Apart from the managers being somewhat decent and pool being really good, the rest of the hotel is a mess. Fair warning to those considering going there, don't bother paying for all inclusive as breakfast is not included apart from the day you leave. The room is what you kinda expect, except for the fact you have to hold the shower head as there isn't a mount on the wall for it. The pool bar isn't as good as it looks on the ad, there is only soft drinks, one type of beer on tap and two wines, you have to pay €7 if you want a cocktail even if you pay for all inclusive (oh and you can't order a cocktail until 7pm). Now the worst part, the food is buffet styled for all three meals which doesn't really change that much daily and the cooks are shambolic, it was that bad I basically went vegetarian for most of the week, then the one time I tried meat again not only was it raw in the middle, but I also found hair in my pasta. Because of that I refused to eat there the last remaining days. Overall if you're considering going there as it's a good price, trust me and pay that extra cost for somewhere else, it's not worth it.

Terrible hotel - to call themselves “all-inclusive” is an absolute joke. Neither food nor drink are provided 24/7 and food is only available during 3 short periods in the day. Added to this the food is cold, stale and just really bad. Spoken to other people staying here and literally no one touches the food here, the buffet is always empty for a reason. Furthermore, the rooms are absolute saunas and they will to charge you over 50 euros just to use the AC.

Very nice staff, nice big rooms, clean and nice food!

We paid for all-inclusive food, the fact is that the meal was buffet-style unlimited consumption, but with poor quality food! The selection was limited, there was absolutely no variety. At breakfast, there were 2 kinds of cold meats, eggs, and "baby" sausages that tasted bad. Cucumbers and tomatoes were the everyday vegetables. The fruit selection wasn't too big either, melons or grapefruits. The main dishes weren't very varied either...we also saw the meatballs in 3 different ways...
.. and other unrecognizable, tasteless dishes.
Of course, you can't cook well for all guests, but it's a bit annoying that you pay full board and have to go to restaurants every day to be able to eat delicious food. (We spent 7 days in the hotel, but on the 4th day we didn't even attend the dinner.)
Among the drinks, draft beer, wine and soft drinks can be consumed in unlimited quantities. Coffee is only available at specified times. Soft drinks are not included in the package and must be paid separately.
The rooms are quite old and could be improved, but they are clean!
The staff is very nice, especially Smiley!

Has anyone else had problems with theft from this hotel? My son arrived late yesterday evening and paid cash for his stay at the hotel on arrival as his friends were already there. He had booked to add into an existing booking as there were no rooms left available and the hotel had asked via email for him to pay on arrival. He was given his all inclusive band on arrival after paying the cash. Today he was approached by the staff asking him for his payment to which he told them that he's already paid yesterday evening on arrival He was told that if he didn't pay again then the police would be called and he would be removed from the hotel. He wasn't given a receipt and he had to pay again even though he's paid cash and given his passport in on arrival. He asked if there was cctv to show him paying and was told that there isn't any! He only had his card on him and when he went back to the room to get his cash from his case it had also been stolen. He believes that the man who has been on reception may have seen the rest of his cash when he got it out to pay, the appartmwnt door was still locked so whoever took his money had a key. He has paid again using his card as he was frightened as to what would happen to him if he didnt. My son called the police who didn't want to know saying yhatvit was his word against theirs and why would they lie??
Has anyone else had issues like this with this hotel please?

We stayed for 7 days and the air conditioning did not work for the first 3 days after having paid €56. We had to ask twice to get it fixed and eventually was done so. There was also no shower head and so had to hold it when showering. There were also no shutters on the windows and so light very easily got through as well as the curtains not only did not covering the length of the windows but were also practically transparent. Owners were not very welcoming and were very grumpy and unfriendly. The only nice one was a man named Phil who was the night watchman. Food was atrocious with a lack of variety and simply looked and tasted plain and disgusting. It said on the website there was a gym however there was none. Also had to pay a €12 room tax. Have to say I will never be staying here again.

Cheap hotel in Malia. Standard is not the highest. Very helpful staff and great manager Nikos. Food was ok. Big swimming pool, but old-fashioned. About 15 - 20 min to the sandy beach, about 10 - 15 min to the city center. I recommend checking Raki from the bar in the hotel :)

We had a lovely 10 days at this hotel, in May this year 2018. Lovely friendly staff .good varied food. Manager Nikos was really helpful and would accommodate your every need . Not in the centre of Malia which was great but 10 minute walk if you wanted restaurants and bars. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We have rebooked to go back this year in Sept /Oct this year for 11 days. Would recommend this hotel for chilled holiday but if you wanted lively too, Lots of options available
