If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. The place was so nice and quiet. The room was clean, fully remodeled and with new furniture (and it smelled SO good). Also, the recepcionist gave us a warm welcoming and she was so nice to us, which we were thankful for after a long trip.

The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

Really great place. Warm and cozy apartments, pretty clean. Nice food, kind staff. It is about 15 minutes away from the Heviz centre. Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. Friendly staff. Places are large enough. The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough. However, there is no hot water to do the dishes and the showers are also not really hot.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

The wellness area is nice and tidy, but other than that, I can't say too much good. What made me write a review is that one of the ladies with glasses in the restaurant regularly publicly criticizes the guests who have just left, which I think is extremely humiliating.

In normal day, it was 1/3 full and it took 1h 20min to get food from daily menu. Tenderloin steak was first way over cooked to rubber, second try was well done+ despite specific request for medium. Waitress didn't tell that que was 1,5h and our evening plans were ruined

The woman who works in the restaurant warned me that I was not properly dressed for the restaurant and that next time I should not come as I was dressed! I had a light brown, floor-length knitted sweater with a belt at the waist and Crocs. I did not feel comfortable until the end of my stay in the hotel and restaurant. We spent a few days here, and we definitely recommend a visit with kids. :) The staff kept the room clean, and the whole environment was beautiful. A wide variety of food options were available for breakfast and dinner, which were both more than good. I didn't like the additional charges for things like coffee from the bar or pancakes.
