Consists of a main 7-storey building, located on the top of the hill, whose Windows offer a panoramic view of the sea.
The hotel has 292 rooms.
Beach: public pebble (via a small road, 200 m from the hotel, open coastline), 1 line. Entrance to the sea pebbles. Recommended special shoes. Shower, changing cabins, wooden decks. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. On the beach runs a mini-bus. Pool towels: Deposit. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

A set of drinks included in the all inclusive, the above the bars: soft drinks (machines for bottling), draught beer, wine by the glass, hot drinks: coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, drinking water glasses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic local drinks and cocktails.
Depending on the number of guests and weather conditions, the property can substitute a restaurant for lunch or dinner, as well as the number of restaurants open to serve guests.
Program "all inclusive" bars available from 10:00 to 23:00.
In all restaurants during dinner there is a dress code for men.

We would highly recommend this hotel, the place itself is clean and beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was out of this world for an all inclusive so much to choose from. The setting was again beautiful. Pools and entertainment brilliant.
We had the best week here.
After reading some of the bad comments I was shocked, rooms are a little dated but we spent very little time in there, and we slept well, it was clean and beds made up every morning, along with fresh towels given.
The bar staff were so nice, worked hard and we were never left waiting.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Well done to them all for making our stay so wonderful.
Dining and Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was spacious, offering a wide variety of food options, though the menu was somewhat repetitive, which could be challenging, especially for younger guests. However, vegetarian and gluten-free options were available. The ultra all-inclusive package provided a good selection of drinks, although they weren't particularly “fancy.”
Attractions and Entertainment: The hotel has three pools of varying depths, including one for children, and a lifeguard on duty for safety. While there were no dedicated activities for kids, the animation team organized games and entertainment for adults, providing enjoyable diversions. For those who wish to visit the nearby Aqualand, there is a convenient passage directly from the hotel’s fifth floor.
Rental Services and Surroundings: There are car rental services nearby (just 300 meters from the hotel), making it easy to organize self-guided trips. We recommend visiting the nearby town of Kos, located 5 km away, where you can enjoy numerous attractions, such as island cruises. However, it's worth noting that the immediate area around the hotel doesn't offer many additional tourist activities, and while the beach is decent, it’s not particularly picturesque.
Service: The hotel staff were helpful and responded promptly to guest needs, though minor communication issues between staff members were occasionally noticeable. Nevertheless, they always managed to resolve any issues efficiently.
Atmosphere and Aesthetics: The hotel, though showing some signs of age, maintains a pleasant atmosphere and aesthetic aligned with a five-star standard. The decor and comfortable amenities left a positive impression on us and our children, though the loungers by the pool could have been a bit more comfortable.
Impressions of the Stay: From the photos, it’s clear that the hotel provides ideal conditions for relaxation, both by the pool and on the comfortable loungers. Our children enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was a major highlight for our family.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Kipriotis Panorama & Suites. It's an ideal place for a family holiday, offering many amenities and activities that allow for both relaxation and active leisure.
Photo 1 shows the view from the reception area. On our last day the checkout was at 11am which was great and we were also able to book a slot to have a shower in a room before we left. We couldn't fault the holiday at all. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make our holiday a wonderful experience.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the pool opening hours at the Kipriotis Panorama Hotel. During my recent stay, I found it highly inappropriate that the pool does not open until 10 AM, particularly given the 30-degree heat we experience in June.
As a seasoned all-inclusive holidaymaker, I have never encountered such restrictions at other hotels. Early access to the pool is a basic expectation, especially in such hot weather, as it allows guests to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cooler morning hours.
If Kipriotis Panorama Hotel wishes to maintain a successful operation and a loyal customer base, it is imperative that more effort is put into ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes reconsidering the pool opening hours to better meet the needs and expectations of your guests. Updating the condition of the hotel - as you are still living in the 1970’s, with carpet in the rooms, furniture that is worn… I could go on.
I am very disappointed by my recent experience, and I must say that the hotel’s rating does not accurately reflect the reality of staying here. It may have been a 5 star hotel in the 1970’s, but it certainly is not in 2024.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary adjustments to improve the overall guest experience.
