly, and with such waves, it's difficult to get in and out of the water because it's hard to keep your balance, especially on the rocks. Coral slippers were very useful. The water in the pool was always colder than the sea, so we only swam in the sea. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were changed daily. There was a kettle in the room, with 1.5 liters of water, two tea bags, coffee, and sugar and creamer supplied daily. There was also a mini-fridge. The downsides of the room were that there was nowhere to dry a swimsuit. There was a shelf in the bathroom that could be used for drying, but it didn't dry there. There was no equipment on the balcony, so we had to stretch a rope between two balcony chairs. The staff was polite and prompt, and the quality of service didn't depend on whether you tip or not. Margarita, who spoke Russian, worked at reception and was helpful with any problems. There's no entertainment, but for us, the quiet and relaxed atmosphere was a plus, and we knew this in advance, entertaining ourselves with walks and trips around the island. There are a couple of tourist shops within walking distance, but the selection is limited, whereas Rhodes or Lindos aren't much better. The Wi-Fi was also decent, reaching throughout the hotel, in the room, and on the beach. Occasionally, the network would drop out, but only for about 5 minutes and no more than a couple of times a day.

Room with garden view was concrete blocks, room smelt and shower did not drain - got upgrade and was better but not a 5 star experience. Some areas need updating, food ok, one receptionist abrupt, public areas spotless and pools good

Fantastic hotel. Staff are super friendly and the resort is lovely. Rooms spotless and food was heavenly. No sunbed wars! Extra convenience is you can order drinks to your sunbed. Only negative is the cocktails which are pre made they aren’t the best
