The bathroom was a bit bigger, with more complete toiletries and a bathtub. The first room is not two rooms! The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and happy. He gave us an extra breakfast

The breakfast was served in a timely manner but not so exquisite. The location is so convenient, there are restaurants everywhere, and it’s very convenient to take a boat🚗

The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The impression on the first day was very good. On the second day, I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the sea. It was very convenient but a bit noisy

Also to be able to step ten paces outside the front door of the hotel into one of the main squares in Zante Old Town where all of the bars and restaurants are is wonderful

The pool bar offers simple food that is tasty and the cocktails and drinks are fabulous and not overpriced. Breakfast is simple buffet food, bread, sliced fruit ( not whole pieces) , cereal and hot food

There were 3 people in our group all with desperate rooms. 2 of us had twin rooms which we really liked as the showers were a double rather than a cubicle you get with a double room ( so ask for a twin over a double)

We found that sunbeds were always available although not always the ones around the pool. There are 2 pools which are not heated but didn't need to be as offered a great cool down on the boiling hot days

We did find that the balcony area didn't get much sun during the day but think that might be more to do with the time of year we went, and the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day in the sun! We didn't eat at the the hotel in the evening but the breakfasts were really good - you could pick from fresh bread, meats, cheeses and fruit and then something from the menu (scrambled eggs, omelette etc...

The room is super nice, the hotel is also super nice, the breakfast is super delicious, but the fitness facilities are too poor, highly recommended, super cost-effective, hhhhhhhhhhhh

The hotel in Zaso was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment, service, breakfast and dinner tastes were first-class. It is very suitable for couples to vacation

Access to local shops and bars via a steep hill and steps, ok going down but we always had a taxi back costing €7, we did not bother with a hire car but should be considered if staying

The upkeep was to a very nice standard, and the service of Narcis the resort manager and her team was great. The private pool was great size, more than enough for splashing about, playing ball games and cooling down

Naturally the villas are neighbouring each other but the noise levels was not even noticeable (though we could have been lucky with quiet neighbours), bottom line a great stay which filled our family with great memories and we can’t wait to visit again

Size of the garden was also more than enough. Built-in BBQ is very convenient and eating out by the pool is a great experience. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con worked its magic

Used the restaurant once and food was good. Only slight negative is the steepness of the hill when walking home, it's not a long walk though and if you don't fancy it then 6 euro in a taxi

We had half board included so breakfast and either lunch/dinner at the onsite restaurant - convenient and great selection. Would absolutley return and would not look elsewhere to stay

The drinks and lunch (which we didn’t have often as we preferred to go out to try restaurants in the area) were great every time (as pictured the burger and strawberry daiquiri were from the hotel) would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in tsilivi

Location is great it’s right near the beach and has a nice beach bar called barracuda (as shown in some pics) and it’s also only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars which were all really good places to eat

The pool area was stunning, and the service was top-notch Everything felt luxurious. If I had one (small) gripe, it would be the all-too-common issue of guests reserving sun loungers with towels early in the morning

The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming right across the broad, from reception to housekeeping and the always smiling John the Concierge. We stayed bed and breakfast with a wide variety on offer for breakfast

I have traveled a lot in Greece and seen hotels of all levels, and I know that when buying a night in a Greek hotel, it is always necessary to reduce it by one star. I paid like 5* and got 2* at best

Although the hotel is not old, it is already in need of repair (the floating parquet is swollen, the toilet flushes, the floorboards are peeling, the sheets have torn edges, the towels have not been washed)

In September, only as much fruit as is enough for the first comers to manage (3 pears, 5 apples, 2 bananas). The hotel area lacks greenery. The staff is sour, you will rarely see them smiling

The menu is poor and doesn't change (chicken, pork, sometimes beef and some obscure fish), so every day you know what will be for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Excellent place for a family holiday. Great service the staff were absolutely lovely (without exception ❤!) Quite quiet so not the place for loud nights and entertainment, but perfect for us. Would recommend 👌

Possibly the only downside is that my room is a little uphill and has steps up to it. But that downside probably has more to do with my age. In short a wonderful place to stay!!! Highly recommend it

