Perfect hotel to stay in Jerusalem, with a high level of service. The renovated rooms are really nice. I always enjoy coming here, talking to Mr Allayan which is really professional and Mishleen Z who does her best to serve clients. The whole team is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is awesome. Most of the tourists are American, British, Australian.
I will always come back to this hotel in Jerusalem.

My stay at the inbal hotel was truly outstanding! Not only did it offer a fantastic location just a 12-minute walk from Mamilla, but the breakfast experience was a highlight in itself.
The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a real honeycomb pancake/waffle station, made-to-order omelets, and an array of other mouthwatering options. To top it off, the cappuccino and latte station added a touch of luxury to each morning.
Combine this with the friendly staff and excellent Shabbat meals, and you have a hotel experience that's simply unbeatable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are great. The location was also excellent.
On the downside, it’s more suited to families, very busy and loud and the pool was chaotic. Also, the spa staff were a bit unhelpful so we didn’t bother. Felt a little over priced compared to the quality of the other places we stayed at during our visit to Israel which cost less.

Great location, nice facility, friendly staff, Over the top breakfast with more delicious food that anyone can hope for. A wheel of cheese. Honey, straight from the honey comb and much more. The Shabbos dinner was so good and there was so much food, it bordered on being obscene. Definitely worth the stay.

When my family and I first went to check in they scammed us and made us pay over a thousand dollars more because we booked on Expedia and didn’t lost the amount of people staying on the room. Then we weren’t given the right amount of beds that we ordered and the lock on the bathroom door was broken. Additionally the room was quite small. I was expecting a lot better from a place with so many stars.

Good location, lots of tour groups stay here. Good breakfast though the evening buffet is expensive ($100 USD per person). On a six-day stay we NEVER got a bottle of water (others did), the toilet did not flush properly, the carpet was never vacuumed, rarely got a full set of new towels and the dirty glasses were not removed until we complained.
Staff helpful, especially the night manager Ms. Dahal.
Pool was a nightmare, no supervision of unruly children and the lifeguard was drinking a beer.

As part of a tour, this hotel was in a good location. We loved the elevators. You could select the floor prior to entering the elevator and system would take you directly there. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and firm. They had a pool, but we did not take advantage of it. Buffet food selection was very good, but some foods looked processed instead of fresh. 20-minute walk to the Old City. Lobby furniture looks dated and needs to be replaced. Overall, hotel is very beautiful.

This Hotel is one of the highest level in Jerusalem. The service was more than perfect, very polite crew and very professional. The food is of a high standard, varied and plentiful. The rooms and other facilities are in high quality, and the location is the best in Jerusalem.

The soup deal s great and the ambience amazing. There were many people there but the acoustics made it that you didn't have to shout to be heard.... it was really pleasant!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the beautiful Inbal Hotel. They were extremely accommodating to our group, the rooms were delightful, the food was AMAZING, and their hospitality made it all come together in a beautiful experience for my wife and I. I would recommend the Inbal without hesitation and I hope to visit again. Thank you, Inbal, for helping to make our visit to the Holy Land, one we will never forget!
