The pool bar offers simple food that is tasty and the cocktails and drinks are fabulous and not overpriced. Breakfast is simple buffet food, bread, sliced fruit ( not whole pieces) , cereal and hot food

There were 3 people in our group all with desperate rooms. 2 of us had twin rooms which we really liked as the showers were a double rather than a cubicle you get with a double room ( so ask for a twin over a double)

We found that sunbeds were always available although not always the ones around the pool. There are 2 pools which are not heated but didn't need to be as offered a great cool down on the boiling hot days

Maybe my biggest annoyance as I have a fear of wasps but still worth mentioning. - the room we initially got was not what we expected, the view was directly onto other people sitting by the pool and it was very noisy

We were offered to move after a day so it wasn't a big deal. But if we hadn't been offered a change we would have considered changing hotel/room type as the room was very poor and there was no privacy at all

Every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, the rooms are very high and have a different "airiness". All the common areas are very high, so you do not even realize that you are in a building

A pre-flight test to the UK was also organised for us at the hotel which was really convenient. - seems very small, no crowds at breakfast (we usually ate early but even when we ate at 9

This is the best 5 star hotel I have ever been too! I only ever book 5 star holidays but this hotel really stood out because every little detail is perfect! The staff are really friendly and they really go the extra mile to please you, even if it’s your first day or your last the service stays the luxury high standard that you maybe loose at other hotels

Because we signed up for a one-day tour that started in the morning, the breakfast on the next day was originally open at 8 o'clock, so they specially helped us arrive at 7:30 in advance

The hotel in Zaso was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment, service, breakfast and dinner tastes were first-class. It is very suitable for couples to vacation

The hotel is on a small hill, and there are electric cars to pick you up and down the hill. The room has a great view, and you can see the sea view from the room

What makes this hotel so exceptional is the staff. Attentive, polite, courteous, helpful and genuinely happy to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. We would recommend this hotel unreservedly

Another staff member said that the fee was 70 euros and we could stay until 6 o'clock. Language errors may lead to communication errors. But they are also inexperienced staff, and it can be clearly written on a note

We did stay with a few more children, but as a staff member, they should have informed us of the solution in advance. They did not agree to let us book a room again instead of rolling their eyes and being irritated

When we checked out, the two staff members asked us to pay another 340 euros. First, we booked a late check-out. She agreed, and the female manager said that the fee was 100 euros to delay until 3 o'clock

She didn't give me the room card. She took us to the room like interrogating a prisoner and asked me why the children were running around and not assigned rooms like when they put their passports

Because we missed the boat ticket due to work, we had to take the night boat to the hotel. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel with the elderly and four children

Excellent place for a family holiday. Great service the staff were absolutely lovely (without exception ❤!) Quite quiet so not the place for loud nights and entertainment, but perfect for us. Would recommend 👌

There are some problems with wifi into the rooms but with the windows opened it's better. Rooms are large especially maisonettes. Beds and pillows are cocomat and very very comfortable

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. My room (for one) is huge!!! Two double beds, a sofa bed, wardrobe, a shower room, a balcony, (tv), air conditioning, and a fully fitted kitchenette - even has a bottle opener

Cocktails- wow, so many choices and a great variety. Sunbeds- we had to get up at 6am to get sunbeds daily. Sunbeds at the beach- dirty and alot of litter, could do with some picking up at night

We arrived to the hotel at 7am, escorted to our rooms. We didn't get shown around or drink on arrival(will let them off because it was very early) we had inland large double room

Our rooms were ready within the hour. Both of our rooms were good, great views and good size. Our room was like a penthouse, Balcony was massive, and we were overlooking the beach and sea

The mattress was divine, the pillows soft and perfect, the scent of the sheets warm and clean. What truly sets Contessina apart is the care. Every second, every detail, every smile felt genuine

Before we could even think of needing something, it was already there. It wasn’t just a stay, it was a feeling, a celebration, a memory that wrapped us in peace

Then we found a handwritten letter in our room, congratulating us on our wedding and wishing us a beautiful life together

Reception hit & miss, some days we had to go upto sister hotel to speak to someone, although not a problem as we had to go there for food, but slightly unnerving knowing there isn’t any staff manning the hotel

Literally 2 min walk to fabulous beach. Pools are kept clean with plenty of sun beds. The only thing let’s this hotel down is the food, either luke warm or cold

The food is delicious, but it's the people (Eri, Andrea, Vasiliki, Santaja) who work there who create the perfect atmosphere. It was one of the most beautiful holidays we've ever had

It's a smaller hotel, but really very nice. It's quite smart from the outside, although in touristy type area. There were a few maintenance issues, typical of hotels at the end of a season

The pool bars are open during the day, offering drinks and a small range of snacks. There was supposed to be entertainment, but as it was the end of the season, this had all stopped

Soft drinks are like rola cola but drinkable. Swim up room pools are NOT heated but once in the water you can spend plenty of time in there

Tsilivi itself is ok, but to see more of the island we recommend to rent a car or do a boat trip (we did both). All the staff-members were great, but special shout-out to Maradona, working at the bar of the hotel
