The hotel has nothing to do with 4 starts. Neither rooms nor service.
I wouldn’t give it more than 2 stars.
We came back to our room late in the evening, encountered there a leak from the above floor, wet ceiling and wall. We had to move to another room after 22 pm with a little child and it was less comfortable room with non functioning lock.
Seems inappropriate.
The location of the hotel is quite good.

I had a good experience here. At first glance, the lobby is quite nice and the staff was friendly. They said hello as soon as we walked in.
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options and was tasty. This hotel was a short walk from the train station, so it was a perfect option for my early morning train.

If you want to stay by the train station, this hotel is in the ideal location. Breakfast is good and a fairly reasonable price. Rooms are clean. However, walls must be made of paper, and you can hear everything in the room next door.
When this issue was reported to reception, they could only apologies that this was the problem with the hotel! So don't expect to get much sleep if you have noisy neighbours.

Great hotel 6-7 minutes away from Bologna Centrale but far away from restaurants. The room was small but nice. The bathroom was spacious. One of the guys in the reception was not customer oriented at all.
Bring your travel iron, there is not iron in the room and they don't provide it. I had to iron my clothes in the laundry room in the basement

Good location, decent room but zero people skill. This gentleman should take a step back from working with people. He was rude, quick to snap out of a simple question to a young woman.
Also, you have to pay 15 euros/ day for an outdoor parking.

Great Hotel, location near to train station. Very spacious and clean room and bathroom with all basic amenities, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

Tiny rooms, the breakfast is very expensive. The only good thing is that it’s next to the train station.

The hotel is very clean. The room cosy and warm. Nice bathroom. Only thing misssing a kettle! bed was not very comfy! We didn’t try the breakfast. Close to the train station

The stuff was very friendly. The room is nice. Everything was good for 4 stars hotel that located near the train station.

Although the overall reviews were good in this place I didn't quite enjoy the stay. Unfortunately it is an old hotel so the walls are super paper thin and you could hear other guests having showers and flushing toilets. The bed was average and pillows were also ok.
Of my own fault I forgot two of my dresses in the hotel wardrobe and I was moving to stay in Florence for the next 6 days and asked the hotel to send across the piece which they said no problem then received third party lost and found that said they will shop to my address in Ireland for 67€ which I thought was a lot and also they could have locally sent through to Florence and I was happy to pay. A little shame that this was not accommodated.
