Atlantica Beach Resort Kos

One of the best hotels I have ever been to and the spa and the treatments are amazing. I got a facial treatment with Rafaela and she was amazing and This was so calming and relaxing. Also Vaso is an amazing sales woman as she sold us our treatments! Everyone is so friendly and lovely. 5 star service throughout!!

Baba and the entertainment team were excellent, always something going on and providing a great atmosphere. The resort hosts weddings and there can be an influx of guests which means the bar in the lobby can get quite busy, one extra person on the bar would make a bit difference, or provide some self service drinks in the lobby like they do elsewhere on the resort. The basic rooms are OK but a bit dated, I'd recommend upgrading your room if you're going to stay here, however the overall resort is very nice and modern, everyone is very friendly and the buffet is good. The Greek restaurant on site is excellent and would highly recommend booking this when you arrive as it gets booked up quick, the Italian restaurant is also very good. The all inclusive ice cream van by the pool is a nice touch.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms clean and tidy, and the beds are so comfy with the most fluffiest pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Entertainment team Baba and Momo, well all of them are lovely getting us joining in with the darts and water polo. Food is great, different themed nights, the choice of restaurants, the breakfast selection has such a wide variety to choose from. Especially freshly made Omlettes and fresh eggs made how you want them. Eric the waiter at the residence side got to know are drinks orders off by art, didn't have to ask us what we wanted. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing massage. Didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. Walked out feeling amazing and rejuvenated. Would definitely recommend.

Just after massage with Rafaella⭐️ I got cretan massage with scrub and aloe vera wrap. It was amazing, calming and soothing. I appreciate Rafaella kindness, calmness and softness. It was very professional massage and attitude.

An Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service! We visited at the beginning of May, and from the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Check-in was easy, and we were greeted with drinks upon arrival. Since it was the first week the hotel had reopened, everything felt calm and relaxing. Our initial room wasn't quite up to standard, so we spoke with the hotel manager, George. He was incredibly understanding and assured us we could upgrade the next day, which we were more than happy to pay for. George was fantastic—professional, kind, and quick to resolve any issues. Every single member of staff showed the same level of professionalism and friendliness. In particular, I want to mention Pinelopi, the Hotel Relations Manager. What can I say—she was simply one of the best! From start to finish, she went above and beyond. She regularly checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were happy with everything, recommended and booked restaurants for us, and even left itinerary notes in our room. She stayed in touch via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. One evening, when we were stuck in Kos Town without a taxi, Pinelopi—who had just finished her shift—saw us and arranged a taxi home. Her dedication, kindness, and energy were absolutely outstanding and truly made our holiday special. Every hotel staff member we encountered was helpful, from the concierge and porters to the waiting staff. The hotel itself was immaculate—our room was cleaned daily, and the grounds were beautiful, with the beach just steps away. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn’t feel the need to eat out once! We especially recommend the Greek restaurant—some of the best food we’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Pinelopi for that recommendation and to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is located in a stunning location with incredible views. Located with beaches around the hotel, making for an incredible seaside setting. Pictures below are taken from the beaches. One beach faces the sunrise & another beach faces the sunset. Which were both incredible might I add. We booked an Executive Suite which was located in the main hotel & the room was decorated tastefully & modern. Our only issue was the room (155) had absolutely no hot water thought our seven night stay. After three reports to reception, which I was fobbed off with, eventually on the fourth report we were offered a change of rooms. Which was on the 5th night. We were firstly offered a double room near to our original room, which was declined as it was not to the same standard of room which I booked and paid for. Secondly, offered a junior suite which we viewed & decided not to move into. Given we’d have to move all our stuff to a different part of the hotel for only two nights. Other than that issue, we had a wonderful stay & would certainly return. So much so we have booked another Atlantica hotel in a different part of Greece for next year. I have attached some photos of the hotel, which was always spotlessly clean & with friendly staff. P.S the bed & pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on!
