Me and the girls recently stayed at Atlantica Beach Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were generally lovely—Jenny Rose a bar staff was especially welcoming, and the entertainment team (Baba, Jaden, and Izzy) were friendly and engaging and made time at the resort very enjoyable. The doormen, Pavlos and Fortis, were also very accommodating and kind throughout our stay, and the TUI rep Aldo was helpful throughout our time helping us arrange boat trips etc. The cocktails were made well and it was nice having lots of bars dotted around the resort, and the Greek and Italian restaurants were beautiful. Entertainment in the evenings was fun, poolside music added a great vibe, and staff were helpful with booking taxis and arranging transport if we wanted to go to Kos town. However, there were several disappointing aspects: on arrival, there was no complimentary food or water; towels weren’t changed regularly; and an iron was never delivered despite repeated requests. Housekeeping overall did not meet five-star standards. The main buffet food was very average, reception were stingy with giving us waterbottles , and some bar staff lacked basic customer service skills and were quite rude. Additionally, the presence of cats in the restaurant was unhygienic and unpleasant. While the resort has potential and some standout features, several key areas need improvement to deliver a true five-star experience. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

After arriving at the hotel to find the accommodation wast as what it seemed we then got referred to renna head of customer relations, she had done everything to make our holiday a enjoyable and comfortable stay. This is a beautiful hotel clean and friendly

We had a really special evening dining in the Parea restaurant and was well looked after by Dimitrie and his team. We had excellent food, the service was incredible and all in all this restaurant has been the highlight of our holiday. A massive well done and thank you 😊

It was really good service and kindness from everybody working here and the food was really good. It has different alternatives on the Hotell that makes you never want to leave.

il start with the positives...the hotel grounds is stunning, probably the nicest we have stayed in terms of hotel grounds, located on a lovely beach, ocean view from room was amazing. the Greek restaurant was excellent I'd highly recommend that. entertainments/animation team was great fun and friendly, reception staff very friendly, the buffet food was good. now for the negatives...I have never been to a hotel that has so many ignorant unfriendly bar staff! by the pool and in the lobby, no smile, no conversation, it's like they have a problem serving you a drink! yes I understand that maybe they work hard and long hours but so do we back in the UK so we can pay these holidays! the rooms was a bit basic, not 5 star in my opinion. all restaurants are swarming with flies, all over the food which was annoying and puts you off the food tbh.hotel is secluded nothing much around, the town is a taxi or bus journey, also there's not enough of toilets for the size of the hotel, bit of a walk to a toilet from entertainment areas. the biggest let down of the whole trip was the Italian restaurant, you have to book this only to find that it's a serve yourself buffet, the food was not good and again was swarming with flies. the drinks in the hotel are not great, didn't like the beer, cocktails was hit and miss .all in all we had a good holiday but probably wouldn't return

The hotel is lovely - right on the beach and is such a beautiful setting. The food was great - but wouldn’t recommend Dante restaurant- That wasn’t good. Entertainment team were lovely.

This review is purely about the Aegeo Spa, I have mixed feelings about the hotel. Vaggelis was incredible, friendly, professional, felt as if he had worked out 20 years worth of stress in the space of just over an hour! Be sure to book the Cretan Massage with Aloe wrap, you will be floating around on a cloud for the rest of the day, worth every penny!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to and the spa and the treatments are amazing. I got a facial treatment with Rafaela and she was amazing and This was so calming and relaxing. Also Vaso is an amazing sales woman as she sold us our treatments! Everyone is so friendly and lovely. 5 star service throughout!!
