Aegean Plaza Hotel

Excellent. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Prices good. Anything you want, you just ask for. So quiet more like an adult only hotel, but children there very well behaved and controlled by their parents.

I recently stayed again after 3 years at the Aegean Plaza Hotel in Santorini and it was truly exceptional. Clean, and beautifully decorated room and a delightful breakfast buffet. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, offering excellent recommendations and assistance. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Aegean Plaza Hotel in Kamari from 28 June to 5 July 2024. What an amazing hotel, fabulous location, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms very spacious and have the most comfortable beds. I cannot express how wonderful all the staff are. Penny and Thanos looked after us so well during the day and then George at the bar in the evening. We have never been made to feel this special before. Also housekeeping was so impressive the rooms were kept so lovely and clean and replaced towels daily, they worked incredibly hard. A very special place, thank you for looking after us so well xxxx

Amazing hotel! Could not complain about one thing. Staff were exceptional especially penny and the pool bar staff. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. Cleaners were amazing at their jobs always came back in the room to a spotless room. The rooms are beautiful and very Greek, we were shocked at how stunning our room was when we first arrived.People complaining on here about towels being put out by the public, however we would come out at 8:30am and there would be plenty. Maybe you should have woken up earlier!! Breakfast in the buffet was very tasty and a lot of selection even if you’re a fussy eater! The food for lunch that you order is so fresh annd so tasty, we would order nearly every day and couldn’t get enough. Also if you have a late flight they accommodate you with showers near reception which include towels, shampoo and anything else you need. Could not have chosen a better place to stay in Kamari will be recommending to anyone staying in santorini!

My wife and i have just spent 7 glorious days at the Aegean Plaza Hotel, All we can say is everything was great the staff,food,and the room (320) had the perfect view, The only thing that was not perfect the weather, We will be back

No complaints, had a great stay. No issue with sunbeds etc. Staff very attentive.

Arrived in the dark late on a Friday night . The pool bar was still open . The pool looked stunning . Reception and reception staff is clean welcoming. Porter was great after we had checked in, taking our bags to the room for us . The next day was Wow . Breakfast was really nice . Staff great again . No fighting for pool loungers. The hotel is just really, really nice . Have no negative comment to say at all . We had yo leave our room at 11 am. It's not a problem as there are showers and clean towels for you to use .
Over all . A very nice hotel with even better staff 👌

While we enjoyed the hotel, the guests there are mostly old, retired, and cranky. Would not recommend for young singles or couples. The best option is to find a hotel in Fira, which is the easiest place to catch a bus to places all over the island.
