Modern, tastefully decorated hotel. Well-groomed green territory. Focused on romantic couples getaway, family vacation, mainly without children.

Location: in the resort area of Ixia, 6 km from Rhodes town and the main port, 7 km from the international airport of the island. A bus stop 250 metres from the hotel.
Evening entertainment: the city of Rhodes (6 km).

Consists of a main 4-storey building with lift and garden wing (3 floors with Elevator).
The hotel has 246 rooms.
In all public areas of the hotel have special ramps for wheelchairs.

If your expecting a 5 star resort your going to be highly disappointed, if you want a Benidorm style holiday your going to be over the moon, the staff will walk in your room and start cleaning wile your still in bed they have no respect at all for privacy, most of the staff are nice and helpful but you are met with a lot of rudeness and dirty looks if you ask for anything helpful, the food is like slop and cold all of the time, if your willing to get up at 6 or 7 in the morning you might be lucky to get a hot breakfast, the food is the same every single day and night there is no change or variety at all, the room are dusty and dirty and you have to wipe your shoes in the way out of your room, the in room bath jets are not clean and will pump out brown dirt and soot, worst all inclusive I have ever been to it’s really not worth you hard earned money, you can pay less somewhere else and get better treatment and food as I spoke to many other people saying at other hotels around the island, don’t disappoint your self coming here. To call this place a 5 start is an absolute joke !

I stayed at this hotel for seven days, just arriving yesterday. Everything was fantastic! We had all-inclusive and shared a double room on the second floor with a view of the wing and a bit of the sea. The food was very varied, with lots of vegetarian options like falafel, vegetable salads, casseroles, and seafood rice. We also tried octopus and squid several times for something more exotic. The meat selection was also varied, including pork, chicken, grilled turkey fillet, and even Peking duck. There were lots of desserts, including some from the national cuisine. There was a variety of fruits, including pineapples, peaches, melons, several varieties of grapes, apples, and pears. The sea was very warm, 26 degrees, but a bit choppy, but very clear. Sun loungers were free, even soft ones. The beach is pebbly, and with such waves, it's difficult to get in and out of the water because it's hard to keep your balance, especially on the rocks. Coral slippers were very useful. The water in the pool was always colder than the sea, so we only swam in the sea. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were changed daily. There was a kettle in the room, with 1.5 liters of water, two tea bags, coffee, and sugar and creamer supplied daily. There was also a mini-fridge. The downsides of the room were that there was nowhere to dry a swimsuit. There was a shelf in the bathroom that could be used for drying, but it didn't dry there. There was no equipment on the balcony, so we had to stretch a rope between two balcony chairs. The staff was polite and prompt, and the quality of service didn't depend on whether you tip or not. Margarita, who spoke Russian, worked at reception and was helpful with any problems. There's no entertainment, but for us, the quiet and relaxed atmosphere was a plus, and we knew this in advance, entertaining ourselves with walks and trips around the island. There are a couple of tourist shops within walking distance, but the selection is limited, whereas Rhodes or Lindos aren't much better. The Wi-Fi was also decent, reaching throughout the hotel, in the room, and on the beach. Occasionally, the network would drop out, but only for about 5 minutes and no more than a couple of times a day.

Room with garden view was concrete blocks, room smelt and shower did not drain - got upgrade and was better but not a 5 star experience. Some areas need updating, food ok, one receptionist abrupt, public areas spotless and pools good

Fantastic hotel. Staff are super friendly and the resort is lovely. Rooms spotless and food was heavenly. No sunbed wars! Extra convenience is you can order drinks to your sunbed. Only negative is the cocktails which are pre made they aren’t the best

An amazing 5 star hotel with room for improvement.
We have been 14 days in this hotel, and we absolutely loved the staff, the room, the beach and swimming pools.
But the food and drinks were really really bad, it’s like they buy the cheapest possible stuff, even the beer was horrible!
If you forget to put the red light in your room the cleaners will knock and open the door straight away at 8:30 am without giving you any second to answer!
It is not a cheap hotel and we were expecting a bit more of quality in the food as this is wasn’t Greek standards at all.
But the staff was superb, waiters, receptionists, room service all fantastic.

We loved every minutes of our stay the staff were all extremely welcoming and nothing was to much effort for them. Its 1 of the nicest hotels I've ever visited the room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The key feature to this hotel personally I believe was the ability to order drinks to the sun beds which gave the holiday a very luxurious feel and the empty cups were always collected before they have any chance of building up. Overall I would 100% rate this hotel a 5* great food, great atmosphere and great staff.

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town .
Wide variety of drinks at the main bar ,and the staff were brilliant ... hot chocolate before bed was great ,Aperol was perfect (my fav drink ) ,nice wine and beers

Varied breakfast ,fresh omelettes daily ,salad ,cooked breakfast ,breads ,porridge yoghurt .
The dining staff have got this down to a fine art ,clearing plates ,serving hot drinks and always with a smile .
We dined once in the Greek a la carte restaurant and really enjoy our meal served to us ,instead of buffet style.
Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast
Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there.
Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower.
Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers
Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11.30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great .
Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps.and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip .
This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit .
Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there.
Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool .
Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly .
This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return.

Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't do enough. A bit limited on food choices despite there being a theme every night. The entertainment was great and the aqua aerobics had a big turn out every day. The order to lounger was really amazing and this meant there was no queueing. The only let down was the rooms. It was the end of the season so I expect a bit of run down but it just seemed a bit too run down. Especially when I cut my finger on the bath button Shame really as this was a lovely hotel
