If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

Location is a little out of town, but pleasant and quiet. There are two very good restaurants close by and it’s only a 15/20 minute walk into town and all Kestheley has to offer. Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level. The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.

Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.

Friendly staff. Places are large enough. The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough. However, there is no hot water to do the dishes and the showers are also not really hot.

We stayed in the apartment, and found the best of all worlds. The hotel has insanely good spa facilities, with the thermal section, the sauna world (be aware that it's without bathing suits for this), the outdoor pool and indoor pool too. Nice wellness hotel: Great food (buffet, international and Hungarian food). Our room was clean (but book a renovated Deluxe room!), wifi works well. Parking is included. There are several pool areas, all of them nice. Only improvement that comes to my mind: Give Csucsu, the adorable parrot a little more space.
