After a short stay at an Airbnb in Bodrum with no WiFi, we were looking forward to stay in a hotel where we knew it would be available. Alas... no dice.

We stayed here for two nights ($109€/night) and the WiFi did not work the entire time. The owner/manager nickel and dimes you by turning off the hot water at night (not advertised that you only get hot water certain times of the day) We had no hot showers for a day. The guy honestly seems like not a genuine person and I personally think it was intentional because we were an interracial couple. He even kept insisting for two beds when we checked in, even though it was clear that we were together.

Avoid this place at all costs. He's cheap and skimps on making his hotel a comfortable place to stay for people to save a few pennies.

they do everything to make you feel comfortable. incredibly friendly family. I got a room there during high season when I had to change plans from one day to the other. they always find a solution even in high-peak times. and the breakfeast: you'll never forget❤️❤️❤️. also, you are in the best location of Kos: all beach clubs nearby. and the harbour. which was important for me because I booked lots of tours in the early morning. and if you ask, you'll even get an early breakfeast. thank you❤️

Stayed for 4 night , last minute booking.

The staff were lovely, had abit of trouble with our room when we arrived, but it was sorted straight away.

Rooms were perfect for us, big fridge, balcony, good showers, always cleaned, a safe and air conditioning.

In a prime location!

Again, the staff were lovely, family run.

We had our flight at 11.30pm and we had to check out at 12pm. He let us keep our bags in a a safe place whilst we went out to enjoy our last day and let us change in his personal quarter's.

Would definitely stay again when we come back to kos ♡

Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station. Truly a WONDERFUL family! Their hotel lobby was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Kos! Xo

Nice hotel with nice employees. Nice rooms in all sizes. Short road to the beach and to the city. Just a 3-minute walk and you are where everything happens.
