hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

Our flights back were cancelled due to emergancy in our homeland and we stayed there for more than two weeks. The staff took care for us as if we were family

Well located and well priced but dated. Seems almost like a time travel but in a mixed way. Aesthetically it has a charm of a classic property but some of the facilities seemed to lack proper maintenance.

The rooms are beautifully and practically renovated, with lots of space to unpack things yet without getting a sense that the room is crammed. Location is also a prime with fantastic views of the city

The heating system was perfect and during the home night we had warm in the bedroom and the view from the 8th floor was spectacular. The breakfast was tasteful and there was a wide variety of food

If you are only staying at the hotel before going to the port, the location is great (12 mins walking, 4 mins by taxi), but I am sure it is also good if you want to explore the city centre

They also have available buffet for lunch and dinner with decent price of 15 EUR per person. They have a la card restaurants in the ground and on the top. They have small spa (which I did not visit, though)

Staying at Egnatia Palace was one of our best choices on our trip to Thessaloniki. Amazing staff, great services, top quality cleanliness, nice breakfast and the best location.

One more thing was the very thin windows and doors - there is a lot of traffic noise until 1. 00 am it starts again - being so close to the center there is a price to pay- lots of cars non stop

We visited the hotel for 3 days and had an amazing time ❤️ The room was great and with all the comforts, as well as daily cleaning. The price also included breakfast, which had a wide variety and was brought to the room

The rooms are a bit small, but it was completely normal stay for us - after all we just wanted a place to sleep. It's near the city center and there is underground parking (paid) which was also fine for us.
