I stayed at the property in August, we enjoyed it very much. The owners are kind and helpful people, the facility is clean and the breakfast is good

Very clean and nicely equipped rooms. The staff is kind and helpful. It's a family business and the atmosphere is also very friendly. :) Only thing I'd love to be upgraded were breakfast- monotonous, with very few vegetables (which was problematic for me as I'm vegan). What a gem! Had a fantastic week with my son at the Kristalli Hotel. Perfectly situated up in the old town of Malia, on the small road up to Lasithi Plateau, which makes it an ideal base to explore the area, with an easy walk down the hill into the centre. Staff were very welcoming, close to beach and strip but not too close that it was noisy and the room had air conditioning.

We had an amazing stay here! Petros and his mother are great hosts; very kind people and welcoming. The location was as in the photos, the price is great for the value and there was no issue with noise or parties as we were expecting reading other reviews; maybe it depends on the year or time of year, but either way, we had a great stay and was above our expectations

Beautiful Villa in an amazing location, I can not recommend it enough. Perfect place for families, couples or mature adults. The owner Panos is attentive, friendly and very welcoming. The maid does an amazing job leaving the rooms immaculate, and the security guard at night ensures you can sleep at night feeling extra safe.

Do u go there often I wod holiday here every year if u cud afford nice owner and and beautiful villa

A beautiful hotel in Malia. It features 3 large pools and a huge complex of apartment surrounding them. It is an All-inclusive resort with a huge array of meals and drinks to choose from. It is just 5 minutes walking distance from the main beach in Malia. The rooms are quite big, although a bit old and need renovation. They all have a balcony overlooking the pool. Group of 20 of us went there, we were quite rowdy around the pool but the staff didn't mind, they often joined in with our games etc, they were quick with service so can't fault them

Its a very beautiful place to stay! We‘ve enjoyed every second here, all staffmembers are very nice and helpful. The food at the bar is delicious the rooms are small but cleaned every day. Over all a nearly perfect little hotel!

Just spent 10 days at this lovely place 2nd sept till 12th. Never been to crete before and we couldn't be made more welcome. Nikcos an all his staff an sister made us very welcome from the minute we stepped off the bus.we felt like family.the beach is two mins away an doesn't cost 5e as somebody in a previous preview said. I went every day an never paid a penny. I will miss Titos cocktails and laughter...

Nikos and his team are great. I arrived at around 3am and he was still there smiling waiting with a free shot on my arrival. The team weren't pushy with anything, very helpful with requests and any problems I had Nikos came and sorted out straight away. 10/10

Would definitely recommend this place for a girls or lads holiday! Had the most amazing holiday ever here! All the staff are lovely and go above and beyond their job to help people! One night one of our friends was really ill with sun stroke. Nikos rang a taxi to the hospital and paid for her to get there! He then followed up on his bike to make sure she was ok and reported back to us how she was doing...

Theoni appartments is a walking distance to the old village, main strip, bus stop, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We even just walk to go to the beaches. I visited this unique hotel and from the moment I arrived I knew I had chosen well. The room was favourably located in a secluded position away from the road with an easy walk to the town, best restaurants and supermarkets. The apartments are basic but nice enough. The air conditioning is not free. 6 euros a night. This is not stated in the description when you book. The WiFi is pretty good. Good location but a good 15 min walk to beach but close to the main strip. The apartments are not cleaned every day either and had to asked. I have not stayed in an apartment self catering for many years so maybe this is the normal...
