This is a 3 star hotel at most. The staff are absolutely lovely but the actual hotel is not nice. Rooms are dated, bathrooms are old, the pool is not one of a boutique hotel. The location is good. I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is not maintained well, there is clear limescale on the bathroom walls and there is missing skirting board in the rooms.

What a gem! excellent location very close to the post in a really nice part of Kos town. I was upgraded to a sea view room that offered majestic views to the Aegean. Very friendly staff and nice pool ambience. We did rent a car to explore the island for a few days but also we could explore the town with a bicycle! We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with another 3 friends. The location is right in the heart of Kos Town and only a short walk to the bar strip, beach, or local restaraunts. The manager Babis, was a very friendly man, who was very helpful towards us and even enjoyed a few drinks with us in the evening. I would stay here again.

We booked on a budget and Erato Studios fitted the bill. We wanted a base to tour from. Excellent location (7mins walk from Harbour), friendly staff, Babis the manager was VERY helpful, large rooms with a seperate dining area and a HUGE balcony. Very affordable, but therefore also "basic" apartments. Location in Lambi fantastic! The decor is simple, but adequate. The bathroom could use a makeover, cozy shower is not there. Staff and owners extremely friendly and service oriented. Delicious breakfast and dinner for very little money. Had pleasant evenings. Definitely recommended. The small shop had a limited but sufficient stock. Supermarket is also 10 minutes by bike

The Sandy studios and Log cabins are excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.
