Very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the port city of Zakinthos! Our room was superb, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a intimate balcony from which we could admire the sunsets and the boats in the port

Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

I appreciated how polite the staff members were and how they offered plenty of activities at and starting from the hotel

Local tours are available at reception. Water pressure at sink is too low to use ended using the shower tap. Staff speaks proper English and friendly for non-greek tourist. Toilet ventilation is connected to next room

You can hear each other in toilet clearly. When using the tub, you can see each other head. Easy to find eateries and shops. Shops generally close on Sunday. And close earlier on Saturday

Very good location , walking distance to restaurants and the main square with coffee shops and market. Enjoyed our weekend 😊 Definitely go there again

Very nice Boutique hotel , rooms are clean and well decorated. Our suite had a wonderful view to the sea with a private spacious balcony

Recommended for couples and families with older children. We didn't stay, but our experience and the image he left us are very positive

While we had booked and left, we could not stay because we were with children and the parking lot and the room were not comfortable

The owners understood our problem and did not charge us even though we had made a reservation without cancellation

There were 3 people in our group all with desperate rooms. 2 of us had twin rooms which we really liked as the showers were a double rather than a cubicle you get with a double room ( so ask for a twin over a double)

We found that sunbeds were always available although not always the ones around the pool. There are 2 pools which are not heated but didn't need to be as offered a great cool down on the boiling hot days

The pool bar offers simple food that is tasty and the cocktails and drinks are fabulous and not overpriced. Breakfast is simple buffet food, bread, sliced fruit ( not whole pieces) , cereal and hot food

We have just returned from this hotel, we was very pleased with how clean the hotel was and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning to this hotel great value for money

First time here for our honeymoon. The staff excellent people skills. The spa was perfect , the sense of well-being was of the highest. Breakfast there was a choice for all

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The transfer from the airport is very quick around 15 minutes. The reception staff ( especially George are super friendly and polite)

This is the best 5 star hotel I have ever been too! I only ever book 5 star holidays but this hotel really stood out because every little detail is perfect! The staff are really friendly and they really go the extra mile to please you, even if it’s your first day or your last the service stays the luxury high standard that you maybe loose at other hotels

The staff make this place 5 star. Not a decent gym (an outside park style gym) and sauna didn’t seem to work

5 minute downhill walk to bars/restaurants/shops/beach/amusements They have a wide range of food and drinks and the hotel is very clean

The hotel itself is in a nice quiet location up the hills with a sea view from your room and restaurant

All the great things you read in the reviews are true. BUT the reason why I don't give 5 stars is: We booked a room with swim-up, not a private one. You can choose between "swim-up heated pool" and "swim-up sundeck"

The upkeep was to a very nice standard, and the service of Narcis the resort manager and her team was great. The private pool was great size, more than enough for splashing about, playing ball games and cooling down

Naturally the villas are neighbouring each other but the noise levels was not even noticeable (though we could have been lucky with quiet neighbours), bottom line a great stay which filled our family with great memories and we can’t wait to visit again

Size of the garden was also more than enough. Built-in BBQ is very convenient and eating out by the pool is a great experience. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con worked its magic

Used the restaurant once and food was good. Only slight negative is the steepness of the hill when walking home, it's not a long walk though and if you don't fancy it then 6 euro in a taxi

We had half board included so breakfast and either lunch/dinner at the onsite restaurant - convenient and great selection. Would absolutley return and would not look elsewhere to stay

A lovely stay at St John Suites. A family of 5 (3 teenagers 16+) we stayed in a 3Bed villa. The size of the villa (spread over 2 levels) and every room was surprisingly spacious

Food was lovely especially from the pool bar and the pina coladas are our new favourite go to cocktail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to all the staff with your attention to detail and helpfulness

Lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough for us. Pools are really nice, no need to reserve sunbeds. Very close to beach, a bit of a walk to Tsilivi centre though

Not sure I'd class this as a 5* luxury hotel but certainly a lovely hotel, very peaceful and relaxing with the most wonderful staff

I have traveled a lot in Greece and seen hotels of all levels, and I know that when buying a night in a Greek hotel, it is always necessary to reduce it by one star. I paid like 5* and got 2* at best

Although the hotel is not old, it is already in need of repair (the floating parquet is swollen, the toilet flushes, the floorboards are peeling, the sheets have torn edges, the towels have not been washed)

In September, only as much fruit as is enough for the first comers to manage (3 pears, 5 apples, 2 bananas). The hotel area lacks greenery. The staff is sour, you will rarely see them smiling

The menu is poor and doesn't change (chicken, pork, sometimes beef and some obscure fish), so every day you know what will be for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Although I always question ratings, this time I was convinced that a rating of 7

Excellent place for a family holiday. Great service the staff were absolutely lovely (without exception ❤!) Quite quiet so not the place for loud nights and entertainment, but perfect for us. Would recommend 👌

Possibly the only downside is that my room is a little uphill and has steps up to it. But that downside probably has more to do with my age. In short a wonderful place to stay!!! Highly recommend it

Nice pool, (a few minutes walk to the local beach - it shelves very gently and for a long way out) Breakfast selection is great - even Greek coffee available

in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied

The room was very comfortable and amenities are top notch--the jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. Additionally, I tried a beer and Gyro by the pool and it was very tasty

