Nice hotel, easy to access most places from. Good breakfast. All u need and a singer serenades you at breakfast.

We asked last minute if there was a room available. The staff are understanding and friendly. Good service and the rooms are neat. It's not luxurious, but you don't expect that from a 2-star hotel. It's above expectations! Definitely recommended to go, you are in Kos town so everything is within walking distance.

Very beautiful family run hotel. We did not have a reservation but the owner was kind enough to give us his time and help us find the room even tho it was very late. Everyone is extremly nice. Rooms are beautiful and clean. There is also a complimentary breakfast. Location is perfect. You should not look any further.

Fantastic value for money! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless. The location is perfect – about 10 minutes to both the old town and Lambi Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's a family-run business that really makes you feel at home. A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time. Meh.

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Crest Resort and felt very welcome due to the friendly and helpful staff. You have an amazing view on the sea, perfect in combination with the relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and perfectly decorated. The food is great.

We picked this hotel due to its private beachside location and proximity to Kos town, as the bus runs every 15- 25mins. The hotel was superb, excellent rooms with sunset views, superb food at both the gorgeous beach taverna or in the hotel restaurant. I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel like family. Highly recommended.

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job. Pool is nice but the stretcher toppers were all soaking wet and smelly old. Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. But maybe I’m also not the target group 😜

Full of activities like darts, waterpolo and aqua gym and the energy the entertainers bring really makes the trip 10 times better. I honestly have nothing bad to say. There was always something to eat as a picky eater + celiac, they had gluten free cereal and bread and had signs saying what dish contained what. Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned...

This hotel is incredible for the price. The staff they have is simply wonderful, they are friendly and polite, when you have a problem they help you right away. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. The pool is very good and the location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything. Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station. Truly a WONDERFUL family! There are couple things that are absolutely great about that place: first of all friendly stuff - always there to help, great example of Greek hospitality. Very basic hotel, really small room. Noisy street and tiny balcony with no privacy. People were smoking on their balconies making mine unusable. Breakfast was fine, reasonable choice and staff were ok though the head of housekeeping was shouting at the maids in front of guess which is not professional. Nice family run hotel with a good pool area and a bar thats well priced with a good selection of food. The rooms are small but clean and the staff are all friendly. The breakfast is a little lax in choice but for a 7 night stay will be ample. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the main part of town.

Extremely clean, pool furniture like new, GREAT location right by Lambi beach (which is gorgeous), only 5 minute walk to bustling Kos Town, LOADS of restaurant choices. The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea. Besides of that we had a sudden problem and they allowed us to cancel the reservation without fees. Very very advised!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Very good for the price.

We only spent 1 night here. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms have a decoration from the 90s, we liked this nostalgia at one point. The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out.

We had a great week at the Hotel Koala which we found was very a very relaxed place to stay. The team of staff were very helpful and the hotel and our room were kept very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style which suited us. It's a short walk into Kos town and we also went to some Greek family restaurants near to our hotel. Just stayed at Koala hotel kos, this hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are so nice and helpful nithing is to much for them, the rooms a cleaned daily towels changed every 2 days, breakfast was good a lot of choice, couldn't have asked for more, aircon is at a charge but that is ok, its a 2 star hotel should definitely be a higher star rating.

It was great. There was everything. The good things: It was big, it had a balcony, it had an air conditioner, it had a TV and a kitchen. There were 2 beds and in the other room there was a double bed for parents. Sadly the cleaning staff was cleaning rooms at night, it was loud.
