There are so many apartments so you have to walk to get your breakfast if you are in the other building. The pool and the sauna is also in another building

We've stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Overall feelings about the place is good. The wellness facilities are great. the Balaton lake is within a 10 minute walk, also all important parts of the city

Due to the location it's a bit noisy (stands beside a main road). the bar is open unttil midnight, The superior rooms does not have air conditioner

Also, the recepcionist gave us a warm welcoming and she was so nice to us, which we were thankful for after a long trip

Kind service, typical bed and breakfast service. You can count on lots of add ons. Wellnes, pools (small) but enough to cool down, table tennis, snooker, sauna, bicycles. 10 min to Balaton beach(paid)

Breakfast great, many kinds of bread, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, muesli etc. Coffee, tea, milk hot and cold, juices. The guesthouse is located near the pier and near the city centre. Parking directly at the guesthouse

It's a fair hotel with a fair price. I'd like to see that there's available WiFi in the hotel rooms but I wasn't so lucky.

The only disadvantage of this place is location, but not if you are driving by and have to stay for a night. Good breakfast, big room with mini kitchen, quiet place, friendly staff. All this for 48 eur.

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty

It's a very rare case, when I haven't to say any bad word. Actually, I want to thank all the hotel staff and the hotel owners, who provided excellent service and made our trip amazing

The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho

The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

Nice front desk agents, good spa with a large swimming pool, infra and finnish sauna. Several complementary gym classes for Guests. Good for family trip and for 2 as well. Breakfast was the same every day, dinner was ok

I almost forgot amazing views of Balaton - from our room, from spa and restaurant. There are just some details I didn't like. waiters not being quick enough at dinner or the paid tea portions and no coffee at room

Location: in a good location the Pension (beach 750m) is in a quiet area, parking is solved. Service: it has its own pool which in my opinion could be a few degrees warmer, it was quite cold for the kids

For children there is a playground, ping-pong table, trampoline which is perfectly fine. Breakfast: very limited in food, there is still room for improvement

Rooms: I was disappointed at the first moment, cramped room (s) (apartment part with 2 rooms), no table, toilet door just opening in front of the shower

Our room looked at a stone carving industrial facility, the sight of the tombs was depressing, this was even the slightest trouble, we woke up in the morning to the rattles of the jobseekers, it was impossible to relax

We've stayed many times now and it is a regular favourite for when we attend an evening event in Keszthey and don't want to drive home in the dark to our village. She speaks Hungarian, German and English

Breakfasts were delicious I wish that more posh hotels will have the same good coffee at least as we have had at Erika's Pension, they did an excellent job ! The service was outstanding

She may even speak other languages that we don't know about. The breakfast is prepared by her husband and herself and is always delicious

The location of the accommodation is actually really good - it's 5 minutes from the Balaton lake & around 15 minutes from the city enter / main street. The breakfast we had was really good and diverse :)

Location is a little out of town, but pleasant and quiet. There are two very good restaurants close by and it’s only a 15/20 minute walk into town and all Kestheley has to offer

Very clean and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was OK but cost extra. Owners are friendly and helpful. If you don’t speak Hungarian, schoolboy German is required

Large apartment with own kitchen, toilet and bathroom. 5 minute walk to Keszthely beach. 10 minute walk to historic centre, market and 15 minute walk to Keszthely castle

Staff were very accommodating and kept reception open an extra 45 mins to allow us to make the long journey from Pécs. Breakfast was simple but good for the price and the room was comfortable.

We spent an amazing three days here. I can only recommend Lorelei to anyone who likes this and loves peace of mind! Breakfast is very tasty and varied, and Gábor is very attentive and kind

American tourist here traveling (thankfully) with a Hungarian family. I spent 5 days here off-season. The hotel was fully sold out for many days during my stay. This hotel is very, VERY child-oriented

For 'wellness', they hardly offer anything beyond playing in the water, a sauna or tabletop/video games. I would have expected hot spring water or even a masseuse

It is reasonably clean considering that but there is a definite lack of adult activities. The hotel itself is near the beach which is the primary redeeming factor in my humblest opinion

The doors don't close unless you force them closed with a solid push, the beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms had a weird urine smell for several nights we couldn't figure out

Heck the hotel even allows children in the adult-only area at certain times, meaning you have practically NO area you can get away consistently if you want to

Location An absolutely perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the famous Hévíz Lake, along a beautiful navigation canal where you can rent a boat and sail almost all the way to Lake Balaton

I went for their "autumn relaxation package" which included the room, half-board, wifi, bicycle rental and use of wellness facilities, for a very friendly price! Firstly the staff was super polite, helpful, and friendly! The breakfast buffet had a great selection of eggs, meats, salad and vegetables, sauces, desserts, juices - a broad, good quality hotel breakfast selection

One in the main building with a pool, jacuzzi, salt room, saunas etc, and another slightly smaller one but closer to the apartments. The apartments are very spacious and clean

I myself went for the horseriding lessons taught by lovely Eszter, with horse Alibi, two days in a row (~€25 per lesson). The gorgeous, sociable animals around the entire resort is such a friendly addition

I'm 27/F and came alone, but around me were people all ages, and the place is just as suitable for a solo traveller like me (you can hire a tennis partner!) as it is for families with children

There are flowers, trees, herbs and aromatic plants everywhere. The place also offers so many activities you could easily spend a week not even leaving the hotel, and still be entertained

I will admit the curtains and furnishings are a bit retro, but it did not affect my experience in the slightest. The area is very big with incredibly well kept gardens

Liked - We liked complimentary SPA access with very warm water, great performance / price ratio, good dinner and breakfast, our room was clean with very comfortable bed, parking included

Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea

The saunas/spa were generally a bit disappointing, half were turned off when we were there in August, with only two (not that) hot pools

I would like to mention that as far as I know, only this, the hotel provides passes to the lake for the entire duration of stay including stay at the lake all day, when the lake is open to the public, you can go to the area of the lake and exit times as you want, as well as usage of sauna, Jacuzzi, etc

We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation

On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination and landmark, walk past with lake entrance on left, another 2-300m to main road, turn right continue about 200m, you will see Ensana Aqua

Guests were a mix from young couples with young children, many middle aged and older Hungarians, plus many Germans too; German, French or English is available and it’s ‘old school’ guests and personnel are polite and smile

We stayed for 8 nights, but the bathrobe was not replaced as before. Has the concept changed? We were very pleased with the range of dishes in the restaurant. Cold soups are back again! Thank you very much!

For me magic place, wonderful owners, homemade breakfast, close to the balaton. Wonderful garden with pool, jackuzii, sauna -outside. You can make barbecue, there is big table, benches to sit

The pool and whirlpools are really nice. The beach of the Balaton lake is about 15 min walking from the camping, this is a payed beach but worth a visit. The toilets and showers are clean enough

The temperature at the resting area is like 40C so there is literally no way to cool down. Overall, if you don’t take this because of sauna (like we did), it’s close to perfect
