This is my third time coming here. Love how basic but clean and well looked after it is. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a wardrobe and a fridge. The Aircon is extra but well worth it. The room is kept clean and tidy and the girl on reception in the evening is lovely. Over the road is a great pool and bar to get food and drink which I always use. I spend little time in the room on holiday so why spend a fortune on something you don't use?! Would certainly return here. It's great value for money.

Just outside the main centre of kardamena. The hotel manager is lovely, and has helped us each day with what to do and how to access it.
Room is great for a 2 star, couldn't receive anymore for your money.
Pool opposite that you can just buy a drink and use.

We had a lovely stay at Andavis. The hotel is very centrally located. The woman at reception is incredibly nice and helpful. Every time we needed something she made sure we got what we requested. She was also very helpful by providing us with advise about public transport, food, sightseeing, etc. Hotel is also kept clean. Thanks a lot for the amazing time.

We booked here for the location as know the area and Kardemina well.
It was room only, has a fridge, only has an ice part rather than a freezer part so that we could freeze the water. We asked for a kettle. It is a traditional Greek room with a modern bathroom and shower. The room was always cleaned, towels replaced frequently.
There is limited plug sockets so would suggest taking an extension if you have multiple electronic devices.

That's just it it's a room. No amenities no kettle or anything in your room apart from a fridge. A TV on the wall that's tiny and 2 plug sockets, one of which is the fridge. Mattresses supported underneath by rolled up towels and cardboard.
Bed and breakfast???, everyday is the same, a boiled egg, 3 small slices of a baguette a tiny amount of butter and marmalade a glass of cordial and a small cup of coffee........ everyday.
Shame we can't take stars off it, in its favour its clean, sheets and towels changed daily except Sunday but no pool and no bar.

Friendly owner, hotel interior old but ok, most towels have stains on it, breakfast is small but ok, the pool that they promised is from the neighbor hotel, sometimes in the shower no or little water, good location, AC costs 7€ a day!!!, all in all ok for a relatively cheap price

Brilliant stay on a tight budget. Family run business with great beach access and all amenities you need to put your head down. Worth every penny.

The hotel was clean, the cleaner comes every sas, but the probléma is that you can ide the pool, but just for 5 PM because of the virus.

Liked this place for the price. The owner works hard to keep it in good order. Room cleaned every day.

Very good apartment. The owner is polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and good for 2 persons. Highly recommended.
