My therapist Savvina was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My hydra facial was so relaxing and the spa facilities were a lovely calming atmosphere. All the therapists were friendly and welcoming and helped talk us through the relevant treatments on offer and what was good for what.

Spa treatment, breath of Aegeo. Carlos was extremely good at explaining the treatment and had excellent knowledge and experience. Thank you for my treatment and for making me very happy and relaxed today. I will recommend this treatment to other customers.

We just returned from an amazing holiday, and I can't recommend it enough! Our stay was enhanced by the exceptional chiropractic service from Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being.

Visiting in October was a great choice—there weren't too many crowds, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of food and drinks available was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences.

For families, there were loads of activities to keep our child entertained, from fun games to educational experiences. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

A highlight of our stay was the short 1 km walk to the town, which was perfect for morning strolls.
Overall, this holiday exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you for a memorable experience!

We are currently 5 days into our holiday here and I have to say the place is fantastic.

Rooms
Our room is great, we are lucky to be close to all the amenities but beds are comfy for adults and kids, cleaned every day to a high standard. Nice size balcony, lovely shower plus tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Pools
Lots of pools for all ages, they are cold but I am a wimp and I can still get in them! Plenty of sunbeds all with parasols and all close to the bar, toilets and restaurant. There is also an indoor pool which is heated but adult only and a gym.

Food and drink
Great choice of food which is alternated with every meal so there is something for everyone. A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly.
There is also some specialty restaurants which are very nice too. There is a wide range of all inclusive drinks plus a pizza, sandwich and ice cream area which you can help yourself to.

Entertainment
A wide variety of activities for all age groups throughout the day and night. The holiday village staff are amazing and work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. The evening entertainment is located in the amphitheatre which creates a great atmosphere and again is near all other amenities. There are a couple of shops which offer snacks, cigarettes, clothes and gifts and compared to other hotels seems very reasonably priced.

Location
The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away and is lovely and quiet with a tide that constantly seems to be in. The local town is around 6 minutes away on foot and has its own beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit. The hotel is a 10 minute transfer from the airport which is great after a 4 hour flight.

In summary, apart from the cold pools this place is fantastic. We paid around £400 more for a family of 4 compared to last years all inclusive holiday and this one is miles better. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here and even though we have 3 days left I am already dreading leaving. Absolutely amazing place.

I don’t usual review my holiday accommodation as i find holiday choices very subjective, but I wanted to say how great this place was for us and our 4 year old. Entertainment, even for young ones is well thought out. An amphitheatre for shows for all ages, a separate waterpark, lots of pool to choose from. Even the food options in the daytime are across the ‘village’ which helped the place feel less busy as everyone had plenty of places to choose from and go to.
We went for a one bed apartment which had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Nice big bed, fridge in the living area and a lovely modern and clean bathroom.
The place was clean and tidy. Service/staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t really fault it for us, which a lot of families when we left said the same.

Very clean hotel, the pools are not heated 20 degrees today, (sea was 24) but very clean.
Food is varied and cooked well. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. If you have mobility issues ensure you ask for a suitable room as nost of the are accessed via steps or slopes some of which are steep. The are carts which transport people and luggage around.
The sandwich bar only does them with mayo on them and when asked for some without mayo she was rude and said go upstairs

An excellent hotel that can cater for all types of people, groups families and they even do weddings. The hotel is rather special looking from the front, right on the beach. The food offerings are good, favourite was the Italian restaurant as it had incredible hand made fresh pizza to die for. The main restaurant has a whole section just for kids food at a lower height so they can see it. Really we had no complaints at all, not that I like to complain but really for the money the hotel is fantastic!

Second year we have been and not disappointed; it was even better than last year. We went with the mindset to get involved and we did just that. The children loved the entertainment, as did us parents and we all took part. During the day we enjoyed the clean and open hotel complex and the great pools. The children loved the pizza and pasta station near the main pool and it’s ideal for us as a family of five as one of the children is always wanting something and you have it all there on tap. Our children are 4,8 and 13 and they all had an amazing time. The room was cleaned well each day and the food was great quality and a great selection. The HV team were brilliant this year; special mentions to John, Molly-May, JoJo, Jao (not sure on spelling), Val and Chester who became our children’s heroes and made it such a laugh in the evenings for us. John and Molly in particular became a massive inspiration for our 13 year old who now wants to follow their line of work! I thought last years HV team were great but this year it was even better. Such lovely, talented people. The water park is great and all the children loved it. It’s on site so an added bonus. The hotel facilities are super and you don’t feel hemmed in like some complexes. You’re straight out onto the beach from the hotel and have lovely views of the sea. My husband and two daughters did the para sailing not far from the hotel and myself and our son watched from the boat. Definitely a memorable experience and they were very helpful and professional. If you’re after a quiet, adult holiday then don’t choose this one but if you have kids and they like music and dancing and activities then this has it all. Our kids didn’t do any of the clubs as it’s not their thing but the kids doing the clubs seem to have a ball of a time.

Just got back from the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely, only down fall was it was on a hill but helped burn off all the delicious food and drinks. There are people who will take you to your room on a buggy cart if you're unable to walk. Our room said partial sea view but we could see it all. It was lovely to wake up to every day. Food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the gyros which you can get throughout most of the day at the big pool. Lots to do for the kids. The children's entertainers deserve a medal in that heat. All the staff were super friendly. We especially liked Stefanos at the big pool (I hope that was his name). Beach was beautiful and if you're in the hotel you get free sunbeds down there. Not far from the airport either so you can get on with your holiday straight away. Loved this hotel so much and can't wait to come back!
