Sink is almost destroyed.Very disgusting rooms.Bugs, stains, destroyed controls. The bathroom is very small many people wouldn’t fit inside and it floods. The people that worked there were very kind but there is no organisation and that’s the manager’s fault. The 4 star hotel is more like a 2 star.

Great hotel. Great service. The reception staff were friendly and with a direct approach I was in my room very quickly. Just what I needed after a long drive. I also asked for a steam iron and within 5 minutes I had it. Excellent!

I stayed for a night because I attended a meeting in Saloniκa. I strongly recommend it for those who visit the sity. Spacy, comfortabe rooms and good breakfast. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful.

Good rooms with balcony, away from the noise and traffic of Thessaloniki. Parking is available

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fine. Good hotel to stay over when you have a flight in the morning.

I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel however I probably paid three star prices. Staff are friendly but they are limited with awareness of the area and what it offers. I'm a big walker and I use Google Maps and I felt comfortable walking so probably walk 3 miles first day . Ate at a delicious restaurant that is a mile and a half from the hotel on the water "Maiami" . The next day I walk 10 MI. it's hard to find a breakfast place that offered a restroom which is what I needed. I did find great food and great coffee and ability to read my book just about anywhere. The Waterfront is right there. I found the beds comfortable I have a little fridge . There are things that need to be repaired. I'd call this more like a three-star hotel. It's cost me €15 to drive from the airport to this hotel via Taxi.
As a female, traveling by myself, I felt very comfortable walking even though it doesn't seem that way when you arrive. Never did I feel unsafe

We had booked a standard double room and a deluxe double room, specifically for the large double bed.
We got a room with twin beds put together. We asked for the room we had booked and had to wait for 20 minutes because it was not ready. We still got a room that wasn't ready, even after that: they didn't put slippers, water, soap (like the other room had). There was an open/used shower gel bottle in the shower though. The shower was so tiny and the curtain would stick to you... disgusting. And water would flow into the room instead of the drain...
The bed wasn't a double bed either. Just this time the 2 beds had the shears covering the 2 mattresses, instead of individual ones.
We afterwards realized, while visiting our friends room, that theirs might have been the deluxe and our initial one, the standard. Difficult to tell since the beds were exactly the same, the only difference being that the bed linens were on each individual bed or on both of them (no topper on the mattress, just a tiny filler between the beds) and the room was identical. Why pay the extra 25€?

Poorly maintained with poor service. No toilet paper in room. Room was smelly. Would not go back.