My room (for one) is huge, two double beds, a sofa (bed?), shower room and a kitchenette - fully equipped

Nice pool, (a few minutes walk to the local beach - it shelves very gently and for a long way out) Breakfast selection is great - even Greek coffee available

The room was very comfortable and amenities are top notch--the jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. Additionally, I tried a beer and Gyro by the pool and it was very tasty

Amazing staff by far the standout part of the hotel. Room clean and tidy we got swim up room, was next to hedge and road which we wasn’t expecting but was fine

This lets the hotel down massively! We could see the waiter was busy trying to get around all guests (some more than others) and was happy to just get my own but I think the bar staff may get into trouble if people are queuing for drinks so tell you to wait for the waiter

Bar Service Pros - Drinks are lovely Cons - drinks are great, it’s getting one that’s the issue. It’s a waiter service but not enough staff. We spent 4/7 days at the beach and only got a drink twice on each day

We went to the bar a few times to get our own drinks and the barman at the beach house gets angry and quite rude and tells you to go back to your bed and the waiter will bring it over (this can take another 30 mins)

not ideal when trying to get changed! The rooftop bar wasn’t open which was one of the things that had attracted us to the hotel. The food was average, not much vegetarian alternatives, salad was nice and fresh

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! It’s prime location , and friendly staff here don’t deserve the haters !!

I should have realized that being part of the Blue resort it would be similar to the one we stayed in Majorca and had I of realised before booking wouldn’t have booked! You get towels for the pool at 5€ deposit for the week, you can change them between 9-3

I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. My children love it very much. There are also many delicious local specialties for breakfast

not a lot of variety and nothing is labelled, desserts were dire and fruit is ok if you like melon (which I don’t) so we eat out a lot at some fantastic restaurants around, although the salads were nice and these were varied every day

Reception hit & miss, some days we had to go upto sister hotel to speak to someone, although not a problem as we had to go there for food, but slightly unnerving knowing there isn’t any staff manning the hotel

Literally 2 min walk to fabulous beach. Pools are kept clean with plenty of sun beds. The only thing let’s this hotel down is the food, either luke warm or cold

One of the best places I have been to. Its location is excellent just a few meters from the sea. The friendly staff the modern decoration and the food in the restaurants will make your stay unique

This was a last-minute booking, to allow us to get some sun before the winter. Part of a package through Jet2. It's advertised as a 3 star plus, and I think that's a good representation of the standard

It's a smaller hotel, but really very nice. It's quite smart from the outside, although in touristy type area. There were a few maintenance issues, typical of hotels at the end of a season

Food was amazing; a good variety of options, with high quality and excellent flavours. Staff worked hard and generally did a good job. The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is for children

The pool bars are open during the day, offering drinks and a small range of snacks. There was supposed to be entertainment, but as it was the end of the season, this had all stopped

It was due to close the week after we were there, and some work had already started on a few items. Rooms were tidy, and cleaned every day; bed linen and towels changed as well

I can’t see anything negative. Nice room, two pools with comfy sunbeds and the hotel is directly on the beach. You can choose sandy beach or one with stones (where you can see many kinds of fish)

The hotel is only 20-30 minutes away from the airport and i never saw anything dirty in this hotel! They keep everything clean including kitchen,pools and the sea shore

Excellent family holiday in October half term. Staff extremely friendly and nothing seems to much trouble, hotel was very clean. On arrival booking in was made very easy and welcoming

Food was enjoyable with a good variety. Our fussy eaters ate well everyday. Snack bar at the water park does wrapped sandwiches and salads and make the ideal take away for the beach days

Young ambitious local guy, who worked there as holiday job. Sharp minded and full of humor, quick learner. Made for the job and really gives the hotel character! Overall: We had a great stay and would come back anytime!

Soft drinks are like rola cola but drinkable. Swim up room pools are NOT heated but once in the water you can spend plenty of time in there

Tsilivi itself is ok, but to see more of the island we recommend to rent a car or do a boat trip (we did both). All the staff-members were great, but special shout-out to Maradona, working at the bar of the hotel
