I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional

Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel

It is close to the bus station, friendly staff. The rooms are good,if you are going with a car make sure to pre book the parking place. There is a swimming pool in the roof,so I would recommend going for a swim

The room was very nice, with clean and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our brief stay so much more relaxing. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and efficiency of the kitchen staff

The decoration of the hotel lobby, paintings and sculptures are breathtaking. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are nevertheless cozy and functional. The beds have absolutely great mattresses, high and firm

I recently had the pleasure of attending a conference at the Met Hotel and the experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was delicious

The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo

The inside pool was so relaxing it had a hot tub🛁 and a large pool the service there gave you towels and it was quiet there. Also the hotel had salons on the reception with a piano

For breakfast, it could better to have "no pork - sausage"

The rooms, although priced highly, do not justify the cost; there was an unpleasant odor noticeable in the space, and the walls are poorly insulated, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms

The food was quite delicious and presented in beautiful fashion. The breakfast buffet was excellent but so too was food served from the a la carte menu

Very enjoyable stay: clean room, exceptional service, sauna works well. Gym is decently equipped but poorly ventilated. For some reason the jacuzzi temperature cannot be increased.

My last night was the worst, compounded by a group of middle school students who felt it was appropriate to run wildly down hallways, scream to each other from opposite ends of the hallway, and randomly knock on room doors

The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals walking in the room above me. The individual snoring in the room next to me. Whenever someone moved a chair in a nearby room

I stayed at this hotel 12-16 Apr 2024 for a veterinary conference. The pluses: staff & food All team members I encountered were friendly, attentive, & professional

Unfortunately, these endeavors didn't make a positive difference, and the children continued to run amuck until 0400 when I checked out

A little bit outside of the busy centre, this hotel is a wonderful oasis of tranquility, luxury and excellent service. An excellent breakfast, and a romantic dinner in the outside restaurant completed the impression

This is our second stay here, however what is a little disappointing, on this occasion the management have adapted a policy of charging extra for Breakfast items ( fried eggs, omelettes, certain coffees)

We stayed three nights in a junior suit. The hotel is just outside of city center. The building has a character and very well maintained. Our room was big enough and well equipped

The keycards were unreliable, as two of our room's cards needed to be reprogrammed at the reception

I found it very odd that they didn't even ask for my name when reprogramming the card, I just stated my problem and the room number and they reprogrammed it. Maybe it was a one off though

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

I didn’t like the attitude of the staff, when I forgot my earrings & asked for them to be posted to me, it wasn’t done, I had to organise my own courier when ousting would have easier & quicker

Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view

Telephone was not working but technician replaced it(only care about it for calling front desk) Parking is 10$/day on top of 130+$/night and 10$/night city tax

Old hotel in the heart of the city with terrible parking entrance. We stayed in a large 2 bed room suite. Bathroom has to be renovated definitely. The best part was the roof bar and service🍸

I am a new member of Hyatt and as an explorer I use my card for frequent business travel. This was my second time using a reward night and I’m so glad I did it at the Thessaloniki Hyatt Regency

The lounge is a large space open all day for beverages and small bites and more substantial food in the evening. I wish the hotel would enforce a dress code as occasionally guests would come in barefoot and in swim dress

Highly recommend! Note: Location is far from the city center, which was preferred by us. Hotel offers a shuttle service to and from which is 5 stars in my opinion. Hotel offers shuttle service from airport as well

We enjoyed the peaceful room, beautiful grounds and had dinner at Ambrosia, the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had lemon pork chop and I had traditional Moussaka. In the morning the shuttle was waiting for us at 6AM

Great location, great pool, great food at the restaurant. My kid had a blast at the swimming pool. Restaurant (dinner and breakfast ) staffs were very friendly, polite and responsive

The staff is top-notch, the breakfast is delicious (not the largest, but more than enough to choose from, and the food is always fresh) with fresh orange juice to start the day, and the cleanliness of the rooms is unmatched

Just a f/p accomodation. It's in the city center. A little old but clean rooms and the bathroom. The breakfast was ok.

Okay this a 3 star hotel, some part old but maintained, some painting could do god impressions, but for sure a accommodation I will return to again. Ahh nice big rooms and balcony, helps if your a smoker

You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices

As I was told the price is 14€ if you leave your car overnight. The breakfast is still as it was previously and I can say very delicious with a lot of choices for everyone’s taste

They have no longer 10 available parking spots in front of their hotel and they can’t offer free parking but paid parking inside a garage they are cooperating with

Metropolitan Hotel has an excellent location within walking distance of key landmarks. The rooms are clean and modern but what impressed me the most was their pet friendly amenities. Absolutely recommend!

If you are fine with that or you would like to bring the kids along it's a great choice for staying in Thessaloniki outside the crowded regions with very adequate bus service connecting to downtown

Mixed Experience at Imperial Hotel I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, a few areas left room for improvement

The room was very small, the city view is honestly depressing but that's not their fault that Salonic is dirty. The balcony however could be improved with as much as a small chair and ashtray

We stayed our last day in Thessaloniki in this nice hotel. The room was okay nothing special, the breakfast good and the girl with blonde hair welcomed us very friendly.

The rooms have hairdryers and a set of scales if you want to check your holiday weight. There is a bar next door which does food. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. It would be nice to stay here again

My favorite hotel whenever I am traveling to Thessaloniki! Even the single rooms are spacious enough. The breakfast as always one of the best! You are not impressed by the quantity but by the quality!

We received a room upgrade, 1st floor, room with terras and a sauna, bed comfy and large, modern bathroom with bath and separate shower. Breakfast is outstanding, pool and lounge area very good

The heating system was perfect and during the home night we had warm in the bedroom and the view from the 8th floor was spectacular. The breakfast was tasteful and there was a wide variety of food

Small rooms. Airco hardly managed to keep cool. For parking, you need to rely on parkings nearby that are overfilled and where you need to leave the keys.

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior. This hotel is very nice and our room was quiet. We didn’t do anything but sleep there for 2 nights but I have the feeling they would have helped us if we needed anything

Pleasant hotel in a good location. The only drawback is the tiny size of the lifts. Impossible to fit two people with cases inside.
