Believe me, you will need it! Beds and parasols in front of the hotel are free but you are expected to buy drinks/snacks from the bar. There is a great pool and an attached bar where drinks are reasonably priced

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Secondly Harry on the front...

Guy named Haris who was at the bar every single day simply turned my vacations into best Santorini experience ever. Cheap and tasty drinks and also good pizza. Sun beds right at the coastline

Brilliant bar, with lovely staff. The bar was very close to our apartments and we stopped off for a last drink or two on our way back in the evening

You have a choice from many beach sunbeds, cabanas or beds around the pool. 30am!! Overall, Perissa Bay Hotel is a great base and should be seriously considered

It is perfect for the beach and there is no charge for sun loungers (which were very comfortable) if you had lunch/drinks there

Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast always lovely, along with stunning Greek decor, lovely pool and bar area. Rooms always clean and fresh bedding / towels daily. Can't recommend enough!

we stayed here in September we couldn't have asked for a peaceful and more tranquil setting would definitely recommended if you want a holiday away from it all but close to bars and restaurants, the owner Marios (Maurice) was a really friendly guy and very entertaining always happy to help with what ever you wanted to know or do would, definitely would recommend this hotel and could honestly say...

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous

the villa room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding and the villa is a short distance from the beach Perssia

A fantastic family Run resort,on the more quite resort of perrisa. We've spent 2 summer holidays at the Anezina and 1 holiday where we had use of there swimming pool and sun loungers

the perfect spot for those looking to have a local feel whilst still being a close distance to the tourist attractions. My first time in Greece was made extra special by the staff and their warm smiles

Spiros and Hirako (owners of the Hotel) was very kind and helpful. Hotel has nice pool with mountain view. It is in a good location very close to beach and lots of restuarants and cafes. I would choose this place again

My husband and I stayed in the Storia suite for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. Our room had stunning views of the Black Sand Beach and the hotel pool was absolutely incredible

The suite itself was beautiful, but the service provided by the hotel staff is what made our experience so memorable! Everyone was so kind helpful, and they always greeted us with the biggest smiles

The hotel is located on an authentic, less crowded side of Santorini, offering a more peaceful atmosphere but still with plenty of options nearby. The service was excellent as well

This is such a unique hotel in Santorini. It’s beachfront, with free access to the stunning black sand beach, a must-see and a wonderful place to swim

The design is exceptional, and the interior decor with its decorative details is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious, and we loved spending our days swimming in the pool or the sea while enjoying tasty snacks

But if a walk to the centre or the beach very basic room but it’s only a place to sleep pool is lovely and a shop just over the road. Staff are the best! Will help you however they can!

stayed at Petra nera in Sept 2017 ,we were in a room poolside,the pool area and grounds are beautiful ,which we couldn't fault atall,the room was very clean,sheets and towels change everyday , the owner was very friendly and always happy to help,the breakfast was very good to continetal with a varied amount to choose from ,very close to all amenities,perrisa is so beautiful ,I would definitely stay...

Great staff!! Helped with any requests and always polite. Hotel had a nice pool, bakery and supermarket close by. Also easy to rent a ATV close by, so the parking was very useful. Can recommend the place

Overall, AMAZING experience! Friendly husband and wife team/owners. Location is great w/the grocery store right across the street; however, the hotel was a little hard to spot at night

The water tasted a little salty when I brushed my teeth as well, so I rinsed with bottle water. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Shuttle to and from the airport are not free

The cleaner came in everyday and the sheets and towels changed regular only thing is toilet needed some bleach down on talking to other guests they all said the same

This hotel is five minutes walk to the sea where there’s lovely restaurants and bars. The manager Angela is so nice and helpful always happy and the cleaners were lovely but a little bleach down the loo would be good

We knew before we went this was a basic hotel. The room was quite big could have done with a set of drawers for clothes although there was a rail for hanging things up

The shower left a lot to be desired it need a hook on wall to hang the shower on but we managed

All staff very friendly & helpful but should stop people reserving the few sunbeds the night before. One very selfish couple placed towels on 1st day & didn't remove them

