Excellent service all round. Staff very friendly and polite. I had the misfortune to leave personal belongings on the plane. he from desk made a few call to the airport and I was soon reunited with my belongings. Breakfast selection is to suit all tastes. Lovely swimming pools to relax by. Having stayed in a few other hotel nearby, I will gladly return here again in the future. THANK YOU MELTEMI VILLAGE!!!!

We had a fabulous holiday at the Meltemi Village Perissa. My husband and I stayed for 10 nights bed and breakfast. We were upgraded at no extra charge to a beautiful suite with a view of the mountains a whirlpool a big balony with sunbeds, table and chairs. The holiday was a special treat to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. They treated us to a bottle of wine in the suite with petals on the bed (which was very comfortable) and a lovely message. All the staff were so friendly and kind and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold food which was delicious.

Pleasant Stay at Meltimi Village – June 2025 We were pleasantly surprised when we first walked through the gates of Meltimi Village. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Our room was quite small and basic, but it was spotlessly clean. We had a balcony, though it overlooked the road at the back of the hotel. Despite that, it was still a nice spot to relax. The poolside bar was excellent – the food was delicious and offered great value for money. The beach was just a short walk away, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. A big plus was the bus stop just outside the hotel, which made it easy to get to Fira for only €2.50. We did experience some strong winds during our stay, but overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Meltimi Village.

Meltemi exceeded our expectations, we had such a peaceful week there. We stayed in one of the Excelsior Suites with a private pool (which also doubled as a whirlpool), I think it was suite 82 or 182. There were two other pools that we could also use, the main pool for all guests and another pool for Excelsior guests. Of these two, the main pool was better (ambiance, the pool itself, the scenery). We loved the option to order food and drinks to our location using a QR code. We could get it delivered to our suite and this option was also available at the pool. The food we ordered was excellent for lunches/snacks and fair prices for what we got(club sandwiches/ham and cheese sandwiches/cheeseburgers/fries). I think all the cocktails were £10 and we both tried one, they were served in plastic cups but they were delicious! I met a very peckish grey cat by the main pool and shared some treats with them. We also saw a mother cat and her kittens who appear to live there, they mainly come out in the evening around the main pool. Our private pool was lovely, it is not heated but this is forgiven when the temperatures rise. It's not deep, I think the deepest is maybe 4 feet. The first part of the pool has a step down where you can sit and be about neck deep and enjoy the whirlpool jets. Our suite had two loungers and the area got a fair amount of sun (the sunny spots would move during the day and we would move our loungers depending on whether we wanted sun or shade). Our room was also great, we had such a large bed which was super comfy. My boyfriend wished he had an extra pillow-I imagine if we'd asked for it, they would've given it to us. The room was slightly small but completely manageable, there were two separate closets with lots of space for clothes. The bathroom was interesting and it probably wouldn't be recommended for couples/people who want privacy, as the door is slated and you can see through the gaps when someone is at the sink or in the shower. This is not anything that can't be worked around by people travelling together who aren't comfortable with it. We were fine with it, it was actually kind of funny 😅 The toilet is in a separate room with a proper lockable door. The cleaners came everyday and I've never been at a hotel which would give you fresh towels and fresh robes every day but this one does. Unfortunately for us and the cleaners, we are not morning people and wanted to stay in bed until closer to noon and there were multiple days where they came when we were sleeping and we would just say we were okay as we didn't want to get up (the bed and dark room was very cosy!) I think it might be helpful if there was a sign that you could put on the outside of your door to indicate the people are sleeping and not to disturb. There is a bus stop right outside that goes to Fira (2.50 each, the stop on hotel side goes to Fira, the stop on the side with Dorian's Pub is coming back from Fira). The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. From our nice balcony we had a beautiful view to the big pool, which is always very clean. The breakfast has something for everyone and is just a delight, fresh food, freshly cooked and a very wide variety. The same is for the food from the menu. The staff and owners are very polite, friendly and helpful. We are indulging our yearly Holiday for the last 25 years at the Meltemi Village and that tells everything. It is the place where we can relax, indulge and feel home. We have been extensively traveling the world but this place is just unbeatable. We thank the owners and the staff for creating Meltemi Village and making it such a special place.

A fantastic stay in one of the best hotels in Perissa, with lovely friendly staff, particularly Dimitra on Reception who seems to know everything. She has plenty of tips for walks or buses- timetable available. Public transport is cheap. 2.5 euros as ALL buses go to Fira for transfer. To Oia for example would be a further 2 euros. The 'Bus Station' is a chaotic piece of waste ground with a small information desk. The toilet next door is 1 euro for basically a coal bunker with a squat hole -just so you know - go to a café instead! The hotel rooms are all varied. We got a larger room than booked with a small 'whirlpool' in a walled courtyard, sun trap but no view. All very clean with a strong hot shower although no shelves to put toiletries and the hairdryer is not very powerful. The bed was huge and comfy and we had no complaints although our room was pretty basic for a 4 star, we felt. There is a large breakfast room or you can eat outside near the pool with a view of the mountains. A great selection at breakfast, served till 10am and unlimited coffee. The pool is large, clean and no bother getting a sunbed, in May, although these are wooden and tired. The pool is protected from the wind by the stunning palm trees, very restful. Andrei runs the pool bar/café and is a top class guy, playing great music all week too. Check out was 11am but you could use the gym to shower and change if you are later. Check in was a faff as you had to log on to the Wi-Fi to then scan a QR code and then fill in a form and then, queue up to scan your passport and pay the tourist tax. There were at least a dozen people in Reception with all their bags, tired from the flight and transfer and all trying to look for glasses and fill out forms standing up, searching in bags and only Dimitra to sort us oldies out with the tech. Very little seating and no welcome drinks either so this could be improved. I would suggest to not go half board as this entails eating in the same local restaurant, the Atlantis quite near looking out to sea every night, not the Hotel. The food was good and generous but the selection available to the Hotel guests was limited unless you wanted to pay a supplement. (1,2,3 euros etc which was decided on a whim depending what the waiter felt like!) It is not the best value choice as there are loads of different cultural dining experiences along the main beachside street, to suit all budgets. Some restaurants closed at 9pm in May and it was already dark with no streetlights. It did get cooler too. There is a Sand train that travels the full length of the town, beyond the next town and on to the Marina. It was 8 euro return. Regarding the TUI trips, these are very expensive given the cheap buses. The Hotel can provide similar and they give a 20% discount on top so it is worth comparing prices. Some saved 20 euros each on a catamaran trip. We did the Tui 'Simply Santorini' and it was poor, not much to see ,very rushed , bus 30 mins late, although the wine

From arriving at the hotel right through to checkout our stay at the Meltemi was the best experience I've ever received on holiday ever, Me and my partner Caitlin stayed in the past week for both our birthdays (few days apart) and the Lovely staff went above and beyond to make us have a great birthday from putting up banners, balloons and flowers in the room to delivering us free bottles of wine and ice cream to enjoy on our private balcony. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the pool area had plenty of space to sunbath and go for a dip. Special shout out has to go to the gentleman working the pool bar, great character accommodated everything we wanted and gave some lovely recommendations for food and drinks outside the hotel. We will definitely be returning hopefully sooner rather than later

Wow what a hotel loved it here and will be back stayed bed & breakfast Room cleaned daily ,towels changed daily ,breakfast great , all staff great That is one hotel I didn’t want to leave Only thing missing was an airer on the balcony to hang the towels on instead of over the balcony wall
