Awful hotel , my friend wanted to come to the room .. they didn’t let him like he is some criminal..he even suggested to pay
They made crazy drama

Worst hotel and behaviour of the staff ever . They were super rude and they didn’t let my friend come to mu room even tho he offered to pay , they made crazy drama , they are not easy going , dramatic , very rude , unprofessional and unhappy and sad people.
The room was smelling very bad as well .
I had to leave the place ,because they didn’t let my friend to come to me .. even tho the room was with 2 beds and even tho we offered to pay for second person .
I never seen such a rude behaviour in my entire life from a hotel staff .
i dont recommend this hotel to anyone
Closed minded people thinking their hotel is i dont know what , every hotel allow visitors and its not a problem but they just wanted to be rude and ruin our day for no reason .
And after we tried to talk normal and fix this problem the guy in reception even called police for no reason? This is unhuman behaviour.. i wish i could just get my money back i paid 64 euro for nothing.

Good location, you can almost walk to anywhere you want. Good restaurants are close by. Very friendly staffs. The building is a bit old, but the room is quite clean.

This hotel is very old. The furniture, bedroom and overall appearance is outdated. The bed especially was very uncomfortable.
The man at the reception was kinda rude.
The location is okay but close to some sketchy parts of the city. Wouldn’t choose it again.

It is a very nice place to stay. At the reception is a very kind woman that gives all the information you need. The room is quite small, but very clean. I got a room on the rooftop and it was amazing, with a wonderful view. I recomand it to all people that want to stay for 1-2 days here.

Location is great,very clean room and bathroom.Very kind stuff and very helpful with all info you might need.Didnt like the bathroom it's small but for 1-2 days stay it's ok.

Great budget hotel in Thessaloniki! Rooms were clean, bathroom also, service nice and polite. If you are looking for sleep-and-shower accommodation and prefere to be outside exploring the city all day, this hotel will perfectly fit into this plan!

Beware of bed bugs!!! Our bed sheets and pillows were stained with them and we found a few crawling around. We woke up covered in bites - disgusting. This hotel is unclean and the staff were unhelpful and rude. Find somewhere else.

The hotel maybe a bit aged but the rooms are spacious and clean. But the most important thing here are the receptionist. Ready to help and very friendly. Really refreshing.

Overpriced hotel in the centre of Thessaloniki. Service mindedness is not their best quality. I have stayed there three times, and every time I feel like I sm disturbing the reception guy with my arrival.

This place was really nice. Felt much more secure than every other hotel that we stayed in in Greece which may just be because of the city itself. The breakfast was cheap and cheerful but with a wide variety. The room was clean and tidy and had what we needed. Glad we didn't drive or park in the city. It's a good base to get to places from. And also good value.
