I can’t say enough about Kosta Place City Hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were very friendly, nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Kos I got us an upgraded business room which was very impressive in size which overlooked the harbor. I came back by myself a week later after missing the ferry after returning from Athens. They were again very accommodating and remembered me. I got the standard room overlooking the courtyard super cute and was still a good size room. I wish I got pics of the rooms but I did take pictures of the outside areas. The third floor pool and bar/cafe was just too cool and a great view into the harbor and the Mediterranean. Also, great places to eat, drink and shop whichever direction you decide to take.

It's a very nice hotel, can recommend the harbour view rooms, other than that the rooms at the back don't have a particularly nice outlook. Staff are excellent, especially the lady at the front of the breakfast room. Still find the tourist tax unnecessary and just a money making scheme.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great service had 2 issues with the door to room and the safe, both were dealt within about 10 minutes. Our room was a bit upside down, bedroom was upstairs, but the wardrobes were downstairs had to be careful when using them. It was a wonderful holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stayed here for one night and was very happy. Great location in the middle of Kos Town overlooking the harbor. Incredibly cheerful and helpful staff. Competent and kind despite being treated poorly by some guests. I had nice spacious loft room. Pool is good with fun rooftop bar. Nice breakfast in the morning too.

First, I would like to clarify, that we visited lots of 4 stars hotel all around the world, and this one is definitely not a 4 stars. More like 1 star hotel !!! Old, smelly and really dirty rooms, no innovation and reparation for at list 20 years. Bad service, check out at 11h but you understand that when you read the hotel board at the entrance. Nobody send this information in advance. Even though they start entering in the rooms from 10h to rush you to leave. Awful experience. Totally not recommended

Choose this hotel due to the location across the road from the port.
Lovely hotel, very nice staff in reception and dining hall, very good choice for breakfast.
Would definitely return when next in Kos (maybe pay for an upgrade to a sea view room).

Have stayed twice now at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Kos Town. Its in a perfect location for both beaches and the old town with lovely views over the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall fantastic, will definitely book again. The panoramic rooms are stunning if one is available .

Thank you for making my remote work stay so enjoyable. The room was ideal, with high-speed internet, a comfortable table and chair, and a well-designed workspace. I couldn't have asked for a better place to work and relax.
The entire staff, especially Theo and the other receptionist, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendly service truly made a difference and added to the positive experience.
I'm already looking forward to returning for another visit soon!

Nice location directly overlooking the harbour. Rooms were fine although perhaps in need of a little updating. Key card stopped working a couple of times which was a slight annoyance.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Appreciated sitting outside and eating breakfast looking at the harbour.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the perfect location of Kos town, with plenty of bars/resturants within the surrounding area. Everybody from the receptionists, cleaning staff, kitchen and resturant staff were amazing and friendly. Such a lovely, clean hotel that photos and videos doesn't do justice. An excellent variety at breakfast and enjoy sat outside looking at the harbour. We had the added pleasure of watching the two fishermen each morning feeding the cats that patiently sit and wait for their morning catch of fish. Also, A lovely rooftop pool and bar area to relax.I cannot say enough about this hotel. Unfortunately, our holiday was cut short due to a sudden family bereavment, and the hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, brilliant support from them. I would DEFINATELY recommend this hotel, and we will be returning, in the near future, no doubt.