The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here

The sea is very nice, first 2-3m are a bit rough due to small, sharps stones, but after that the bottom is only the softest white sand

TUI are running a militant operation - great if that’s what you are looking for. I was pleasantly surprised how they are not on you all the time but there enough to allow you to go to them

Unfortunately, we weren’t staying in this hotel. We were walking by though, at the coastside, and this wonderful lady was there, looking through her telescope

The pool area and sunbathing area was lovely - other than the pools being absolutely Baltic! The beach is lovely the ocean is super clean (do take water shoes!) and there are some fab little water sports rentals right next to the beach area

The sun-loungers were very comfortable, with parasols provided. We stayed B&B and breakfast, which was served overlooking the sea, had lots of choices and the food was excellent, with many home-made items

First time staying at this hotel. The location is awesome right in the beach. Breakfast was really good and ate looking over the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and clean

It was kept very clean and a litre of mineral water was provided every day. The location right on the beach was excellent for daytime but did lead to some noisy nights from merry-makers

The room had the added bonuses of a screen door out to the balcony, lots of sockets, even a box of tissues, but needed a bit more drawer space for clothes storage

A very well run hotel which has friendly and very helpful staff

Don't expect 5* luxury because the prices don't reflect this but if you let this family run hotel into your hearts (as we and many others have) you will discover an atmosphere which feels like home from home and George and Jimmy who look after the daily running will soon begin to feel like extended family

The bar and pool are very much the focal point and we always find ourselves treating this as a meeting place before and after venturing out to the beach during the day and to one of the many restaurants in the evenings

The entire family are to be found on site most days and clearly live for this business. They have pride in what they do and retain their traditional Greek values whilst both serving and entertaining their guests

We have been coming here since 2015 and have just returned from our 13th week at the Alamis Apartments. The rooms are clean and regularly serviced with fresh towels, sheets and toilet facilities replenished

Nina can be found preparing breakfasts and snacks from the small kitchen behind the bar throughout the day. The whole team works extremely hard to ensure that things are kept clean and guests are happy

You will discover that fruits and herbs are grown on the premises. Jimmy can often be seen walking the length of the pool from the bar to pick fresh mint for a Mojito he'll be preparing for someone

not a lot of variety and nothing is labelled, desserts were dire and fruit is ok if you like melon (which I don’t) so we eat out a lot at some fantastic restaurants around, although the salads were nice and these were varied every day

Reception hit & miss, some days we had to go upto sister hotel to speak to someone, although not a problem as we had to go there for food, but slightly unnerving knowing there isn’t any staff manning the hotel

Literally 2 min walk to fabulous beach. Pools are kept clean with plenty of sun beds. The only thing let’s this hotel down is the food, either luke warm or cold

I was here for a two week stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach ?, shops and restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a up scaled contemporary stay!

It's a smaller hotel, but really very nice. It's quite smart from the outside, although in touristy type area. There were a few maintenance issues, typical of hotels at the end of a season

Food was amazing; a good variety of options, with high quality and excellent flavours. Staff worked hard and generally did a good job. The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is for children

The pool bars are open during the day, offering drinks and a small range of snacks. There was supposed to be entertainment, but as it was the end of the season, this had all stopped

It was due to close the week after we were there, and some work had already started on a few items. Rooms were tidy, and cleaned every day; bed linen and towels changed as well

Lovely quiet hotel located within walking distance of the beach and local amenities

I would recommend everyone to rent a car at the hotel so you can explore the beautiful island better. We had a good car and only paid 35€ per day. The owners were always helpful, very kind and accommodating

Very pet-friendly hotel! The leftovers were not thrown away but given to the animals in the backyard. The nearest beach club is a 10-minute walk from the hotel

Outstanding hotel in the area of Planos on the island of Zante, management and staff excellent the food and drink we would give 9/10. Be aware of the prices on the room upgrade but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 2 weeks

I can’t see anything negative. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish)

The personnel is very nice and they are friendly and communicative with the visitors. Rooms are very ideal and have most of all basic accessories for your stay. Their wifi system is perfect as well

The hotel is only 20-30 minutes away from the airport and i never saw anything dirty in this hotel! They keep everything clean including kitchen,pools and the sea shore

We had the same swim up room with sea view as the year before. We love this place. Tasty food and helpful staff, everything was perfect!

Ome thing i would change is the all onclusive menu but besides that it is 10/10 experience

They explained us what we needed to know beforehand, and gave us some delicious welcome drinks and brought the luggage to the room. Breakfast & lunch were overall good, but dinner got a bit repetitive at some times

Excellent family holiday in October half term. Staff extremely friendly and nothing seems to much trouble, hotel was very clean. On arrival booking in was made very easy and welcoming

Food was enjoyable with a good variety. Our fussy eaters ate well everyday. Snack bar at the water park does wrapped sandwiches and salads and make the ideal take away for the beach days

Young ambitious local guy, who worked there as holiday job. Sharp minded and full of humor, quick learner. Made for the job and really gives the hotel character! Overall: We had a great stay and would come back anytime!

Soft drinks are like rola cola but drinkable. Swim up room pools are NOT heated but once in the water you can spend plenty of time in there

Tsilivi itself is ok, but to see more of the island we recommend to rent a car or do a boat trip (we did both). All the staff-members were great, but special shout-out to Maradona, working at the bar of the hotel