Bathrooms very small & poor drainage. When you shower complete floor is soaked & drains very slowly. Pool is very good but not enough sunbeds

The room was fully equipped with everything you needed and over looking the pool was a beautiful sight to wake up to! There is a supermarket for anything you need and an amazing fresh bakery only 2 minute walk down the road too where we spent a lot of time

Wow wow wow!! What a place in heaven! We came last week for a week for our delayed honeymoon, as soon as we pulled up we knew this was the best choice for accommodation! Very clean and tidy, fresh towels daily and your room is cleaned

I spent the week here with two 10year old boys. The pool is perhaps the best on the island and is Huge! It has a deep end and a shallow end and lots of lovely details like a bridge and palm trees

Once you find that, it is fairly easy because it is at the end of a short alley to your right. I think if the sign that leads you to villa vergina is repainted it will be much more discernible to guests

The room was big enough for a family of 3, they changed sheets and towels every 2 days, it's fairly clean. The pool it's a very nice addition for an afternoon in which you feel lazy

I've only stayed one night at Santa Irini but felt very welcomed and happy. The one person's room was big enough but a little outdated (i. I had a terrace outside the room with a lovely view

They also have an amazing bakery within the property open from early morning till late night. I've got a little gift when I was leaving too ! :) Would definitely go back !

That being said, the room and especially the bathroom are in dire need of a makeover. The 24h bakery, bus stop, supermarket, all in 50m range are most welcoming. Would come back, without a doubt

Brilliant small bed and breakfast complex, morning starts with a top notch breakfast with all you for ask for , very friendly staff , exceptionally clean , good size room with balcony, very good location beach is 2 minutes walk and the main Street is 30seconds away extremely good value for money, I cannot recommend highly enough

We had a very pleasant stay at the Marianna hotel. Very good location- close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus station. The owners were friendly, the room and the pool were super clean

We had an older room with twin beds, which is fine and the hotel is typically Greek in this way which is what we like. We only paid around 50 euros per night with breakfast included

Breakfast is buffet style with everything you need for a start to the day. Bread, cheese, meats, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt and jams. Plenty of coffee and juice on tap

1 minute from the bus stop, 5 min away from the beach. The owner was so nice, gave us some info of what should be done in Santorini, where to find a cheap supermarket. Pool was opened everyday between 9AM to 9 PM

Marina and Michalis are the best. Kind and helpful people,the perfect hosts. The room was very clean with comfortable mattresses and nice clean bathroom. Also,the swimming pool area is clean

They also have a small jacuzzi. Room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday If I will came back to Santorini, I will choose Vila Vlavis again for sure

I am not a particularly big guy, so I can't imagine how people bigger than me would go about their business. The toilet and toilet seat itself was also so small that you had to prioritize (wisely) and wipe standing

The room itself was spacious and opened up to a balcony that we used a lot. The staff was super helpful, the room was super clean and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin

Our toilet was crammed in directly next to the wall making it so I had to sit at a 30 degree angle on the toilet with my upper body for my shoulders to fit, or twist around in a super uncomfortable way

The hotel rooms were just they looked online. Spotlessly clean and very modern. Our double room was small but we had everything we needed including a kingsize bed and a small balcony overlooking the pool

Lovely place to stay in Perissa. In a quiet spot but very near tavernas and shops. Divelia is spotlessly clean, has very comfortable beds plus a great breakfast.All the staff are great and very helpful. Fab place

They do not offer breakfast but, not to worry, you will have an abundance of food options less than 5min walk away. The property is owned and operated by a local family

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves

We didn't use the pool much, but this was only because we were so close to the beach! We may have been more inclined to use the pool area if the poolside bar was open or more inviting, however this was a minor gripe and certainly wouldn't put us off returning here

The room was small, but it had AC. The shower and bathroom were nice. The best part though was the location. The hotel was just minutes from the beach. I would recommend this hotel just for the location alone

Really had a great experience here. I was provided with plenty of information on everything around the area, local buses, etc. I had free wifi, clean towels, and a great view to the mountain
