Caldera Premium Villas

The view from this hotel is the most beautiful we’ve ever had from any hotel room. From the moment we arrived it took our breath away… not just literally from the many steps you have to climb. The hotel itself is unique with many small independent apartments built in the traditional style.

We visited in April and the weather was just right, plus not too many crowds. The air con in the room was perfect for taking the chill off and also heating a bit at night when it went cold!

Also despite what other people say, there's plenty of parking available for free as long as you don’t try to park just before sunset! The parking is signposted sunset parking and is about a 10 min walk away from this hotel right through oia town centre.

The staff were very nice, kind and patient. Especially the lady who served us breakfast every day, and the man who carried our cases!!

Very beautiful hotel in Oia. We had the most awesome views! Do note that the hotel is not for the physically impaired as it takes some serious climbing and descent getting in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate. We really loved our stay here.

Overall it's good. It's not the hotel's problem, but due to the nature of the structure of the accommodation, moisture doesn't drain well and there are mosquitoes.

Due to the recent earthquakes, I had to cancel our stay here. But the staff at this hotel were so nice and accommodating about issuing me a refund for my non-refundable booking. I hope to stay there in the future when things get better.

I absolutely loved my stay at Caldera Premium Villas. We were welcomed by the host with lemonade from our flight. We were delighted to have someone assist us with our luggage down the stairs which are extremely steep to get to the hotel as you would expect for the location. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is a great spot on the main walkway of Oia. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping just up the stairs from the villa. The pool is quiet and charming, and breakfast was included also delightful. They had pancakes one day, and french toast another with plenty of bakery items, coffee, toast, and eggs. Perfect for a light breakfast with the breathtaking views. The rooms are so cute and are literally inside of a cave. The rooms are a good size, and housekeeping does an excellent job every day. I will absolutely stay here again if I am ever back in Santorini. I don't recommend staying here if you are not keen of stairs.

First of all, the view is really great. Thanks to the caldera view from the terrace, I don't think you need to go to a restaurant with a view. The breakfast is also rich and the room is clean. It's a little humid, so if you put the air conditioner in the room on heating mode, it'll be perfect for sleeping.

The hotel service is good. I met a luggage delivery attendant at the intersection and helped carry the luggage to the hotel.

The breakfast selection is average but the waiters are very friendly and willing to help.
Beautiful scenery

Jaw dropping view. Worth every cent that you pay. Fantastic breakfast and service by the crew. A little tiring to walk up the stairs. But it’s all worth it.
