Great location if you are doing day trips out of Bologna as it’s extremely close to the train station.
It would be nice if the hotel had an area to refill water bottles. We asked the bar staff who were happy to do so.
Room is spacious and clean with air conditioning which you can control.

Location is great. Noise level is a bit loud. Coming at change of seasons - with global warming - October 27th-31st - it's hot and humid with no air conditioner in rooms because they switched to heat only. Thank goodness they gave us a fan. Otherwise, we'd sweat the entire time. The hotel is nice enough, but that's our biggest complaint.

We were on a short break from the UK and wanted a hotel within walking distance of the centre, this hotel was ideal. Also because it was so close to the main railway station it was very easy to get to and from the airport. We just caught the Marconi Express direct to the station and walked about 200 metres to the hotel. Cost of ticket is between 10 to 12€.

Excellent stay in Bologna.
Perfect hotel location. Only a few steps from city center and the central railway station. Comfortable family room and satisfactory hotel facilities. Excellent cleanliness and hotel staff. Has nothing to envy from nh collection series. We will come back...!

Stayed in a family, interconnecting room. It was comfy and very clean.
The only negative is that the door between rooms are very narrow.
Breakfast was tasty, with hot and cold options. I really liked the healthy corner.
Staff very polite and helpful.
Good location, great for exploring Bologna on foot.
Would stay again for sure.

Atrocious room service, not once was the room cleaned properly during our stay at this hotel. Shampoo and conditioner never ever gets refilled when it’s clearly empty. Always having to call down to reception to chase them to bring me things that the housekeeping team should have replaced or refilled during the day. Even worst of all, one of my bag of shopping with gifts inside even went missing when we had clearly left it on the table in our room only to return in the evening to find it been taken and only people been in and out of the room were the housekeeping staffs. I reported this to the front desk in the morning and heard nothing back all day, not even a call or a member of staff to let me know what the hell has happened to my missing items. Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude. Hotel from Hell!!! 👎

We spent 3 nights at this NH in mid July (12-15th) and we had one big issue: AC didn't really work. It was hard to sleep with the room likely being around 30C. When we complained, we were offer another room, which of course had the same issue. No apologies.
This was probably my worst experience at a NH hotel, usually they are pretty good and new, this one was a bit outdated and you should expect a properly working AC at a 4 star hotel that charges 150 EUR a night.

We had such a great time at this hotel. we stayed for 4 nights and had great service and lovely interactions with Silvia, Gian-luca and various other staff members, they gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. the Hotel is located in a very central place and is easy to get around.

For business reasons, I know this hotel and all the staff very well, which I consider to be objectively second to none in terms of professionalism, preparation, and boundless politeness and kindness. I recently discovered that they offer an aperitif every evening on the roof terrace (with spectacular sunset views) with a crucible and various snacks to accompany the drink. Absolutely recommended!!! I'll be back soon!

The hotel is perfectly located - within a couple of minutes of the railway station and no more than ten from the centre of Bologna.
The reception staff were really helpful and the room spacious, spotless and very quiet.
