Stayed in a family, interconnecting room. It was comfy and very clean.
The only negative is that the door between rooms are very narrow.
Breakfast was tasty, with hot and cold options. I really liked the healthy corner.
Staff very polite and helpful.
Good location, great for exploring Bologna on foot.

Atrocious room service, not once was the room cleaned properly during our stay at this hotel. Shampoo and conditioner never ever gets refilled when it’s clearly empty. Always having to call down to reception to chase them to bring me things that the housekeeping team should have replaced or refilled during the day. Even worst of all, one of my bag of shopping with gifts inside even went missing when we had clearly left it on the table in our room only to return in the evening to find it been taken and only people been in and out of the room were the housekeeping staffs. I reported this to the front desk in the morning and heard nothing back all day, not even a call or a member of staff to let me know what the hell has happened to my missing items. Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude. Hotel from Hell!!! 👎

We spent 3 nights at this NH in mid July (12-15th) and we had one big issue: AC didn't really work. It was hard to sleep with the room likely being around 30C. When we complained, we were offer another room, which of course had the same issue. No apologies.
This was probably my worst experience at a NH hotel, usually they are pretty good and new, this one was a bit outdated and you should expect a properly working AC at a 4 star hotel that charges 150 EUR a night.

We had such a great time at this hotel. we stayed for 4 nights and had great service and lovely interactions with Silvia, Gian-luca and various other staff members, they gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. the Hotel is located in a very central place and is easy to get around.

For business reasons, I know this hotel and all the staff very well, which I consider to be objectively second to none in terms of professionalism, preparation, and boundless politeness and kindness. I recently discovered that they offer an aperitif every evening on the roof terrace (with spectacular sunset views) with a crucible and various snacks to accompany the drink. Absolutely recommended!!! I'll be back soon!

The hotel is perfectly located - within a couple of minutes of the railway station and no more than ten from the centre of Bologna.
The reception staff were really helpful and the room spacious, spotless and very quiet.

I do not recommend this hotel at all due to the service of the staff. I arrived 5 minutes after 10am for breakfast and they refused to serve me. The room manager was extremely rude.
The room was full of guests still eating, which made the situation even more unpleasant and unprecedented.

Very convenient to train station, but a 20 minute walk to the city center. Nice lobby and staff. Room was fine, nothing special.

A very nice hotel 🏨 in Bologna. It’s location is very convenient for moving around the city. The room is very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony that overlooks the whole city.

Very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Facilities are great, big comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Spacious rooms even for families.
Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Fresh juices were available.
Very convenient to the train station and 15 minutes walk to downtown.
