Location is not the best one and the surrounding is not the most beautiful one, there was bad smell as soon as you exit the hotel and nothing worth visiting nearby - there is 15 minute car ride to center and 40 minute car ride to closest beach

The keycards were unreliable, as two of our room's cards needed to be reprogrammed at the reception

I found it very odd that they didn't even ask for my name when reprogramming the card, I just stated my problem and the room number and they reprogrammed it. Maybe it was a one off though

hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service

The prices in the restaurant and bar at the rooftop restaurant were better than most of the bars we visited in the city. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean

Perhaps at the design stage, nonslip tiles would have been a better option. The rooftop pool was very small. However, it was a city hotel, and space is obviously an issue

Free parking (which is really important). Location is a little bit far away from the port (1. 5 km), at the end of Egnatia street. However, it is a walking distance (plus, last year, I stayed in the same area)

They also have available buffet for lunch and dinner with decent price of 15 EUR per person. They have a la card restaurants in the ground and on the top. They have small spa (which I did not visit, though)

Sauna and the steam bath are also small, but again - enough for how many people come. (One note here - it would definitely be convenient to have a hose to wash the seats in the steam bath)

There's a decent minibar - i haven't used it, but the prices seemed fair, and not quite skyrocket high as in some hotels. The staff is SUPER nice, friendly, helpful, and just SO polite

The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I was a clumsy, troublesome guest, I got dates mixed up, I couldn't get my key to work and they were patient with me and always kind

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view

Telephone was not working but technician replaced it(only care about it for calling front desk) Parking is 10$/day on top of 130+$/night and 10$/night city tax

It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the city

Old hotel in the heart of the city with terrible parking entrance. We stayed in a large 2 bed room suite. Bathroom has to be renovated definitely. The best part was the roof bar and service🍸

Good stuffs are that is close to center and that workers are nice. Bad stuffs are that they do not have parking place, you need to pay that 6. Rooms are little and very dirty

One more thing was the very thin windows and doors - there is a lot of traffic noise until 1. 00 am it starts again - being so close to the center there is a price to pay- lots of cars non stop

The Junior suite has indeed a bathtub with indents but everything else was in good condition. Its design is modern but could be more convenient. The breakfast is a continental buffet in an amazing decorum

The only downside of the gym is that the air was very humid due to the spa, they should place an air conditioner in it. Our superior room was very spacious, bright and clean

I stayed for a night because I attended a meeting in Saloniκa. I strongly recommend it for those who visit the sity. Spacy, comfortabe rooms and good breakfast. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful.

it's hard to find a breakfast place that offered a restroom which is what I needed. I did find great food and great coffee and ability to read my book just about anywhere. The Waterfront is right there

Pro: - Very close to the centre - Filling breakfast selection - Very friendly, helpful staff - Double-glazed room, so pretty quiet Con: - 3 star, not 4 star - I'd booked a double room, I was given a twin room with single beds pushed together and two single duvets

- Window curtain was smaller than the window, so sunlight crept in each morning. Having a frosted glass bathroom door didn't help either (more light entering the room)

The rooms are a bit small, but it was completely normal stay for us - after all we just wanted a place to sleep. It's near the city center and there is underground parking (paid) which was also fine for us.
