Hotel Matina what can I say other than perfection Absolutely spectacular Excellent service The property is immaculate and staff so kind and helpful Rooms are well appointed everything you could ask for They even accommodated my request for a ground floor room as a solo traveller because I would have had difficulty doing stairs ! Perfect location 3 min walk to a supermarket bakery restaurants and beach in Kamari So reasonable for the quality Would stay here again if I ever get the opportunity to come to Santorini again Visited Sept 24, 2025 for four nights very peaceful relaxing stay !❤️

What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Hotel is less then 5 min to the beach.People are so plesent and nice. Elias almost make us feel like we are at home. Lady who works at the reception knows everything about the island and she gave us only good recommendations. I have only words of praise.

Can’t recommend Hotel Matina enough - it’s a beautiful hotel and the service is amazing. There’s a fresh breakfast every morning which is delicious. Ideal location a few minutes away from the beach and endless food & drink options. Will definitely return if we come back to Santorini and recommend Hotel Matina to family & friends!

Hotel Marina is a small family owned hotel with very friendly staff who are very passionate about the island and provides you with a lot of information about what you can do.
The rooms are provided with airco, fridge and balcony. It also has a pool to relax.
The hotel is quiet and provides everything you need.
The beach, shops and supermarket is at walking distance.
I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet hotel close to the beach.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Great location - very close to Kamari beach. Kamari beach is just a 5 min walk from Hotel Matina. Complimentary breakfast is great - includes many options for a vegetarian - Greek Salads, fresh fruits, fruit juice, coffee, breads, sandwiches, corn flakes, chocos, cheese, etc. Bruschetta was very good. Yogurt was great. View from the balcony is very nice. Street parking space is available. Complimentary WiFi is available with good speed.
Cons - no complimentary water and kettle but they provided hot water for us.
Bottled water is 80 cents from the nearby supermarket.

Lovely small boutique hotel about 20rooms. 3min walk from Kamari Beach. Lots of restaurants n bars and convenience stores along the way. Road facing rooms can get noisy. Small swim pool. Good brekky ambience. Service with a smile!

This hotel is in a quiet location in Kamari Santorini a friendly family ran hotel. Its only a B & B but hey only 5mins or less walk around the corner you will find the beach area and then be spoilt for choice as you wander along the front with it's never ending choice of restaurants, taverners, bars etc enjoy have a great time

We loved our stay at the hotel Matina. Great location close to Kamari beach, clean and comfortable room, daily cleaning service and fresh towels, very rich breakfast and…lovely staff and owners!! A special thanks to Elias (the owner) and Irene (receptionist) from Iulia and Oscar from Rome.

Great hotel, rooms a bit small but the location, pool area and service from this hotel was outstanding! Breakfast more than sufficient a d the poll bar and food were outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled. What a nice surprise this hotel was!
We arrived tired after a long wait at the airport and were immediately greeted by a smiling and friendly staff. The hotel has a lovely pool that lies in a cosy inner garden. Palm trees, flowers, natural shade (difficult to find on the island!). Our stay was short, but this place made us forget all our stress due to the cancelled flights.
The hotel is very well curated, and very clean!
