- Air conditioning works well . Many hotels in Italy air conditioning doesn’t work well, especially during summer .

Bad :
- Breakfast food is good . However selection is limited as in not many different types or number of food items . if you stay for 1 week, I suggest hotel breakfast for 1-2 days , and other days eat breakfast outside the hotel at the many nearby places .
I wouldn’t give it more than 2 stars.
We came back to our room late in the evening, encountered there a leak from the above floor, wet ceiling and wall. We had to move to another room after 22 pm with a little child and it was less comfortable room with non functioning lock.
Seems inappropriate.
The location of the hotel is quite good.
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options and was tasty. This hotel was a short walk from the train station, so it was a perfect option for my early morning train.
When this issue was reported to reception, they could only apologies that this was the problem with the hotel! So don't expect to get much sleep if you have noisy neighbours.
