A beautiful hotel in Malia. It features 3 large pools and a huge complex of apartment surrounding them. It is an All-inclusive resort with a huge array of meals and drinks to choose from. Stayed here between 22nd June and 29th June 2017, hotel was a fair hotel that had good and bad features about it. Very clean and nicely equipped rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. It's a family business and the atmosphere is also very friendly. :) Only thing I'd love to be upgraded were breakfast- monotonous, with very few vegetables (which was problematic for me as I'm vegan). Perfectly situated up in the old town of Malia, on the small road up to Lasithi Plateau, which makes it an ideal base to explore the area, with an easy walk down the hill into the centre. Staff were very welcoming, close to beach and strip but not too close that it was noisy and the room had air conditioning.

We had an amazing stay here! Petros and his mother are great hosts; very kind people and welcoming. The location was as in the photos, the price is great for the value and there was no issue with noise or parties as we were expecting reading other reviews; maybe it depends on the year or time of year, but either way, we had a great stay and was above our expectations

This review should be particularly helpful for a group of lads on a drinking holiday. Upon arrival- greeted by Matt and Nico's who are both very friendly and helpful by telling us the do's and don'ts of malia and giving us free welcome shots. Very close to the strip with awesome staff and a nice pool. Perfect for a lads holiday with the chance to relax in the day. Shout out to Nikos, great guy terrible at poker.

Group of 20 of us went there, we were quite rowdy around the pool but the staff didn't mind, they often joined in with our games etc, they were quick with service so can't fault them

The accommodation was amazing. I am very happy with the whole hotel. The main thing I have to pick up was the willingness of the staff, I have never experienced such helpful and kind staff in my life. I definitely recommend. Thank you so much for everything. Best vacation in my life.

Extremely friendly staff that are always happy to help. The room was not in great condition with unreliable shower doors etc. however that is to be expected for the great price. Staff invited guests to the family BBQ on one of the last nights where they served some amazing food.

Really lovely place with friendly staff, nice, clean rooms, Blue-flag beach with crazy waves and clean sea full of life. The place is about 5 minute walk from the centre of Malia, so pretty close, yet secluded enough and hence quiet.

Beautiful apartment hotel on the best stretch of beach in Malia. I stayed in the garden rooms which were on the opposite side of the road to the beach (5 min walk). Clean and quite. Only downside is the food that they offer, however you ve got restaurants all around you outside of the hotel.

there are a few things to be mentioned here... - The place is run by AMAZING PEOPLE... - Excellent (sandy beach) hotel...you can't get a hotel any closer to the sea otherwise there will be no room left for the sunbeds, - Beautiful decorated studio...10 sec walk to hit the waves and less to dive into the swimming pools. - Good variety of food available. - Very good place to go with kids. - Air Conditioning...

8 of us have just stayed for 10 days its brill all staff are so pleasant nico n maria are the owners who cant do enough for you vicky alex n yainis were wonderful also the cooks n the cleaners have made our stay fantastic also marias mum n dad are really nice friendly people cant fault anything us 8 ladies are all in our 50s/60s and never once felt old in the best location for the beach strip etc...

We have been here twice now and Primavera Beach Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, just loved it!! Wish I could give 10 stars! The staff are so lovely kind and welcoming, they always say hi to us and made sure we always fell welcomed! the room is amazing honestly the pictures do not do any justice. Everything is so clean, and the ac in the room really helped us with the Malia heat. The outdoor swimming pool is also great, there are so many sun beds which you can choose from to tan near the pool...

The hotel was perfect, the staff were friendly, homely, and catered well to the needs of my friends and myself. It is close to markets and pubs and clubs. Would love to go again.

Nice Apartments swimming pool plenty of sun beds good selection of drinks and bar meals at reasonable prices sky sports channels on the end of old Malia village handy for the local restaurants and afew local tavernas
