Beautiful hotel
It's a little far from the centre , but in 20mins walk you can catch the bus.
Rooms very clean , towels well cleaned.
Staff helpful
Breakfast was good.

Four star hotel outside Bologna city center. Recommended only for business. Exceptional service Polite and friendly personnel.

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY.
I stayed here in 2014 for the first time. I LOVED the breakfast! Again I came back in 2015, 2016, and 2017. My friend said: "The best breakfast in Italy." Stayed again in May 2024. The room was unchanged, great, comfortable, clean; great free parking space; BUT—the breakfast now if horrible and is nothing special anymore. I was disappointed; cakes are dry, curossans are not crispy as it used to be. As of today, I would stay for location convenience ONLY, but not for the breakfast since the breakfast was my major driven point to stay in this hotel. Antonina, Estella & Marta are all great receptionist that are very happy what they doing! Very nice group of people at the front desk!

Big room.quite area..very tasty breakfast but you have to give them time frame..I had to drive to city centre as no bus in that area...

The room was fantastic and clean. Internet was excellent. Check in smooth and efficient.

The hotel lobby looked really nice, the parking arrangement was comfortable, and the staff were very courteous and friendly, but the room left much to be desired. Although the room initially appeared clean, the bathroom fell short of expectations. There were water stains on the shower walls, the grout on the floor looked dirty, and the lack of a shower curtain caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
Additionally, the tub was too high and slippery, leading to several near falls. Showering there was quite difficult.
The room lacked full-sized mirrors, which made it challenging for four guests to get ready, as the only mirror available was in the bathroom.
Both the bed and the sofa bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Two days after our stay, my back still hurts.
Overall, this place needs significant improvements.

I loved it, the room was cosy and inviting and spotless like the bathroom, the breakfast was rich and the staff attentive.
We had dinner at the restaurant and i strongly recommend it, in case you don't want to go in the city which actually is really close by.

A very good hotel for conferences or for those who want to easily get to the highway. Free parking is also a great advantage. Staff ok, room clean, but unfortunately not very well maintained, needed repairs. Varied breakfast. Also, they need someone to translate from Italian to English 😁, at least the months of the year- you can see in the pictures why 😊

We booked 2 rooms through booking and specifically booked it due to its stated as pet friendly. After a hectic date we arrived very late around 11pm. 2 adults and 2 children plus our cat. upon trying to check in we were informed that they accept dogs ONLY but no cats. I informed him that no such notice was listed on their booking page. The mobile app simple stated pet friendly charges may apply. They refused to honor their advertised pledge. The person at the front desk printed out their desk top which states "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. ". The mobile app which we booked on through booking.com omitted "on request". we asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager will be in tomorrow. This is not the service expected from a hotel of this caliber. This is absolutely disgusting and people should be aware that they discriminate against cats though my cat slept through the whole ordeal. at 12 midnight we had to pack up and go find another hotel . This hotel should be ashamed of this service. The place was crawling with dogs and outside the front door the shrubs smelled of dog urine yet they have issues with cats
